"Close to downtown"
It was fine but hotels.com rate was including breakfast. When we arrive at the reception they told us they have not been preparing breakfast for the last 6 months and that they had informed hotels.comGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"In the heart of downtown ..."
At first, we thought it odd that this downtown "business-condo-hotel" had no actual business center, but the staff was super helpful in leading us to resources for printing our boarding passes (a UPS Store next door), bus lines/stops, etc. Our two-room suite was very comfortable and we were within walking distance to good restaurants, bus stops, museums, […] and historical landmarks. For us, it was well-situated in a very spread-out city. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Near Jamba, Starbocks, Longs & Ross"
It was very comfortable. The service was excellent!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what it appears"
The building is still in great shape but older and the decor and rooms reflect that. The parking entrance needs to be explained better as one way roads makes missing the lone entrance frustrating! The location and view are great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Executive Center in downtown Honolulu is very convenient for those conducting business as well as pleasure in Honolulu. Very clean with convenient parking makes this a very desirable location for the business traveller.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to cruise terminal"
Hotel staff was helpful. Adjacent restaurant had limited hours. No breakfast service at the hotel, as the website stated. Overall, nice size room for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for cruisers from Honolulu"
This hotel is great: right in downtown Honolulu: blocks from Chinatown, blocks from the cruise departure points. Staff is outstanding. Few amenities -- no business center, but the staff will gladly print your boarding passes for flights out from Honolulu; no shuttle, but the staff will gladly call a cab for you. All rooms are suites, and we were upgraded […] from a junior suite (one bedroom, with small "living room" area and kitchenette to a one-bedroom suite (one bedroom, nice living room full kitchen) on our return trip. (We stayed two days before our cruise departure and one day after our cruise returned.) Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Just one night in Honolulu"
A good place to stay when you're here just overnight. Easy walking distance to the city sights with convenient access to the airport via Speedie Shuttle.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I had to check out two days early and the hotel was more than willing to refund the difference, along with hotels.com. Both parties were very accommodating. I appreciate the flexibility.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice view of the harbor"
The hotel was very nice, staff was quite friendly. The lobby was beautiful, we stayed on the 35 floor which gave us just an amazing view of the ocean of the commercial ports at Pearl Harbor the only reason I did not give them a flawless review was the rooms were in need of updating they had a certain 80's feel to them. They were clean though overall […] a very pleasant stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Stayed here 6 nights on a business trip. Chose this hotel for location and kitchenette in room. Room was comfortable, big, and nice enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. It does cost to park your car but that's typical of a downtown hotel. When you come, call as you pull into the parking garage and have them assign you a stall. I was […] worried about that since a previous reviewer said he had a hard time finding a stall but they assigned me a stall for my full stay. Had to take two elevators to my room but was fine. Would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good downtown Honolulu hotel"
Rooms were very spacious and location was great for access to downtownGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The suite was very outdated with wallpaper curling on walls, kitchenette was falling apart, seating area had a desk, table, automan and an artificial plant. There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes as well.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice downtown hotel, away from Waikiki"
Stayed four nights, lovely ocean view from 36th floor. Friendly, efficient staff. Very convenient for business downtown, less so if you're looking for beach/tourist activities, but it is easy walking distance to Iolani palace, the Aloha tower, the Maritime Museum, and Chinatown.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient but Sad"
Yikes, for the most part. I would just leave as that but for those people who I would like to save, this hotel is so sad. Don't believe the pictures, they are totally incorrect. Those business suites are awful. The carpet is peeling from the corner of the walls, the bathrooms are this absolutely terrible yellow gray 1x1 tiles that look like they have […] never been cleaned. The bed sheets looked unwashed, thankfully the pillows were comfortable, although after an 11 hour flight anything is comfortable. The restaurant was nice but it is not open on weekends. Good luck finding anything to eat anywhere around this place. Even their delivery menu cost almost $30 for a large plain pizza and the pizza was awful. The staff was great! For all the nice people out there looking for a good stay, PLEASE stay at the beach in Wakiki. Do not go anywhere else! I was very disappointed. I could've had a nice trip had I spent the additional $10 to book something in Wakiki. Better luck next time I guess. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient for business but no other draw"
It was fine, but the rooms are old and shabby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Convenient to all business location and wonderful connection to all public transportation stop. Easy connection to shopping center & downtown location. I think the breakfast time at the hotel should be open early especially on the weekend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Starbucks and Jamba Juice are nearby and a reasonably complete drug store is right downstairs. It was a good choice for my travel needs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent downtown hotel"
We stay in the hotel before and after a cruise vacation. The location is excellent. Some rooms have kitchen and washer & dryer which is a convenience. Continental breakfast and internet included in the cost. The cost was fair considering the cost of surrounding hotels. Parking has a $20 surcharge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfort at a convenient location"
We enjoyed the well equipped room(s), bath room, kitchenette and the central location. We also liked being able to walk to art museum, restaurants etc. The view from the breakfast room on the 40th floor was very nice. The service and security are very good. Also for those who will go on a cruise there is only a short taxi ride to the cruise ship.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Definitely stay there again next time around"
The views of my room were spectacular. I enjoy the most the sunrise and sunset from the views from my room on the top floor.Genuine Expedia guest review
"For business in downtown, not for beach"
Quite far away from Waikiki but the hotel itself is not bad. If you are not so much beach and shopping lover, the hotel is nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for business travelers"
The hotel is located in the heart of Honolulu. When I got into the parking garage, there were very few parking spaces for hotel visitors. I drove all the way up to the 10th floor in the parking garage before I found a spot with no reserved sign in the parking stall. I don't know what I would have done if the few spots were taken. It's not like you can […] find parking in downtown Honolulu easily. When I got to the lobby, the front desk was around a corner. When I got to the front desk, the staff was very nice and helpful. They checked me in quickly and were very professional. I was pleased with the room. The views were spectacular. The room resembled a small condo and was clean and tidy. My room was equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave oven, small refrigerator, plateware and silverware. The food and drinks in the room was reasonably priced. I took advantage of the 24 Hour Fitness coupon that allowed me to work out for half the daily price. It was practically right around the corner within walking distance. Overall, it was great for the price. I am a business traveler and this suited me just fine. If the parking was less of a hassle then it would be my “go to” hotel when I travel to Honolulu. "Good place for business accommodations."
