The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful and curteous. They helped us find the hotel when the directions on google maps were completely wrong. Only issue was a strange over price breakfast buffet on Saturday morning.

While this is a clean and comfortable hotel (there is a lot of good things that can be said) it has a fatal flaw that everyone should consider before booking here. The hotel complex consists of two separate buildings; the main building and an adjacent building that contains the conference facilities. Noise from the conference facilities can affect rooms […] in the entire building and make your stay miserable. Some of the rooms on the ground floor are literally across the hall just a few feet from the party rooms. However, the noise is not a problem if you are in the main building. A related problem is parking during one of these events. If you return to the hotel (say from dinner) after one of these events has begun then the only available parking - at least that we could find - is on a dirt road behind the hotel. Read more

This hotel is geared for large groups and has no personality. Chaotic, noisy, not enough staff at reception. Bar area service was non existant, ended up having to go into the dining room to be served. Food just okay. Hotel was difficult to find and poorly sign-posted. We will not be returning.

Nice rooms. Outside of hotel and gardens could use some TLC. Staff was courteous and professional. Restaurant has great food. They have a happy hour at the bar with $2 hors d'oeuvres though we were not able to take advantage of it.

Excellent hotel to choose for a jumping off point for the wine country. For my budget this was a splurge but I'm glad we stayed there. The architecture and decor are very interesting. Looks kind of like a "W" Hotel.

my only complaint was the street noise. it's located on a pretty busy intersection which is convenient but you do hear automobile noise through the night. otherwise, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. the hotel itself was comfortable and the food and service was good.

Nice clean hotel. Beds are not rock hard like most hotels. Only issue was we had asked for more towels and pillows ( I hate down pillows) and we never got them. Would stay again.

A nice and comfortable, very quiet hotel. Very clean rooms. I brought to the attention of the front desk the bathroom door was hard to close, it was fixed early the next day. Only negative of the stay was the parking spaces were close together.

This is a motor hotel (motel) where the cars and trucks are parked directly in front of your room door..
