Wonderful hotel experience. This was our first time at a Four Seasons and we will return. They beat the Ritz hands down on customer service! Quiet atmosphere and professional setting. I would not recommend this hotel for children. Great for couples and those who want a relaxing environment.

Four Seasons hotel for sure as far as service and upscale hotel goes. The food was less than what I have come to expect from a Four season property. So stay for the quality of the hotel but find someone else to eat if you are looking for top notch food.

The Four Seasons Atlanta is absolutely worth it. The spa alone makes it worthwhile. There are very few hotels with an attendant in the gym bringing you bottles of water, or a fruit basket outside the exercise room. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Atlanta is still kind of a lousy suburban sprawl, but the Four Seasons is an oasis. Wonderful hotel with excellent food, service, spa, lounge and location (in mid-town with easy on/off from interstate a few block away). The staff was amazing and we loved the facilities. Valet parking is a little expensive, but the valet staff provided our car quickly, gave us bottles of cold water (it was 103 outside) and always called us by our names. […] They were delightful. Upon check-in by a very charming, pleasant and courteous desk staff, I was told that instead of a King bed for just me, I could opt for a room with 2 single beds, which seemed reasonable, so I did. The view was nearly non-existent, whereas prior, I think I had had a much better view. Maybe not. Oh well, I wasn't there that long. Otherwise the room, […] bed, bathroom etc. were very comfortable. There were 2 phones in the room and one was in very bad condition. Trying to use it to call the Concierge and room service did not work out very well - couldn't get off "speaker" and the hang-up hook fell off into the interior of the phone. Though I reported it, it was not fixed, but as I say, I did have a 2nd phone. I was appalled to discover no internet access unless I signed up for it and PAID. Maybe this is standard in big city hotels? I was only there overnight and didn't really want to use it but for a couple of emails home telling my husband I had arrived safely. Room service breakfast was extremely nice: very quick and efficient, the wait staff person was exceedingly nice, food good. As I was checking out using the hotel lobby computer to print my flight boarding pass, I encountered several problems and the taxi was waiting. Someone on the bell staff observed my quandary and stepped up to help me without my asking and solved the problem for me! And I'm still wondering how it is that the doorman or bell man greeted me by name!!! How did he know who was arriving? Read more

Beautiful hotel, close to everything in midtown Atlanta. Loved the spa! We were thrilled by the service of the hotel staff. Although this is a luxury hotel neither the staff nor the atmosphere were stuffy in the least! The only "con" was the traffic near the hotel but that's Atlanta for you :-)

We were happy with the hotel overall, but at this point it is irritating to have to pay for wifi connection. Free internet has become standard at most mid-priced hotels, not to mention the Starbucks on the corner.. Also, the down comforter is too warm - it forces you to turn the AC up high which I don't like.

A great hotel in a great midtown neighborhood in Atlanta. Very comfortable room with great service and wonderful restaurants. People were very helpful and positive. Rates were reasonable compared to hotels not of this calibre. Concierge helped us enjoy our time by visting beautiful local attractions (e.g. parks, botantical garden).

This Four Seasons did not seem to be up to the usual Four Seasons standard: the bathroom was small, and appeared to have been really sloppily re-done with a miniscule shower stall and marble that didn't match. The public areas were either rather bare, or over-the-top gaudy, i.e. lacking the usual FS style.

The hotel is excellent. There is nothing to complain about what "it has". The only issue is what it does "not" have. It does not have a convenience market; or any place to get a simple drink, snack, toiletries, etc. We walked next store to the Marriott to pick up some water, snacks, aspirin, etc. The other short-coming is that the room service prices […] were good, but they add 22% tip and another $3.75 admin charge. They was absurd, so we went out instead. The biggest positive is that we arrived very tired and my wife was sick. We closed the drapes and went to bed. We didn't wake up until 11:30AM! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a weekend away sans kids. The hotel gave us a wonderful room and sent us a small birthday cake to share. This hotel was beautiful and had every amenity you could want. It was also perfectly located near the highway and near restaurants so we could get out and enjoy ourselves. Wonderful weekend!

The entire staff from the bellmen, front desk, restaurant staff to maid staff were all supbeb! The attention to detail is what my wife and I expected. We actually used the fitness center.
