It was convenient location and loved the two meal service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is very close to the mall, restaurants, & other attractions. Compared to other hotels, I received a very nice suite for the money I paid. The room was very clean but the hotel overall is showing age. The next morning, I was greeted with a cheerful, "Good morning!" by the housekeepers and staff; I really like that! One small complaint; the […] guest pantry had no bottled water and could have been better stocked. Other than this, I'd surely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very convenient in location"
Other than the rough and routy school children that were unattended in the pool and hot tub area, it was nice. I was able to ride the exercise bike for my leg. That helped a lot. Just wished the sauna was in working order. But all in all it was very nice. Thank you so much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for handicapped travel"
As a handicappoed person, I found the bath area really great. All the rails met my needs. I used every one od them. Location of handicappped rooms accross from elivators is an asset. Enjoyed the breakfast bar. I am a diabetic, fruit chouice met my needs. The mall location was good for my wife.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Hotel needs a renovation desperately"
This was our first Drury experience. The hotel has a great location right next to the highway and based on a lot of positive reviews we were expecting a nice stay, but that wasn't our experience. The food for dinner was not good, served hot dogs and chicken strips. The lettuce for the salad was wilted. The breakfast food was just ok. We were on an upper […] floor and the elevators were very slow. Our room was dated and had an active water leak from the toilet on the floor above us. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and sagged to the middle. We did like the suite setup, and have stayed at Homewood Suites prior. We were expected a similar hotel to Homewood, but there is just no comparison. Based on our experience we will be going back to Homewood. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice place, comfortable beds"
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was cloudy looking so we deceided not to use it. We would definately stay here again. Hopefully they will maintain the pool & the pool area a little better.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was fine. I was disappointed with the food provided, but it was free or at least included in the hotel price so whatever. I was, however, very upset that when they asked for my credit card to cover any incidentals, the failed to mention that whether or not I purchased any, they would put a $100 hold on my card. Um, yea, don't you think that […] was important information to me? Well, needless to say, I was quite shocked when seeing that pending charge on my account. I will not be staying there again because I prefer to deal with honest businesses with integrity. You should always be notified if they will be putting a hold on your account. If you are in Paducah and don't stay here, you have made or will be making a mistake. It offers clean, quiet rooms, free food and OUTSTANDING service. I have stayed at several hotel chains, from now on, we will look for a Drury wherever we go!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly ! But Do Not get any of the rooms that end in 14 next to the elevator !!! The restroom is ridiculously SMALL !! The Door almost hit the toilet !!! Only about one inch Clarence... I put up with it for one night , But Never Again!!! Did Not expect that from a new hotel!!

We had heard about Drury from friends and decided to try it out. We were pleasantly surprised! We arrived at 6:50 p.m. and were told we could just make it to their evening happy hour. It was much more! They had a great selection of appetizers plus hot dinner food, soup and make your own salad. We passed on the bar but I think they have limited free drinks. The servers were more than willing to spend a little extra time to make sure we were satisfied. Our suite was perfect and similar to the Embassy Suite configuration with two rooms, one a living area and the other with two queen beds. The area in between the rooms contained the micro, refrigerator and coffee pot, and a sink. We used this as an extra area for make up in the morning as it has a very long counter. Breakfast was included and similar to Hampton Inn breakfasts with an abundance of items. We will definitely be Drury Suite repeat customers!
"Excellent Hotel and Service"

What a wonderful hotel! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff above helpful. The cleaning lady the next morning was in the hallway and when I came out to go to breakfast, she asked if everything was good and if there was anything I needed or could she help me with. I don't every remember the cleaning staff being that helpful anywhere else I have stayed. The food was better than expected. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, gravy, donuts, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, & oatmeal. Dinner offered chili, corn soup, hotdogs, nachos/cheese, chicken strips and macroni and cheese. The best part is the food was delicious. Snack up until 10 on popcorn and fountain drinks available during certain hours. I was so impressed with the food and service. Both meals have a closing time but there were people that came in afterwards, the staff was putting food back out so they could eat. I could not believe how nice they were to everyone and did not mind waiting if there was someone who came in after closing. Room was above what I expected. The suite offered privacy for us from two teenage boys. The boys slept on the sofa sleeper and my friend and I had the two queen beds which offered a sliding door for privacy. The living room area had a flat screen tv and the bedroom also. It was great. The boys went swimming and used the hot tub and bragged on how nice it was several times. Only problem we had was the original room we were given was not cleaned, but one call and they brought us new keys and helped to move us across the hall to another room. They were very apologetic and quick to respond. It impressed me. Very busy hotel which I can see why so it was hard to find a parking space sometimes. It could use a bigger lot but that is the only thing I would recommend. For the price and what you get, I can deal with that minor detail.
"Great Place...Everythng you could want"

