I really enjoyed staying at Extended Stay America and I will be going back soon. The comfort of the room was relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and didn't offer king sized beds. Pillows were too soft. There was mold on the bathroom walls. There were some good points.

I had to take my family of 5 on a very short trip at the spur of the moment. If I had not already paid, I would not have stayed at this location. It was convenient to other things, but there was nothing about the hotel that made use want to return. The staff told me that the maintenance man would not be back for 2 days to repair a broken TV. I figured […] out that the power outlet which the TV was plugged into was defective. I felt like I was inconveniencing the clerk by interrupting her smoking break in front of the hotel with some other guest upon arrival. The room was relatively clean, but looked very warn causing the appearance of dirt although it was clean...ish. There was sufficient space for a family of 5, but we would not stay there again. I definitely would suggest a family of 5 to consider other alternatives. Read more

The only positive about this hotel is the convenience to downtown. We had a "non-smoking" room on a smoking floor. The room smelled so bad, we had to buy an air freshener that really didn't help the situation at all. The rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul. Torn wall paper, cracked and missing cauking along the tub, dirty carpet...thankfully […] we didn't have to spend much time in the room other than for sleeping. Guess you get what you pay for! Near nice restaurants and grocery store right next door! Couldn't have picked a better place! Hotel staff was very accomodating and the room was fine. Even the bed was comfortable. Very quiet place too.

After driving 8 hours we got to the hotel to fined they had sold our paid for reservation! The desk clerk didn't know what to do. We requested management and was given a "so called upgrade". The room had too full size beds not the king we paid for. Which mad it very uncomfortable for us as a married couple. The towels were awfully rough, very little […] thread count.