I have spent a month there and later a week there. I like the fact that there are small kitchens in the rooms so I didn't have to go to a restaurant every night. In my last trip, the lock on the door didn't work well and was difficult to open with the card. The hotel staff had no solution and never got it serviced during the week I was there. In general, […] I like the hotel and will stay there again. I also like the fact that it is in downtown Honolulu and away from the crowds and traffic of Waikiki. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"In town for the day or business...."
I stayed in Rm # 1812 (like the overture) and it was impressive. The bathroom sink was not draining tho. I tried the handle for it and that came out of it's fixture! Hmm. Looked under the sink and didn't see any attachment for it. Gave up for the time being. Some food delivery or menus of close by restaurants would have been nice since I got in in the […] evening and by the time I thought of my hunger it was too late to take a cab to go look for a place to eat at. A tv schedule or list of the different channels would have been nice. Otherwise it is a very comfortable room and would recommend it for mostly business people or others who are not there for a vacation. Thank you for your professional attitude and pleasant atmosphere. "we love this place"
We loved everything about our stay, worth every penny to stay on the 37th floor with a pretty decent view. We stayed in 3706, which seemed twice as big as the last oceaview suite we stayed in (3405). Very pleasant staff, and their is always a security guard, keeping an eye on the lobby. Elevators require a key, so I feel pretty secure knowing that no […] random characters will be wandering the halls. This hotel is located pretty much where chinatown, a couple of junior colleges, and high traffic business district all come together. If you wa lk out of the building any time of the day or night, you are guaranteed to see someone interesting. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel but beware of Room 109"
The hotel was really nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Check in is usually at 4:00pm they but they said we could come back at 2:30 because rooms were still being cleaned. All rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They put us in Room 109 which was very small, the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and closet […] was in the bathroom. One of the walls was slanted so it made the room feel even smaller. We went back to the front desk and told them the room was very small and I did not like that fact the closet was in the bathroom (damp smelly clothes, not for me), and ask if all rooms had the refrigerator /microwave in the bathroom. Dave was very accommodating he said he would find us another room if we were not happy. He gave us a room with a king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in a separate area. WE WERE VERY PEASED WITH HOTEL AND STAFF. Just beware of Room 109. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent Hotel Away from Tourists"
Greatly enjoyed my stay here. This hotel is far from the tourist attraction of Waikiki and the malls and beaches, so the luxury of Waikiki is not at hand for this hotel, but Waikiki can be reached by car. However, this hotel is nicely situated adjacent to the downtown area so there are stores, restaurants, cafes, and lounges in walking distance of the […] hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The garage does have low ceilings so if you have a big SUV you may have some issues. Me and my significant other were in a one bedroom suite, and we were superbly comfortable during our 2 week stay. The kitchen was even nice to cook in. We loved being high up in air above the city because we could miles around us, what a beautiful scene. I would definitely stay here again. "Aston at the Executive Centre Hotel - good access"
It is very quiet at night. The great mountain view with outdoor lights. Very nice continental breakfast. Bus access is awesome! Bus stops around the hotel so you can go anywhere in the island. a bit scary at nights in the neighborhood. Other than that, nice place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wasn't half bad."
I was very impressed with the toilet paper roll dispenser placement. Located on the leftside it makes for a very comfortable reach over with the right hand. The elevation is approximately just below chest level in the seated position which further eases the reach over. Also, if seated using correct posture, the toilet paper roll is in position just […] slightly forward the torsel completing reach comfort. "The business end of Honolulu"
Aston at the Executive Center is in the middle of downtown Honolulu, a place where our cab driver warned us there was 'nothing', and that certainly seemed to be the case. However, for an overnight stop en route to the airport and a long flight home, it was a great location. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and even include some cable channels […] so that we were able to watch Monday Night Football without finding a sports bar. If you can, book a room on the 40th floor. That's the top of the tower and has great views all around Honolulu (and for no additional charge). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Suited for business travellers, 1st room had problems"
This hotel is located in the business district, a long way from Waikiki and tourist activities, so only go consider this hotel if you are on a business trip. The ocean-view room looks on the commercial marina, not the beach area. Not close to restaurants or shopping. We arrived on the Sunday before Labor Day and restaurants and stores close to the hotel […] were closed on Sunday and also on the Monday holiday. Our first room was on the 31st floor, and it had problems. It had a wooden floor and older furniture; it was nice but not special. The TV did not work and the cabled internet (no wifi) worked for about 15 minutes and then never again. After complaining about the problems, the staff was very apologetic. We were moved to a room on 37th floor that was much nicer (carpeted, better furniture, working TV and Internet). Since we weren't in town on business, this was not the right place for us. We were stuck there for the first night, and moved to a hotel near Wikiki for the other two nights we were on Oahu. This would be a good hotel if you were in town for business and wanted to be downtown, but this is not where tourists will want to stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
