"OK for a night, but that's about it!"
08/18/14 Endless Summer L San Diego, California
I was just traveling through Moab on my way to Colorado and stayed here for just one night. That was enough. The location is sort of depressing with a bunch of work trucks from the BLM parked behind the property. The rooms are large, but outdated. I dropped something on the floor and when I reached down, the carpeting smelled a bit like pet urine. The property definitely needs some maintenance and TLC. The outdoor common area with picnic table and grassy area was just overflowing with trash. There were lots of weeds off of the breakfast patio area. The breakfast food was actually better than I thought it would be with hot items including sausage, eggs and potatoes. However, you will have to put up with a lot of other annoying people crammed into the breakfast area. It is a little surprising the rates they can charge, but I guess it is Moab in the summer tourist season!
"Consider Staying Elsewhere"

You have choices, why stay here? This property is shabby; apparently maintenance is not at the top of management's priority list. In addition to my disappointment at the poor overall condition, I experienced the refrigerator freezing my medication, items in the fridge from and drawers from previous guests, and a cold water hose left in the hot tub for a long period, rendering it unusable. The windows were open in the room when we arrived, strange considering it was over 90 degrees. We discovered why after closing them and noticing the smell in the room. Oh and there was breakfast. it seems every time we stay at a "Quality" property, there are big problems at breakfast. I have no complaints about the food, but the last two stays in these properties the breakfast areas have been commandeered by teen groups, leaving no room and breakfast leftovers for those not in the group. Egad! We were forced to demand trays from the attendants to do a balancing act with liquids on flimsy trays all the way back to our room. This circus sideshow came to predictable bad end when my wife's coffee ended up falling off her tray and into her open suitcase. But cleaning all her clothes and her suitcase is just a fun side vacation activity, right? Look, based on our experience Choice properties appear to provide less-than-optimum overnight accommodations. I suggest you carefully weigh your options before opting to stay in one.
"Oldie, but still kicking"

The hotel has been downgraded from Comfort Suites--new one was built. We stayed with our very large dog for the 4th time. A little run down...thin towels, old fixtures and carpet, but the beds were comfortable, everything worked. There was a "real" hot breakfast--eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Front desk personnel are not my favorite, but will stay the next we go to Moab
"Bad smell in 207"

We stayed at this hotel they were fully booked. The room was very nice but stunk when you first entered room had a musty smell like possibly water damage. We did not notify staff cause we knew they couldnt place us in another room as being booked. The pool and spa were nice. Staff was great. Breaksfast was awesome. I like others think moab is way overpriced on everything. I doubt i will ever return due to pricing being way to high

When we arrived after a long drive, we were very pleased with the large room and comfortable bed. It made our stay in Moab that much more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. It is also within walking distance of some secant restaurants.

This is a great hotel in the beautiful area of the country, Moab, Utah. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. There is a great Bar-B-Q restaurant right across the street called the Blu Pig. The hotel is only minutes away from Arches National Park. When we return to the area, we will be staying here again.
"Close to Arches National Park"

This hotel was less than 5 miles from Arches NP and next to a grocery store and right next to several great restaurants. It was very clean & comfortable, and all staff were helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, exercise room, and great breakfast in the 4 days we were there. We would certainly stay again.

This hotel was outstanding it had an awesome pool that was warm yet still refreshing. The breakfast was outstanding it even featured meats such as bacon and sausage. They also had potatoes and eggs. They had two flavors of waffles. The rooms had excellent air conditioning that cooled down the room pretty quickly. All in all an excellent hotel. Oh, and did I mention the free fresh popped popcorn!

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient, Courteous staff and Classical & Classy Decor. We were very happy to find this particular establishment considering our previous stay with the same chain while in Cedar City, Utah.

Loved this hotel, clean and so comfortable. We had a great breakfast every morning. We stayed 5 days and didn't have one problem. Pool area was very nice, indoor with a hot tub which was so wonderful after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay again.
