My wife and I went to checkin about five to six minutes before 5;00 PM. They were peoples in the lobby waiting for there rooms tobe cleaned, so when I got to the desk to checkin she call someone and then told me it would be about fifteen to twenty minutes before the room would be ready. After thirty minutes I went back to the desk and asked she call someone again and she said go on around to room 128 that they would be through in a little bit to go ahead and carry our thing in side. We went around to the room. they was a young girl look tobe 10 or 12 years old cleaning. the beds were not made they were screws, bolts and nuts on the floor around the table. By that time some older lady came in and said we could not bring anythng in until they got through with the cleaning, by this time we had seen to much we went back to the office to check out and the lady at the desk asked if we would take a room with one bed it had been clean,we agreed

The pool sure did look nice but it was never vaccummed the whole weekend that we stayed... the air was awful the rooms never seem to get cool... we actually moved rooms!

They had to move us to another room because the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and I went to get into the shower and the shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the ceiling and onto the floor.

Was attending Formula Drift at Road Atlanta. Room was very good sized. Large Beds (very comfy), Large Vanity/Sink area, but smaller toilet/ shower area. Friendly staff, nice location, lots of food near by.

the staff was very friendly, and also very helpful. the room was larger than i expected and very comfortable. we plan to stay here again if we return to the area.

At first our reservasions could not be found but thankfully I had my conformations that you had e-mailed me. We ask for our rooms to be close together so we could go back and forth while geting ready for wedding, they were not. The first room we were sent to was dirty and I don't mean a little messy it was a wreck. Our beds had no pillow cases on the pillows and we had to ask 4 different times to get them.

One main reason for the choice of this hotel was it had a swimming pool which was closed due to poor maintence, flies were present in the rooms, bath & wash towels were in short supply. The curtains were falling down in one of the rooms we rented!!! Will never stay again at this hotel in Gainsville,Ga. Desk clerk was rude the day we checked in hotel,seemed she was pre-occupied!!! I asked for an adjustment on room charges (2 rooms) and was told I would receive Adjustment in the mail!!! Haven't seen or received a response yet!!

I asked for a non-Smoking room but when I registed I was given a smoking room. There were not enough towels and I went to the front desk to get one and there were no more towels. The continental breakfast did not meet expectation. I did not expect much (since I was trying to save money for an ovenight stay for a soccer tournament since we lived an hour away and the game started at 8AM) but was still dissapointed.
