While is there is no single exceptional quality of the hotel, the consistent above-average quality of the hotel is exceptional itself. The hotel is located conveniently, the room was clean and comfortable, the wifi works well. There is nothing to complain about. That being said, our room was small, there were only two small lights in the room, and the bathroom was very small. It's not a luxury hotel, it is a fantastic value hotel.

Nicely kept hotel in a peaceful place. I would stay once more and recommend it. Its on the way to the New Morelia ( New Plazas and Golf Clubs).

Great colonial style hotel in the mountain side of Morelia. Great views and fantastic setting. The room was very comfortable but cold, the room does not have centrac AC or heating but I got a heater in the room that I could use as I pleased. Don't know how hot it could get in the summer.

This hotel is truly beautiful. It's located on a hill overlooking Morelia, the view of the city is fantastic, and the hotel grounds are very well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the personnel are pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely recommend it. Another stay at the Villa Montana; and what more needs to be said than another stay! Always good service; in a wonderful city and setting. The spa is a plus. It may not be in "el centro", but it is lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening and look out at the wonderful city below. Could also serve as a base during monarch buuterfly migration.

Wir waren im März 2012 für zwei Nächte mit unserem Baby in der Vila Montana und waren äußerst zufrieden. Der Service, gerade im Hinblick auf die Versorgung unseres Babys, war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war toll, die Gesamtanlage war in einem wunderschönen, blühenden Garten eingebettet und auch die Küche des Restaurants war sehr gut. Das einzige, kleine […] Manko war, dass der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts nicht beheizt war. Wir können das Hotel daher jedem empfehlen, der im Grünen abseits der Innenstadt logieren möchte. The only drawback is the hotel is not in the city center, but it is an inexpensive 10 min max cab ride to the historic center. Every detail at the hotel is flawless.
