"A nice couples getaway !"
I stayed in rm 212 the room was great but the refridgerater needs to be replaced it was making a sound like a small earth quake. I also was not to able to regulate the tempeture in our room it was either too cool or tool hot ! The other problem we had was that the guest above us I guess had children and they were extremely loud especially late at night […] and during the day I tried to be nice about it but they were so loud they were shaking the table in our room ! If you leave out those two items I mentioned our stay was great ! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Was very nice, clean and reasonable! Definitely great for families or travelersGenuine Expedia guest review
There is still a smell that this hotel has. I have stayed here twice in the past couple months and was hoping it was from the remodel. But it is not a pleasant smell and although its a great value I will not be staying here anymore.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"very convient location for all of our plans"
We did enjoy the room sizes however the no dishwashing thing kind of threw me off. For a 2 night stay you think a small amount of dish soap would have been in the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to RIT college"
Everything was great except when we arrived at 12:30 am and the woman working the front desk was not nice or accommodating with the booking situation that had happened stemming from the hotel.com reservation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel has been completely refurbished within the past year. Only complaint was that the room smelled pretty bad but was otherwise very nice and very clean. Very pleasant experience. Loved the kitchenette!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect for a traveling sports family!"
This hotel worked very well for my family while traveling for a youth hockey tournament. The room was more spacious than a traditional hotel room, and the kitchen helped keep traveling costs down. I was able to bring breakfast foods along and make my son eggs and French toast for breakfast before his game! Healthier and less expensive than eating out! […] My son missed the housekeeping service - but really who cares- no one makes their beds at home anyhow! The price was very affordable and better than any options we had! We would certainly stay again and will look for more extended stay America's in other cities for these reasons! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Good, fair price and comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
I have stayed there before and was satisfied. Rooms are big and all have a microwave and Frig/freeze and stove. The main reason I stay here is all the rooms are insude,no doors opening to the weather, which does get really cold. The room heater was very quiet and effective. The shower was great, tall shpwer head(I'm 6'2) Dissapointments, limited selections […] on TV and the in room high speed WiFi was an additional charge.I must of missed that in their descrption. From the friendly staff who checked us in to the room-everything was great. I would definitely stay in extended stay whenever possible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"What a disaster"
You sent my colleagues to an occupied room (one colleague is lame and it's difficult for him to get around); there was no one at the attendant desk on the one occasion I stopped; and my colleagues say they were not able to find an attendant late in the evening when they really needed one. When I complained to the attendant, the excuse was "we have a […] lot of room work going on." No good excuse for the miserable service levels at this location. Never again! "Sometimes you don't get what you pay for."
I travel on a budget when by myself and am no t a picky person. But I was surprised at the quality of this room for the price I paid. Yes, I shopped around and thought I know not to expect The W. But pubic hair on the bathroom sink and burns from cooking pans on the kitchenette counter made this hotel not worth the bargain price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Extended Stay America - Henrietta, ny"
The staff was friendly. The place was clean. The mattress was not comfortable. We could hear the people next to us and above us even though they were just having conversations. The walls are just thin. I wouldn't stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, close to all amenities."
I was comfortable, felt safe and looked after. Having your own kitchenette was a bonus and very helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. What I liked most about the staff was their efficiency during registration.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Reasonable Rates, Reasonable Hotel"
Overall decent service, friendly staff. Not super clean in the washrooms, but very spacious rooms for the price. Breakfast was disappointing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not pleased with the room"
Booked the hotel with hotels.com. I specifically request a non smoking room, and expect a non smoking room. When I got there, I had a smoking room, so that started it off wrong. The windows open, but one was missing a window screen. Not only that, but there was also no shower curtain! Not sure how you can have a hotel room with no shower curtain but […] apparently they can. Was not what I expected and won't stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Room not cleaned"
We stayed in Room 114. The first room on the ground floor. The shower head is broken with water leaking when shower. The toilet bowl wasn't properly cleaned. The bed sheet has a big brown stain. The room is big with a big kitchen. The staff is friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Für eine Nacht super ausreichend"

"Good location, but disappointing rooms"
We stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival we noticed that the drawers were dusty, the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped from the inside and there were toe nail clippings on the carpet. Also the kitchen was far from the promised "fully stocked", as there were only utensils, plates, cups and glasses for one person. I notified the staff and got more utensils […] etc. immediately and that part was quickly solved with apologies. To make up for the untidyness, we were offered a cleaning the following day, but based on our observations, nothing had been done while we were out and about the following day. The lights in the room were bright industrial grade and did not make the room comfortable. The one window was small, so could not take advantage of natural light either. The AC in the room was efficient, but noisy. The room was located close to the elevator, and the sound-proofing was good because we did not hear the noisy elevator at all. The grab'n'go breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, fruit and coffee and we were satisfied with it. The staff was friendly. On paper the concept of a studio with a kitchen, laundry facilities on site etc. seems ideal for our travel needs, but as a whole there were things missing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great home away from home stay!"
07/24/14 Patricia S New York
This hotel is a comfortable place to stay. The grab and go breakfast is convenient when you are in a hurry. It was also very convenient to be able to cook during our stay and have the pans and dishes supplied. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and Tops supermarket is very close. The staff is very friendly.
"Customer service was TERRIBLE!"

