The room was cleaned well but the room heater was too hot and I woke up sweaty. This side of charlotte is a high crime area and the 3rd floor door lock was not working and any body could walk right in and rob you. It's OK I know this neighborhood I'v been here many years.

This is a nice clean hotel, the free breakfast was great. Most of the front desk staff were very pleasant, it struck me as odd that the front desk clerk... had me to come pick up and extra pillow instead of bringing it to the room. Other than that I have no complaints, the bed was great, the room was quiet, the hotel smelled fresh and clean, If I go back to Lincolnton I will stay here again. by patti from abingdon VA on 05/28/13

The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was on time and average in terms of quality. The hotel was under renovations, so the condition of the facilities were still in the process of being improved.

The hotel was located in a nice enough part of town, however, it would have been nice if we had been warned that there were train tracks in the back yard and trains came by every 4 or 5 hours. Sounded like they were coming through the room!!!!! We won't make this mistake again.

This is currently the only real choice in Lincolnton. That's enough to give you the jitters right there. A little surprisingly, it was great. Arrive late at the hotel, was received warmly. My room was clean and everything worked. The staff respected my request not to be disturbed. Hotel is situated by all the major artery of bypasses and stores, restaurant and gas stations. When I come back, I will be staying there.

This hotel was just right for a quick overnight stay in the area. The only thing that bothered me was that my room has a bit of a musty smell to it. Other than that everything was fine. Front desk very nice, breakfast very nice.
