The hotel was clean and in a good location, however I was un aware that it was under renovations and the pool was close. I had my daughter with me and wanted to swim.....it would be nice to know what amenities are out of order before chosing the hotel.....

We have stayed at a number of Days Inn and this was a surprise disappointment for us. The room was dated: the carpet and bedspreads were in limp or bumpy condition, and the carpet was stained. The lobby floor was stripped to the cement awaiting new carpet installation but no workers were in sight. The toilet barely flushed. The breakfast was adequate […] but no water or water fountain was provided for customers. The location was great. The neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet and the beds were quite comfortable. For a quick overnight stay, this hotel was fine. However, no one went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The receptionist was Indian during the day and did not understand English well. There was a bad mildew smell that came from the sink every time I turned it on, lamp wires were openly spliced and tied together near the heater, no bulb in the bathroom light, and there was not a cover on the back of the TV remote.

The hotel was clean and at a great price. The breakfast was basic but good. There was a spot on the ceiling needing paint but otherwise the room was very clean and in good condition. Disappointed that $15 pet fee was not mentioned by Hotels.com since might have considered other places that were $15 more with no fee.

I stayed here for four days and three nights and it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Putting the heat on in the room made it very warm for a minutes followed by cold for the following few minutes, and this would continue all night making sleep very difficult. Also, the "high speed internet" was not even close. I only had a few bars throughout […] the stay, so I found that to be annoying. I didn't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I knew I was gonna have to deal with housekeeping in the morning, and I was right! They showed up at my door and I opened it, asking if they could come back later because I was still in the room (obviously). They just looked at me and said that this was the last room and were waiting for me. I finally said I didn't need any room service that day, and closed the door. Other than those issues, it wasn't bad. It was close to places to eat, it was relatively quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was fine. But, I am doubting I would stay here again. Read more

Check in was fine, but room was a bit less than we expected for a Days Inn. Most regrettably the tv lost cable connection and we were not able to watch a very important and exciting basketball game we had to miss. The office could do nothing and we were terribly disappointed!! The night was VERY noisy with a group of men above us and beside us who gathered […] in the steps outside our room. I stayed here for 11 nights/12 days. Staff was great, very convenient to downtown and to opryland which was where I was recording and playing. Good price.The little microwave egg paties were "questionable" but was nice to have "breakfast" every day, and be allowed to make tea at all hours.

I spent a lot of time in my room so my only complaints laid with living in their. Firstly, the internet was kinda shoddy. It worked most of the time but occasionally would kick me off randomly and then it would take another 10 minutes to try to find one of the hotels wifi systems that would work. It was somewhat annoying but worse things have happened. […] When I was on it, it worked fine though. Secondly, room service only came by once per day. They didn't come back later if you were there the first time so they skipped your room. It wasn't a big deal as they still would talk to me and give me fresh towels but it seemed odd. Other than that, all service was awesome, the staff were pleasant, and the room was very comfortable. I have no severe complaints about staying there and would happily recommend it. Read more

This hotel is very close to the airport (5 - 10 minutes) for those who have the first flight out in the am. The hotel is close to the freeway, which made it easy to find.The price was great, much cheaper than hotels right next to the airport. Booked for a smoking room checked in found I was In a non smoking room. Called the desk and they had none left. They said just smoke there and sent up an ash tray. Very pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice. It was close to Interstate 40. There was several different choices of dinning near the hotel, including Cracker Barrel. Finally, I did not like the parking, it was limited and hard to get around the hotel with our large vehicle.

I have never had bed bugs in any room I have ever stayed in (and I check every time) but this time was different. I always check the mattresses when I first check in before bringing in luggage and sure enough the mattress had tons and tons of bed bug droppings and blood spots. The box spring was wrapped in plastic and duct taped all around. After closer […] inspection, it was clear that it also at some point had bed bugs. I took pictures and went down to the office. I told the girl and showed her the picture and she just acted like it was an every day occurrence and asked if I wanted a different room! No thank you!
