Everything was excellent. The only complaint that I would have would be that I thought the room walls were a little thin. You could hear everything happening in the hallway from your bed. Not a major deal, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

The whole reason we started at this hotel was so the kids could swim and I relax in the hot tub. We always stay in hotels with pool usually they close at 11:00 pm this one closed much earlier and we were not able to use the hotel for the reason we went for. If all we are doing is sleeping there's cheaper hotels we would have stayed in.

I have stayed on MANY business trips at several hotel chains, my stay at this hotel was by far the best experience. The staff at the desk was great, I am in Human Resources for retail, I know good customer service when I see it, and these ladies rate at the top lucky you.

A great location. Numerous restaurants to choose from at this interstate exchange. The service was excellent. The employees had to work long hours because of the holiday but remained cheerful.

For the "three star" rating category, having limited service, this hotel and its staff (a charming young woman named Rachel in particular) were amazing and accommodating. The amenities offered were quite more than adequate for short or lengthy stays. As an added thought without seeing any evidence personally of anyone actually complaining about it, […] I had once lived in the area, and mustiness or earthiness one may smell or taste in the water or its delivering structures (i.e. sinks, showers) is normal. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the food provided, it saved us some money on breakfast and evening meal or snack. The workers were helpful and friendly and the location was convient to shopping , shows and dining . Drury Inn is a very nice place to stay.

There were lots of extras such as food and drinks. I had a headache in the middle of the night and went to the front desk with my wallet expcecting to pay five bucks for a few Tylenol and they gave me a couple of packets for free. The staff was very friendly and seemed to act like they were old frends of ours.

Everything was very good at this hotel. Great location, can get on metrolink about 3 miles away to take downtown St. Louis. The only thing that I didn't like was that on the weekend they don't start breakfast till 7am. As for our trip we needed to be leaving the hotel at 7 to make it down to the convention center for our seats so made it late for us […] getting there. Read more

This is the best Hotel ever. I to Fairview Heights about once a month to shop. I will always stay here. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and make sure you have everything you need. Olive Garden and Bob Evans are within walking distance. Plenty of places to shop, and a huge mall all really close.

The staff was very friendly and there were staff everywhere, striking up conversation with the guests. The hotel offered "cocktail hours" and basically provided us with dinner with the items they served. My daughter loved the free popcorn and soft drinks in the lobby. We were in town for my nephew's wedding and just loved all the Drury Inn had to offer. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we loved the breakfast buffet and cocktail hour. Will make a point at staying at a Drury Inn next time we travel.

The desk person was so kind and friendly and gave me good advice as to how to get the absolutely lowest rates when I booked my next reservation. Breakfast was good as usual with great variety. Husband and I stayed a Saturday night here with our med sized doggy pal. For the price that we paid, this place was excellent. We didn't have to pay extra for our doggy to stay with us. :) I'm a clean freak and considering that other dogs and their owners stay at this hotel, I can honestly say our room was superb. I didn't have to worry about walking […] barefoot in the room, the bed was comfy, bathrooms were clean. We weren't able to take advantage of their happy hour drinks and snacks but we certainly smelled the popcorn and the foods going in and out of the hotel even a few hours after serving time. Good thing we were on the 3rd floor so the smell didn't bother me once we passed it. Speaking of smell, the carpeting and upholstery definitely smells weathered but they still looked in really great shape. We caught an evening ball game at Busch stadium and we took a quick 5-min drive from the hotel to Fairview Heights metrolink station, parked, and took the train over to the stadium. The train ride was about 20-25 mins which was excellent considering we didn't have to drive to the stadium, find parking, pay for parking, avoid ignorant pedestrians etc. Our room happened to be right by the ice machine so there were plenty of hall wanderers and kids running around that we could hear throughout our stay. So, if you're looking for some peace and quiet, be warned of the little people and their endless energy in roaming the halls at this hotel. Read more

The best hotel we've stayed in. We stay here several times per year. The staff is always extra friendly, rooms clean, pool area is awesome, breakfast is great! Free dvd's at the front desk, free drinks every night. Our kids love to stay here, so do we!

Amazing!!!! I've stayed at two different Drury locations now & loved them both! We are now Drury for Life! The meals provided were great & the free cocktails, pop & popcorn were a real money saver as well! I can't rave enough about how great this place is!!!!

Will definitely stay at this hotel again! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Enjoyed the free drinks from 5:30 to 7:00, free movie rental, free popcorn and pop. The hotel is close to a mall and tons of restaurants. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding area as well.

I was most impressed with this Drury Inn in Fairview Hieghts and its proximity to other venues. BUT the big plus was that pets stay free while a neighboring hotel said they would charge $50 a night! We will stay with Drury again.
