Toilet not sealed and leaked. Moved to another room and fan in bathroom didn't work. Sink full of cracks in the bowl. The whole place just looked shabby and didn't look clean.

Pool was closed. No signs of reopening either. Sink in bathroom needed replacing, Had cracks which can harbor bacteria! My TV broke, had very few channels available. Breakfast wasn't great either. The desk clerks I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful however, which was nice.

The room has a lot of space and it was extremely quiet in the area. Random hairs on the towels but bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay here again if needed.

Booked and prepaid for a non-smoking room well in advance of my stay and was stuck in a smoking room that stunk to high heaven. It was so bad that my clothes and suitcase still smelled of smoke when I got home. People coming in later got non-smoking rooms. Really rotten treatment.

We had cockroaches in the desk and bedding. They did not have the two queen beds we requested or the ground floor room.

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. The carpet was dirty. We had to wash our feet a lot. The pool closed at 10pm to 10am. We wanted to get up early and swim. We would stay there again for sure. Nice area of florida. Close to St. Augustine and Daytona.

It is a modest hotel. It is clean and offers a free breakfast. Try to get a room on the side of the building as the hotel fronts a very busy, noisy road.

The hotel staff has a very I don't care attitude. Was promised a room with parking right outside as we were arriving late and 2 women traveling alone. When we got there it took the clerk almost five minutes to unlock the door and then we were told the only room available was inside the courtyard and that parking was in the back lot. When we went to […] park we we approached by a strange man who came out of the shadows. The office has cameras but obviously the clerk was not monitoring them, and if he was just did not care.
