    I requested a non-smokers room, and when we got there, it was a smokers room. It smelled horrible, and made our clothes stink for the duration of our stay. The sheets smelled like smoke, and made it hard to fall asleep. Very disappointed.

    First time I stayed at this chain and was not disappointed. Stayed at two other hotels on this trip. All about the same price. This one by far the best. Staff didn't hesitate to accommodate my change in reservation. Will definitely stay there again.

    We've been to this particular Drury Hotel many times and will continue to come back to this hotel. The front desk staff, actually all the staff is very hospitable and accommodating. The 'extras', i.e. free breakfast, drink tickets, popcorn & sodas is a nice extra especially when traveling with young kids like I do. Two years ago we came to this hotel […] and stayed while my dad was dying. The staff was not only sympathetic (since we didn't know exactly how long we would be staying), but offered a discount for just such a situation as ours.     We really like the hotel in Poplar Bluff. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We accidentally forgot some of our dirty clothes in the room and when we called to report them we were told they had them and they were sent to us in a timely manner by the manager. We were very thankful for such good service. We also like the morning […] and evening buffets. The food was always hot and the service was outstanding.     We were dropping someone off at the Amtrak station at midnight, so we appreciated the convenient location of the motel and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than the usual motel breakfast. We'll stay here again next time we have to meet the train!

    The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was raining when we arrived and our room smelt mouldy. Could not decide whether this was due to the wet weather, air conditioning or just the state of the room in general. We chose to stay here as we were on route to Nashville and this was a halfway stop. Probably would not use again.
