The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet for about $10 was fantastic. It is less than 15 minutes from Sesame Place, and there are several restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes of the restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.

When I arrived I was given the keys to my room and the clerk walks away as he complaints about understaffing conditions with one of his fellow workers. As I stood I was expecting a rundown of my room location, how best to get there, where to park, a brief summary of the hotel ammenities and their hourly availability, etc. He didnt even end with cordial have a good night or is there something else I can do for you? It was very uncordial and unprofessional.

I highly recommend this hotel to any family who is looking to stay at a hotel that is within driving distance to Sesame Place and close to other PA attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. We were provided with a portable crib for our 1 year old, our 7 year old slept on a sofa bed which he found to be very comfortable and we had the king size bed which was comfortable as well. What we paid per night was extremely reasonable. The dining area has a play area for the kids which we thought was a plus. The only improvement that this hotel needs is to upgrade their pool. It has a nice heated pool outside but it's not in the best condition. Other then that "Great Hotel for the price."

The breakfast was great but a little overpriced. I dint have a fridge in my room as promised in the description. The concierge sent one up right away and checked about 15 minutes later to make sure everything was alright. The pool was big, and clean too bad the whirlpool wasn't working. the only thing that would make it better is to have a microwave on each floor perhaps near the ice machine. we were only on the 2nd floor but any higher would have been annoying to run down to the laundry room to warm my daughters bottle.

The hotel as a whole was not very clean. I did not get to get in the hot tub because it was not working and the pool was closed the second day there. They didn't even put clean sheets on my bed. I told the front desk clerk that there weren't any cups for the water cooler in the exercise room and there still weren't any the next morning either. And I had to ask for complimentary shampoo and conditioner because none was left in my room. This was just the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was totally not worth the price!

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The kids, 7 and 4, had a great time in the pool that had a shallow end with stairs and a deeper end for jumping. They kept running out of towels at the pool was the only problem we encounter put when told about it they got some fast. The kids had won some stuffed animals at sesame place and the next day after house keeping came in they were set up in the bed. Very nice touch. Great price when going through hotels.com-saved $210 dollars over three nights.

My husband and I didn't realize how close it was to the casino, which for us was not a good thing. But if you're looking to head over there, then it's a great spot. This hotel was amazing! It smelled wonderful the moment we walked in and we were greeted very warmly by all staff (we saw 3 different people during our stay). Our room was beautiful and the beds were phenominally comfortable. The room was a double queen and while it was a "typical" hotel room, it was decorated tastefully and just felt a little better than all the rest. The pool was in wonderful condition and when we we walked through the lobby, we were treated with fresh apples! The hallways are vaulted and that amenity was surprisingly pleasing to the senses. We just could not get over how great this hotel smelled, looked and felt! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this would easily fall within the top 3. We loved it and would definitely come back. The only draw back is that while it is in a "burb" of Philly, it really is not very close, but manageable just the same.

For a Marriott Hotel, we were quite disappointed. We were expecting better service than we received. The toilet in our room was stuffed and the maids who came to clean the room left it that way. Upon returning later that evening, we had to call the front desk to have it fixed. Also, one day the maids never came in to tidy the room and make the beds. We were quite disappointed with the service although the location of the hotel met our needs. In addition, the ice machine on our floor was broken and there is only one microwave available for the entire hotel to use.
