I have stayed here in the past and was pleased. This time room was not clean. Stains on walls and bathroom was not clean. Guess I caught them on a bad day.

The staff @ this hotel were very professional. We arrived late and tired due to our flight, our reservation was quickly found and our room was conveniently located. This is not a 5 star hotel but it was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to most amenities.

Although billed at three stars, the blush if off the bloom. The a/c was off when I entered the room in and the Dallas humidity this meant the room was moldy and mildewed. The "Wireless Internet" didn't work anywhere in the hotel. The refrigerator was broken. They didn't even have a computer with an internet connection which I could use to check in for my flight. I travel all the time. Often to Dallas. There are many other hotels in the area which are significantly nicer and not significantly more expensive.

Clean comfortable room. Good hot breakfast. Close to my business. Could not ask for any more for the price paid. Only minor complaints would be that the elevators are a little slow and the carpet in the room was pretty worn.

The motel looked good from the outside and was easy to find; however, the good part ended there. Soon as we got into the room we noticed a strange smell (maybe a mixture of cigarette and something). The room was quite small. What we hated the most was all the rolly-poly bugs running around everywhere in the room, bathroom, and even down the hallway. We did end the stay on a positive note, breakfast was pretty good.

Though nothing spectacular, here was really nothing wrong with my stay. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning the room, and the breakfast was fine. My only complaint is that the security gate should be removed since it is no longer functional. Also, this isn't the nicest area of Dallas - mostly fast food, gas stations, and liquor stores around. But I stayed here for 4 nights and didn't have any problems, and I'd stay again.

This hotel is a very good value. Not a great neighborhood but if the location works for your stay (it was convenient for me), it's a good choice as the rooms are comfortable and clean, well appointed (microwave and refrigerator) and the price is right. Internet is wired - not wireless. Also, internet can be balky - just unplug the power to the phone and replug and it will then work. Denny's next door open 24 hours is great for late night snacks.

Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel was less than desired. The gates were broken and there was trash everywhere. When we got to our room, it was extremly small. I stayed there with my family (4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children) and there was no room. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were small and uncomfortable as well. Even my 8 year old said his back "was cramping" after sleeping on it. The sheets weren't changed after my husband directly asked the housekeeper, due to the fact that my son spilled something on the sheets. The bed was made right over the spill. (an obvious spill) The staff was extemely rude both at the hotel and those who worked fro hotels.com. The keys to the room had to be replaced several time because they quit working. We also had trouble getting a internet connection in the room and had to call the tech. support number several time for assistance. There was no ethernet cable and then with the cable we could not get a signal. We actually picked up the hotel next door's signal.

This hotel worked out well for my wife and I as a one night stay to see a Dallas Stars game. Like the other comments the breakfast was really good, and the pillows were very small. I meant to bring our own pillows based on the comments, but forgot. It was not that big of a deal. I was concerned to see that the parking lot automated gard stations were broken and in disrepair. The surrounding area is not the best part of town. We felt safe, but the stations should either be repaired and functional, or removed.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. There was a shortage of hot water in the morning. The pillows are a bit small but very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that the drink machines do not take dollar bills, so bring quarters with you! The neighborhood is not the best but was not particularly sleazy. Even though the hotel is right next to a major freeway we did not hear any traffic noise at all. All in all this was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again!

My hotel experience in the DFW area has been a mixed bag. I wasn't expecting much when I booked my room for two nights at this Quality Inn off of I-35E but I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be well maintained and very clean. On top of my satisfaction with the room itself, I would have to say that the breakfast was outstanding! I would stay here again next time I am in the area.

The room was nice and clean. the pillows were very small so you need at least two to be comfortable. There breakfast was very good; with sausages, eggs, biscuit and gravy, waffles, toast and the usual juice, muffins and cereal. I dont know what happened but one of my keys didnt work on the second day. If you're looking for a nice fitness center this is not it. It had a 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 stair master and one set of 5 lbs hand weights. Overall I would go back

Very clean lobby, hallways and room. The bed was very comfortable particularly if you prefer a firmer mattress (unusual for a relatively inexpensive hotel). The room rate includes a very nice hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon etc.) as well as several good choices for those who prefer lighter fair (yogurt, fresh fruit, bran cereals, oatmeal etc.).

Their was lots of information available to let you know what to do while in the city and how to get around the city. The only thing I didn't like was the night clerk didn't tell me about breakfast nor did she tell me when checkout was.
