"EconoLodge Hot Springs"
The hotel is older, the room was adequate for our needs, but the bathroom needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The recent paint is the room was evident due to the splatters left on the bathroom counter. Good place to stay for what you pay there. Close to everything, quiet, would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Girlscout Visit to Hot Springs Econolodge"
We reserved four rooms for a girlscout function. In two of the rooms, the lamps didn't work. TV didn't work well in at least one of the rooms. Air-conditioning not working well in one of the rooms. Two rooms called office and got no help! Hair on bed in at least one of the rooms. Phone not working in at least one of the rooms. I would love a response […] from hotels.com since I booked thru them. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great centrallized location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The rubber/latex blankets were the most uncomfortable. I couldn't touch them because of the texture. While we appreciated the new coat of paint, the sloppyness of the job was disturbing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Weekend road trip"

The hotel was very clean. It was worth the price and the breakfast was great. Overall the hotel was very nice. I would however have liked the wifi to work and for the room to cool down quicker. The hotel is located next to many restaurants and shops. Also only 10 minutes from Magic Springs and 25 minutes from Garvin Gardens. Great location!

I was in the Quality Inn and Suites, 4319 Central Ave, Hot Springa, AR 71913, Phone 501-525-1660 General Manager, Vishal Patel, email GM.firstname.lastname@example.org - Checked in by Miquel. I stay in Hotels 200+ days a year and this is my 1st ever need to write a complaint. I am a member of LaQuinta, Quality, Drury, Mariott, and several others. This was the most dissappointing stay ever. It goes like this: After driving all day we stopped in for a room. We were told the price was $94 + tax. We asked for discounts AAA AARP etc, he said 102 for 2 beds or $94 take it or leave it. We immediately went to the ice machine. It was broken, He said if we wnted ice to see him as he had ice in the back. If we need more to see him. In the room we found the AC to be louder than the TV so we could only run 1 or the other. My wife spent the first several minutes killing roaches. I had trouble with the internet and he said it was just fixed 2 weeks ago, but seemed to rush me off to get back to his computer. I asked how his was connected and he told me the hotel had a different router for his end of the building. As I stated earlier, I stay in hundreds of various hotels a year, so I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable, I also am a former owner of many years of an internet provider. Hmmmm I then asked him if a manager would be in, in the morning, he said that the manager doesnt come in until Sunday. Some other things we noticed, The Tissue box in the vanity was boarded over, Window was so filthy one could hardly see out of it, The drain was broken on the tub, so no bath. Shower only, The prints in the pictures on the walls were wrinkled under the frames, On the otherside of the wall from the tub the pipes show and are capped and painted over, Lots of wall damage where repaired and then painted over, sloppy job, Baseboards, where they connect in several places seperating from the wall, 1 to 2 inches, In a couple of places we noticed the baseboards had some recent water damage also, Every wall outlet was already full with lamps, Tv Fridge, etc, none for our items, On Checkout I met with Bobbie, I explained all my problems and she said all there rooms were great. That's it? That's all I got from here. It seems the entire staff are just way too defensive.
"No Frills, but a good stay"

This was only a one night stay, and it was on points, so don't have a great deal to say about value. Room was adequate and had no problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was what was expected for this type of hotel. If you don't mind exterior rooms, this would suffice for a pleasure trip to the area.
"I would Stay again"
My family and me had a good time in Hot Spring enjoyed the shopping and staying at the Quality Inn. My family like the room and the breakfast in the morning. The staff was good to us and very nice as can be.
"Overpriced and only adequate"
Selected to save some funds for higher priced hotels later in our vacation. The room was OK and clean, and the beds were firm. The bathroom fixtures needed some help, with the cold water shower knob only working for one of us. The single ice machine was not functioning. The breakfast was memorable for all the wrong reasons - weak coffee, watery waffle batter that didn't cook properly. I would say you get what you pay for, but probably the hotels up the road were not that much more expensive for likely a better experience. Won't stay there again.
"Great value & incredible staff"

I had a wonderful experience staying here with my family. The room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was a welcome change from what motels serve these days. Vishal Patel the owner was unbelievably friendly to customers not only in his disposition but also when it actually came down to answering questions and treating customer requests, again, a rare quality these days. I highly recommend this motel/inn to anyone considering a trip to Hot Springs, AR.

Super King Size Room #174. Clean comfortable new furnishings that match the much higher priced hotels. A bargain for Choice Hotels members. You will not be disappointed. My wife and I highly recommend this Inn.
"Good value and nice staff"
booked smoking room by mistake ... but staff Vishal Patel was very nice and helped change our room. Also breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Overall, this hotel offers a good value .. will come again next time.
"Will not stay there again."

When we checked in on January 17th we were given room 192 in a building in the back of the property. Neither one of the key cards would work so my husband drove to the office (a bit far to walk in the cold) and was then issued key cards for room 182. We found problems as the evening wore on: awful fan running noise coming from wall in shower/toilet area; lampshades had holes; tv remote would not work correctly; wall baseboard was coming loose; and for some reason the switch near the sink area controlled the switches in the shower/toilet area. So, you could not turn light on without having the sinks area light on too which would wake up your sleeping partner. The worst thing is that Saturday a.m. I had some bites on my upper back. I thought it was spider so I inspected the bed sheets but didn't find anything. Sunday a.m. however I had more bites on my back so there is something in that room. I did talk to the clerk when I checked out about some of the problems in the room. After I got home and got a good look at the bite marks I phoned the hotel to talk to the manager but he was not present. I did leave a message with clerk to check out room 182 for unwanted critters. There were not a whole bunch of guests at this motel so not sure why they put us in a room so far away? Also, at check-in the clerk (young man) didn't acknowledge that we were Choice Privilege members. Good points: Room was pretty clean, carpet was good and floor in bath/sink area was good.
"Clean and Comfortable!"

We stayed one night at the Quality Inn and were very satisfied. The room was clean and had been updated. There was a refrigerator and microwave added as a bonus. We traveled with our small dog and there was ample green areas for walking. Management obviously takes care of the property. We would definitely stay there again!
