no complaints, need a good clean safe place to stay, not to far from everything. Rooms were clean, clean sheets, bathroom room clean. The cleaning staff was terrific, kudos to them, they were johnny on the spot for any need we had. We were there for 2 days. My only2 complaints was the clerk upon check in, we arrived, 9 pm on 8/8/14, the young guy was less than friendly acted like he could care less about if we were there or not, I think he maybe the one that took our reservation over the phone, not at all helpful acted like a real jerk. And the ice machine, don't know if I got down there after everyone else filled their cooler or what, but I got about a half bucket of ice before it quit giving ice, the front cover was off the machine, like they left it like that for quick access to tinker with if it quit working all together, very unsightly....The breakfast, it satisfied our needs until we got hungry, first morning the lady taking care of it, well, did the best I suppose, but, refilled when she felt like it, the 2nd morning, a tottally differnet lady, was really hopping to keep everything filled. Had reservations at the Arlington, cancelled that b/c some of the people that was coming decided not to come, so this was the for the money the next best thing, would stay there again.
"Customized Service-Excellent Accomodations"

I have stayed at many Quality Inns, but never had such a great experience until I stayed at the Quality Inn in Hot Springs, AR. The manager, Mr. Vishal Patel, was so helpful. He made sure our needs were met, provided answers to all questions, and was genuinely kind. I really enjoyed that stay and will always choose this location when traveling back to Hot Springs. I felt absolutely spoiled by Mr. Patel, he took great care of us. The Quality Inn was also close by to bath house row, and downtown Hot Springs. Dining choices all within a block or so.
"Keep going...do not stop"

We stayed at this Inn on Aug. 2. I made early reservations. If I would have been able to cancel, I would have. The room stunk of cigerette smoke, even though was supposed to be given a no smoking room, coffee maker spit and sputtered, but would not make coffee, sink stopper laying on counter and plug in hanging out of wall, bed hard and uncomfortable. Less than acceptable. Do not stay here. Overpriced and terrible accomodations.
"Hot Springs stay near the National Park"
07/31/14 Robert C Gulf Shores, Alabama
We stopped in Hot Springs to see the National Park. Arrival wasn't until midnight and we looked for a place to stay with no reservations. There are several hotels on Central Ave, but none had a room with two queen beds. Most only have two full beds. The Quality Inn had two queens so we ended booking a room upstairs in the back building. It suited our needs. The room was clean and the A/C worked. Showers were hot. The stay was good. The next morning we needed to do some laundry and the front desk directed us to go next door as they have reciprocity with the Countrywide Suites. We did and the front desk there was very courteous. The Quality Inn could use a little updating but again our stay was good.
"Weekend road trip"

The hotel was very clean. It was worth the price and the breakfast was great. Overall the hotel was very nice. I would however have liked the wifi to work and for the room to cool down quicker. The hotel is located next to many restaurants and shops. Also only 10 minutes from Magic Springs and 25 minutes from Garvin Gardens. Great location!
"A Real NightMare"

I was in the Quality Inn and Suites, 4319 Central Ave, Hot Springa, AR 71913, Phone 501-525-1660 General Manager, Vishal Patel, email GM.email@example.com - Checked in by Miquel. I stay in Hotels 200+ days a year and this is my 1st ever need to write a complaint. I am a member of LaQuinta, Quality, Drury, Mariott, and several others. This was the most dissappointing stay ever. It goes like this: After driving all day we stopped in for a room. We were told the price was $94 + tax. We asked for discounts AAA AARP etc, he said 102 for 2 beds or $94 take it or leave it. We immediately went to the ice machine. It was broken, He said if we wnted ice to see him as he had ice in the back. If we need more to see him. In the room we found the AC to be louder than the TV so we could only run 1 or the other. My wife spent the first several minutes killing roaches. I had trouble with the internet and he said it was just fixed 2 weeks ago, but seemed to rush me off to get back to his computer. I asked how his was connected and he told me the hotel had a different router for his end of the building. As I stated earlier, I stay in hundreds of various hotels a year, so I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable, I also am a former owner of many years of an internet provider. Hmmmm I then asked him if a manager would be in, in the morning, he said that the manager doesnt come in until Sunday. Some other things we noticed, The Tissue box in the vanity was boarded over, Window was so filthy one could hardly see out of it, The drain was broken on the tub, so no bath. Shower only, The prints in the pictures on the walls were wrinkled under the frames, On the otherside of the wall from the tub the pipes show and are capped and painted over, Lots of wall damage where repaired and then painted over, sloppy job, Baseboards, where they connect in several places seperating from the wall, 1 to 2 inches, In a couple of places we noticed the baseboards had some recent water damage also, Every wall outlet was already full with lamps, Tv Fridge, etc, none for our items, On Checkout I met with Bobbie, I explained all my problems and she said all there rooms were great. That's it? That's all I got from here. It seems the entire staff are just way too defensive.
"No Frills, but a good stay"
07/20/14 saladodan Salado, Texas
This was only a one night stay, and it was on points, so don't have a great deal to say about value. Room was adequate and had no problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was what was expected for this type of hotel. If you don't mind exterior rooms, this would suffice for a pleasure trip to the area.
"I would Stay again"
My family and me had a good time in Hot Spring enjoyed the shopping and staying at the Quality Inn. My family like the room and the breakfast in the morning. The staff was good to us and very nice as can be.
"Overpriced and only adequate"
Selected to save some funds for higher priced hotels later in our vacation. The room was OK and clean, and the beds were firm. The bathroom fixtures needed some help, with the cold water shower knob only working for one of us. The single ice machine was not functioning. The breakfast was memorable for all the wrong reasons - weak coffee, watery waffle batter that didn't cook properly. I would say you get what you pay for, but probably the hotels up the road were not that much more expensive for likely a better experience. Won't stay there again.