We had a reservation for 1 night but the incompetent staff overbooked the hotel and tried telling us we missed our first night of a two night stay so they cancelled our room. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
"Smoking room instead of non-smoking, good service seems to be a game of luck"
07/03/14 RialtoBE Bern, Switzerland
We arrived late night and since there was no non-smoking room left (that we had actually been confirmed), we were given a smoking room. I am not very picky in such things, but this room smelt so terrible, it made me really feel sick. So I asked for another room. The lady at the front-desk was completely not motivated to help - but fortunately the guy that was in charge before her working shift had started, made overtime and checked the remaining rooms for the room with the least bad smell. The room we then received was still a smoking room, but did hardly smell bad. If this man hadn't been there, we had been stuck at midnight in a horribly stinky room: Good service seems to be a game of luck in this hotel.
"Great place to stay for lenghth of time!!"
Room was very clean, nice bed,and great service. I will stay again on return visit!! If your looking for nice hotel where you can cook and it in this would be the place! They had everything clean and friendly service!
"A Hidden Gem!"
05/19/14 GeneralZ Markham
For some reason, I had never had a room booked through Priceline that was a smoking room, except this time. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk found a non-smoking room for me so we didn't have to become the victims of second-hand smoke. The room was clean, neat and very decent, even compared to the ones from other hotels in the area that charged probably two times more. Maybe because they didn't charge a lot, the complimentary breakfast featured only a handful of items, which was not a big deal for my party since we were heading out to a famous breakfast place with lots of crepe selections anyway. Here is a summary of our likes and dislikes of this hidden gem: We liked: 1. The facility: Clean, neat, well maintained with a combination of clean carpet and hardwood floor 2. Breakfast: A few items, like apples, oranges, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee as complimentary breakfast were good enough for us 3. The price - pretty much the lowest we could find in the area 4. The location - close to Pittsford, a beautiful small town with a few good restaurants 5. Very friendly staff - at least one of them makes an excellent sales lady who can probably a sell a cat to a mouse! We disliked: 1. A distinct but faint smell of urine my wife detect near one of the the night tables 2. A non-operational room phone 3. No stowaway bed when requested 4. No in-room shampoo and conditioner (would've brought my own if I had known better) 5. Noisy air-conditioner 6. In the morning, there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom as if someone was hammering a nail. The noise lasted about 10 minutes but I didn't bother going in to find out what is was. 7. Like other Extended Stay America properties, this one is hidden at the end of a dead-end road and you can't easily see it from the main intersection of the main roads. Overall, the experience was good and we will definitely want this one next time we are in the area.

It was very smelly in the halls and somewhat in the rooms. The rooms were small and dirty looking. We will not stay here again. We paid way too much for the night we stayed. We will not stay here again.
"Honest review -"
11/10/13 stuart r Los Angeles, California
I stayed here for a week in October 2013. My room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen area. I was pleased, except for the lack of security. The front desk was not staffed at night and there was no lock on the front door. Still the location is close to shops and restaurants.

Made last minute reservations, most of hotels were booked. We were very pleased with our experience at this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Were located on first floor, no stairs or elevator needed. Conveniently located near our family who we were visiting. The room was spacious and very accommodating for the two of us.
"Better than we thought it would be"
10/14/13 enewellz Saratoga Springs, New York
OK, we had low expectations, since we read a few reviews right after booking thru Travelocity. (Who selected a smoking room for us, thanks Travelocity! NOT!) We got a deal, and since we had a gift card to use, we decided to be adventurous & try it. First, it's a different experience than most hotels. Not a big lobby, no restaurant, pool, lounge, bar, etc. The attraction is the kitchen in your room; a real sink, real size fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, plenty of cabinets and counter space with utensils to use. Kitchen table/counter to work at is nice. If you're here for a few days, you'll appreciate this. Make a trip to Wegmans & stock up! Cleanliness was acceptable, though we're not fussy. Bed was comfortable, heat & A/C worked (curtains could be hung so as not to billow & catch air though) and the bathroom was average size. Everything worked, staff was very friendly & helpful. The place was very quiet overall, not surprising being well off the highway & not too busy. So now for the negatives, which may seem picky to some. The bathroom was a bit odd. Let's start with the brown flecked texture paint on the tub/surround/sink. Looks like a small animal exploded. Eww! The toilet is oddly rigged for high water pressure, you have to be a beast to flush it. Towels are for small people (we're not that big!) and there was no hairdryer in the room. (Front desk gave us one when we asked, as well as more towels.) Grab & go breakfast is as advertised: prepackaged hi-carb goodies & coffee. If you're a breakfast person there are plenty of nearby eateries, or make your own. Which brings up this topic: like a college dorm, there are those who are good at burning food late at night! The fire alarm went off one night we were there, and staff should be commended for handling this very well. Fire dept. members in Henrietta get kudos as well for their sense of humor.
"Not too shabby"
10/10/13 Wilcot86 Pennsylvania
The place is sort of tucked away around a strip mall parking lot. Room was open and roomy enough for two. Amentities in room are enough for two. May have to go to front desk if something is missing. I only wonder why any hotel I have stayed at does not supply bathrooms with antibacterial soap. I hope cleaning staff use cleaners that will kill anything that would obviously spread in between guests that stay. The grab and go breakfast is availiable but it seems to be first come first serve and if your late getting there your loss. Would be nice if it would be refilled so more guests have a chance to get something.
