My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

Situated in Rochester, Extended Stay America Rochester - Greece is close to Seneca Park Zoo. Additional area attractions include Genesee River's High Falls and Frontier Field.

Had to complain about noise from the visitors in the room above me 3 times and still the noise continued. Was told that the people had a large dog up there and maybe that was the noise. I did not get much sleep.

If you need a place to crash for one night, this place is ok. Any longer and id pay the money to stay elsewhere.

"Extended stay"
Walked into the room and it appeared ok. Very outdated with old box televisions. Told them I had pets when making reservation (at the time we paid) but when we got there ended up having to pay 166 dollars extra for the week. Then found ear plugs under the head of my bed that night EEWWW!!!!! Also found a few hairs in bathroom. Not impressed at all. […] Will never stay there again! Awoke early morning to a woman talking loudly using vulgarity which proceeded on and off that morning. As it turns out, the woman was in the room a couple doors down and across from me and seemed to be highly disturbed. When I approached the hotel front desk, they seemed to be aware of it but had done nothing about it. for the money the hotel and room was what we expected. They need a bigger sign out front to find the place.

For the price, no complaints. Room just barely acceptable in terms of condition; more than slightly shabby and chintzy around the edges. Adequately clean, so OK. I've stayed in plenty of hotels for twenty-five bucks a night more that were many times superior in all regards, with free breakfast thrown in. Not one of the great hotel experiences but for […] the money I'd go back if nothing better were available. "Cheap room"
The price was right for a one night stay. The lower price definately meant lower quality for the bed. This was perhaps one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever tried to sleep in. I would recommend this hotel if someone was looking for a cheap place to stay for a night. I would not recommend them for a nice hotel however.

"Not as clean as I would like"
There was a long black hair on my washcloth.. we have blonde and gray hair. The shower had soap scum on the walls. I felt like I did not want to touch anything. We were in the updated room. Not sure what was updated. People were pleasent that worked there.
Just the basics but it was clean and quiet.

"not very happy"
when we first got to the hotel the person who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. Once we got to our room there was a very unpleasant odor in the room. When we turned on the AC it was really nice at first but after about 10 mins it started to make a loud noise and stayed that way as long as it ran. Having the kitchen in our room was very nice […] and we enjoyed that very much. We were unhappy and surprised that we had to pay for the WiFi because just about all places these days offer free internet especially if u are already paying to stay there. We were also happy that the hotel let us do a hour later checkout. overall we were not very happy with the hotel and will not stay here again. Read more

Don't expect anything too fancy. Room and furnishings looked old. Small old TV. Can probably find a similar quality hotel for much less.

The biggest complaint I had wad check out time is 11am and starting at 9am they were knocking on my door to clean at 10:45 they preceded to call me in my room to be sure I was checking out by 11 am. At 9am when they first knocked on door I was sleeping woke up and stated ill b out at 11 didn't matter every 20 minutes they came knocking. I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the resturants are in within close driving distance.

Only problem with the stay at this hotel was we stayed on the first floor and at 3:30 am the guests that were staying above us came in and had no respect for the guests staying below them. My Mom and I needed a place to lay our heads after a long day at a family party. We did not check in until 10pm. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. He wanted to be sure he gave us the best option that was available. I was impressed with the room size and the mini-kitchen. The room was clean. One thing I would like to mention is the […] building is not every well marked. There were a couple of small signs stuck in the ground, nothing on the building that I would see. "Good Value ...but..."
The light and fan did not work on the hood above the stove. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to buy dish soap to wash the dishes and there wasn't anything to clean the items with. Now...the bed slept decent enough and the food stayed fresh in the fridge. For the money...it was a good value. Will I stay there again? Probably. :)

It wasnt the Ritz, but it was just what we needed, a place to stay for the night. Room was clean and cozy. i really liked the kitchenette. I would recommend this hotel.Price is right.

After having had a horrible experience trying to reserve an appropriate set of rooms with the Super 8 in Webster, we changed our reservations to this lovely, convenient Super 8 in Henrietta. "Ghetto Fabulous - Extended Stay Greece, NY"
This is the most Ghetto Fabulous joint I ever stayed in. The non-smoking hallways reeked of smoke and my room was en-stenched with nicotine, even though it was a non-smoking room. The Front Desk is only open from 7am to 11pm. So good luck trying to check out if you have to be out earlier than that. Used condoms on the hallway floors. Having stayed at ESA sites before, there were no surprises. The room was clean, the bed was OK (not the most comfortable I have ever had), but I have a bad back and hip. The Extended Stay system is one of the best buys in the country. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. And with the availability of a mini kitchen, utensils and all, this was definitely worth every penny. This is a no frills hotel that leaves you wondering what you are missing. Nothing. "One of the worst..."
I've stayed in many low price hotels around the country and this was unfortunately one of the worst. After driving six hours to get there we had to wait on line almost 30 minutes to check in. Then when we finally got to the room it hadn't been cleaned yet, the bed was unmade and there was food and garbage everywhere. We had to carry our luggage back […] down to reception and wait in line again to get another room. The second room had been made up but it was hot and had a terrible musty smell. "Best room for the money"
The location of the hotel was very nice and quiet. Being an extended stay, it was furnished with essentials and would have been very comfortable had we been staying for more than one night. Not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable.
