The hotel was a good hotel for the price, but it was by no means a great stay. The heating system couldn't balance between temperatures and I was constantly opening the window or turning on the heat all night. The new jets is the tub hadnt been cleaned out. I tried to take a bath and black plastic pieces came out of the jets. I asked for towels in teh morning and they never came, plus the manager was a little nosey.

House keeping service needs to understand what you ask, like leaving a set of three towels not two. Understanding english should be a must.

Reviewed by Eva of Sacramento on Aug 12, 2008
For me I thought it's okay but they don't have any at least refrigerator and when we took a shower the water is leaking at the room it's flooding. I found out my daughter was complaining that it is wet mommy so she don't like to get down in the bed and go to the bathroom to do potty, all I need to do is to carry her to do potty. She's only two and half years old so you cannot argue with her. My husband said too that it needs to be repair or else the building will have MOLDS, people will get sick. Nothing else the rest looks fine but again it needs to be repair before it will be a big problem.

The room was in need of repairs. When we asked to be changed to another room the management refused to be cooperative unless we paid an "upgrade fee". The upgrade was exactly the same type of room. We refused the fee but found when we returned home our credit card had been charged anyway. I paid for the reservations for my daughter and her husband for the same type of room as ours but they were put in a smaller room with a full bed instead of a queen. I am very dissatified.

We booked this hotel with hotels.com and were promised a roll-away-bed, a microwave, and a fridge. None of these were provided. When we checked the room out, the beds were extremely hard, and uncomfortable. We ended up not staying here.

There is no refrigerator in the room. The windows have curtains, but no shears or privacy shades, so you can look into the rooms across from you and see all kinds of activity. The pillows are like bricks and the bed mattress was shot. The front desk person was extremely nice, but for the money, the room was not worth the price.

Where do they get off calling this a "Golf and ski RESORT"? This mortorlodge was built in the 1950s and hasn't been cleaned since. The horseshoe layout of the rooms accommodates a swimming pool that was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom. The "hot tub" was barely tepid. Small, non-absorbant towels are featured in the mildew-ridden bathroom. Windows wouldn't lock fully so this made the security issues the highlight of our stay. The Days Inn Company should be very concerned about their sign in front of this property.
