we were looking for an indoor pool and while they had one it was very warm - it was like swimming in a bathtub. We couldn't stay in very long because it was too warm. It was close to I-65 which we liked because we were passing through Nashville so only stayed one night.

Overall good, indoor pool was not warm at all the first day, notified the front desk, and they said they would check into it. The next day, pool was much more comfortable. When we first turned on the AC in our room, it had a slightly odd odor, maybe soured water or something, called front desk, sent a maintenance man up within 5 minutes, sprayed odor […] neutralizer in room, was great from then on. We were travelling through Nashville and decided to spend the night. This hotel came up at a good price with good reviews so we gave it a shot. The main lobby area is nice, the staff were very responsive and friendly, and our room was okay. However, there was a lot of highway noise even with the window closed and the AC unit in the room was VERY loud. […] Other than that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. In the morning a very rude employee kicked everyone out of the continental breakfast area at 9:30am sharp. This was disappointing to say the least. This hotel is an older hotel that could use some updating, especially compared to others in the area. The pool was kind of gross and the hot tub stank really badly! We went back to the room and scrubbed to get the nasty smell off. There is a shuttle that will take you to downtown Nashville, round trip $10. This was very nice. The breakfast was VERY GROSS! I have stayed at many hotels with continental breakfast. It is free so usually they are a simple breakfast, but not terrible. This was the worst continental breakfast ever! The biscuits were hard enough to bounce off the wall and the gravy was cold even though it was in a crock pot. The bananas were bruised too. The 2nd floor ice maker was broken and the hallways on each floor (other than ground floor) smelled musty or moldy. i was fairly disappointed in this hotel. At check in only one clerk seemed interested in working. The pillows on the bed were flat and hard and the hotel lounge is only open on weekends. The hotel was clean and in a good neighborhood. Nothing really special about the hotel but nothing really bad either.

Our family enjoyed this hotel, the had excellent front desk people and shuttle service to the Gaylord hotel. There were many restaurants within walking distance and the mall and the Grande Ole Opry are a 15-20 minute walk. We would stay here again. Also the pool was warm and the hot tub was really hot!

The family and I were not happy about the stay. The room had an odor of mold and/or mildew. After taking a shower, the bathroom was very steamy because here was no ventilation in the bathroom. The walls were wet fromthe steam of the shower. The windows did not open. There was a leak in the bathroom. This caused the bathroom floor to always be wet. There […] was only one guest washing machine and dryer. The hotel has over three floors. We had to wait and wait and wait to use the machines. Even though the check-in and room doors have no smoking signs, guest on the first floor smelled like smoke when going to the pool. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat.