The title of review gives is really true. Suites are a really treat; they are laid out with a "living room" with a short hallway holds a gallery kitchenette and the bathroom leading to the bedroom. The bedroom has a pocket door so it is really possible to watch two different tv shows or read in one half/watch tv in the other half. The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge, coffee marker and bar sink. (No running to the bathroom for coffee water). The rooms are nicely appointed; the living room has a couch and an easy chair (and desk with desk chair). Lots of outlets for your tablets, cell phones, etc. The hotel has a "happy hour"--free munchies (buffet) and 50 cents drinks/beer/wine (Kentucky requires Drury to charge: 50 cent minimum by law). The wine was quite passable--not a fine vintage but for 50 cents. The buffet breakfast was good. Good scrabbled eggs, sausage, biscuits, DIY waffles, oatmeal and pastries are on the buffet line along with coffee, tea, juices, etc. We did not try the swimming but it look reasonable--not huge but enough. Nice soaking tub. All indoors for winter use. The only drawback is that hotel is about 4 miles from downtown. If you want fine dining--drive the 4 miles. The staff were very friendly and made every effort to help.
"Totally remodeled & beautiful"

This is our second visit since the remodeling work and it is beautiful. Drury Corp put a lot of thought and probably money into this remodel and it appears to be worth it. Bright front desk area, more room in dining area. Hallways and rooms are much brighter and smell very fresh. Most refreshing is that this is now a completely "NON-SMOKING" hotel and that is so refreshing. Great job Drury. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful as always. Was able to meet the GM Nicole Ryan who was super nice, as most people in Kentucky are. This is our new "go to" hotel in Paducah. Keep up the good work folks.

Stayed at the Drury Inn on our way down to Florida. Great front desk person when we checked in. Ate dinner at the hotel as there was a snow storm the night before and the roads were icy. Good night sleep! Had breakfast, which also had a large selection for breakfast.
""Very Very Nice Hotel!""

We stopped by this hotel to try something different from our usual hotels of Holiday Inn or Comfort Suites on our way home from our family Florida vacation. This hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in, for that was mid price range. Actually, this hotel was priced less and we got so much more! It is very classy, from the open 4 story foyer that greets you walking in, to the glass elevator that takes you up to your floor! The rooms are super nice and clean with attention taken from the over sized shower head with great pressure to the granite counter tops, you feel like you are in a much more expensive place! Two flat screen t.v.'s, with comfortable cozy seating and beds! And everyone is super friendly and kid friendly and did not have a stuffy business feel to it. Everyone from business or family would feel welcome from what I seen. Also, not only is the free breakfast the best, they also have free late afternoon meal!! We were going to go out to eat, but instead just ate there for free! Meatballs, noodle dish, potatoes, soup, rolls, hotdogs and more. And they also have free popcorn and pop until 10:00 pm which the kids loved. The pool is kind of small but clean, and a nice hot tub. I promise I dont work for this place, (ha ha) but I give it 5 stars and this would be the first hotel I have ever given 5 stars to! We will be back next year when "Mickey" comes calling!
"Drury Suites Paducah, Kentucky"

We were not happy that our flight was cancelled and we had to spend the night in Paducah compliments of United Airlines. However, the well appointed room at this hotel and the free dinner which is included in the room price, turned our day around.

Super accommodating when we needed to change reservation locations (due to an ice storm). Just over and above taking care of their customers both on the phone and the people at the desk, the people who did the breakfast and dinners...everyone!
