I have been staying at this hotel for at least 12+ years whenever I fly out to Ontario for business. Perfect location. The entire staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are completely satisfied with whatever your need may be. Highly recommended!

This hotel was great for the price. We usually just need a clean, resonable price, convenient place and this was all of these. The bed was actually exceptionally confortable. We would search out other Best Westerns when we travel.

convenient to shopping and eateries and just off the freeway. While Lobby was update, the rooms were not and the hot tub not and needs some ground work. But slept comfy, suite was a treat from standard room. Very continental breakfast. Lots of rooms so kind of apartment style so can get noisy.

on.check in got extra towels luckily because there were no towels or wash cloths in the room, missing bulb in the bedside lamp. But on a good note the bed was extremely comfortable.

The place is a dump! The only good thing was bathroom and beds were clean. Bad carpet, poor lighting, room was more than well worn. The other thing that really made me unhappy was the "complimentary shuttle service" Yes they took me to the airport, but the would not pick me up. I waited over an hour before I finally took a cab.

We stayed for New Years eve as we were attending a function across the street that wanted to charge us much more than we paid for a room here. You can tell every time someone flushes a toilet or turns on the bathroom faucet. I checked in with no problem and the room was fine. When I returned to the room at 11:30 pm the people in the room next door to me were so loud and obnoxious, I called the front desk to be moved to another room. All I wanted to do was sleep and there was no way I would be able to with these people next door. They moved me to a quieter room but I still […] didn't sleep that well since there was a leak above the light in the shower which dripped all night! After I showered the next morning I was getting ready to go have breakfast and was trying to relax when all of a sudden the roof was leaking through the sprinkler on the ceiling! It was leaking so much from the rain that I had to put a trash can under it. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, however I found the location to be a bit shady. Walls were very thin, and we could hear outside and next room noises. It was OK for an overnight stay but I would rather spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else nearby.

The whole facilities seem to be in a bit of dis-repair. The paint in bath was severely cracked and peeling. Loud neighbors and thin wall. Room stank badly. Fitness center was 4 machines in a closet.

Upon arrival service was prompt, very pleasant and helpful. Received upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. But room was above noisy fans and kitchen. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We checked in late, 10:30pm, and there was some sort of construction going on in the courtyard directly across from our room. This went on until after 11:00pm with power tools being heard periodically. Then at 5:30am the fire alarm went off for approx. 30 seconds. The air conditioning in room was broken and it was 100 degrees that day, so the room was very, very hot and uncomfortable and windows do not open. Easy access at I-10 and I-15. I think you have to drive to get dinner or lunch. The provided breakfast was adiquite. Friendly staff and we had a nice, oversized room facing into the very pleasent courtyard. Better price than I was expecting for LA area.

My only dislike was that the doors do not have relly good seals to the outdoors and the "smoking bucket" was near my room and thus the smell of smoke was apparent. I'd recommend non-smokers on one side of the building and smokers on the other.

being greeted by two very unfriendly and almost rude staff at check in desk almost made me want to turn around and go to a different hotel. this had to be almost the worst check-in i have ever experienced. not sure what their definition for friendly service is but a smile would have helped.

Exceptionally convenient to ONT airport. Looks like a blend of mid term and short term folks - decent facilities, not over the top by any measure but a good deal for the price. I am NOT a fan of the Southern Ca lifestyle/values/traffic in 25+ years of being in and out of the area I was a bit jaded and only go when I have to, saying a good year is one […] without a trip to Cali. This trip, I wanted to stay near the smaller airport, get in and out and stay away from traffic while I had 4 business meetings. I took a 25 minute drive into Los Angeles National Forest and parked at the base of Ice House Canyon which is at 4,000' altitude. I ran up the canyon trail on Monday evening and had to cut it short for a meeting later that night. I had the park and trail to myself, and as I ran through the pines, along side a clear freshwater stream. It was so beautiful I was up the next AM and ran up to 6500' and started the day with some truly unanticipated natural beauty and made it back to the hotel in about 20 minutes. The hotel breakie is better than expected with the usual waffles bisuits, gravy, fruit etc, nothing very healthy but adequate. Nice folks at the hotel, and a great respite from vile West LA culture.
