I usually dont do a review but this stay was better than I expected. It was not the Hilton but for the price it was great. Room was big and clean. The hotel was nice and clean. The location was great. Dinner was walking distance, about one block but I drove because it was raining that evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll book it again when in Tallahassee.

The hotel I stayed at is very good. The staff is very kind & so far, from what I experience, I had good customer service. The location wasn't bad, unfortunately, I wasn't there for an attraction, but more of a personal matter. Nonetheless, it's location was very near by & what makes it a plus is a gas station very close (walking distance) & a restaurant next door.

The worst hotel I have ever been. The beds were dirty when requested clean sheets the attendant told us to come, get the sheets and make the beds ourselfs. When we decided to leave because of the condition and the treatment we received the attendant refused to check us out. We left anyway but we will never forget how we were treated.

We were just in town to help our daughter and grandson set up their new home, so all we wanted was a clean place to lay our heads and keep our grandson with us overnight. My only negative was that the coffee pot had a ring of coffee in the bottom of it. Being not a very picky person, I just rinsed it out and set it up with coffee and water so I'd just […] have to push the button the next morning. I was told at the time of registration, I could ask for adjoining rooms when we checked in and if they were available we would get them. The hotel does not have any adjoining rooms. Also, I booked two rooms with 2 adults and 2 children in one and the other room with two adults. I had to ask both days for the additional 2 sets of towels as they only […] gave enough for 2 in each room. One of the first things I notice was a black socks on the floor right under the bed frame that was left from the previous people. I threw it in the trash. Well, it was a big football weekend, so we paid way too much to want to go back. The phone wasn't working and the toilet broke the second we got into the room. The good part was the desk clerk was SUPERB, and the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes and fixed it, cleaned up, was very apologetic. He also fixed the phone (cord was just loose.) We checked in late. Service was ok. Room had a smell when you first walk in. Did not feel the bed sheets where clean. Too tired at that time to really care. For the price we paid, it is about average.

Came to Tallahassee over FSU Homecoming weekend and our hotel options were limited as it was a very busy weekend. All hotels in the area charge a higher rate during such weekends so the room was not exactly cheap; however, it was fine. This is an older hotel but our room was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. We did not take advantage […] of the free breakfast which was offered daily from 6:00 AM till 9:00 A.M. but might have if it had been served from 7:00 AM till 10:00 AM. Rooms were OK. Beds were not comfortable, and room had an awful odor. A good carpet cleaning and change of mattress would be helpful. Not terrible for the price, but it does need a little attention. Breakfast was provided, but could have gotten the same thing at the gas station on my way out of town. Very easy to get to off highway.

The bed and shower were great. It's older but that wasn't the problem. The carpet needs replaced and they need new towels and clothes. After that they could consider upgrading the TV sets. It's just average but could really be improved.

Husband and I booked the hotel online. We were in town for the SSU and FSU football game. After serveral attempts at trying to book a hotel for the weekend we decided to book this one. Everything was fine. We needed a quick, comfortable stop for one night, and we got exactly that. The location of the hotel was totally convenient to our needs. We interacted with three of the hotel staff, and they were all very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again if we were to return to Tallahasse.
