Hotel Indigo is a great hotel and we stay there every time we are in the area. We love the boutique hotel's and this definitely fits into that category. The hotel staff is also spectacular.

Lovely modern hotel in beautiful grounds. No bathtub just shower. The pastries for sale were stale and the creamer for the coffee was curdled. No free coffee except for room but would recommend this hotel

Hotel was nice , the room was smaller than requested. I thought i was getting a 2 Queen bed two room suite, the beds were full size with a small divider between section with sofa bed. I paid extra for free breakfast and received a ten dollar voucher for each day there which did not cover breakfast for five. I think we stayed too far away from the happening city... so did not really enjoy our stay here.. The cabs and taxi drivers are hard to get hold of them. and they don't even know where is Westfield Shopping mall eventhough it's just 2 stone throw away from the hotel.

This is a botique hotel with nice decor. However, our room had two double beds instead of queens - when most hotels have queens. Also, the bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close over the top of the bath mat on the floor. The awkwardness of the bathroom layout was frustrating. I will look for a different hotel next time.

What a wonderful hotel, where do I start! The location is perfect close to everything: food like Portillo's, malls, small town shopping, parkes and forest preserves. The atmosphere was almost spa like and the accomodations is the room were wonderful. No detail overlooked. Haiku's written on everything. Clean and comfortable. STAY HERE!

I requested a room with 2 beds but got a room with only one bed. When I informed the front desk of this and respectfully requested another room they asked if I had a pull out couch in my room (I did not, all I had besides one full sized bed was a chair) and then informed me that they were at full capacity for the night and there was nothing they could […] do about it. The girl working at the front desk was polite and kind and told me if I wanted to I could speak to a manager in the morning about the mix up. This upset me for two reasons. One: that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem for that night. Two: in the morning the manager didn't care and did nothing. The room we were assigned to was a handicap accessible room, so everything was at odd angles for me, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and added to having only one bed it made for a very awkward room. The hotel itself seemed nice and when I visited a friend who was staying in another room their room was quite impressive, but the room I was given and the way the hotel staff failed to even really acknowledge the problem upset me. If you get a good room I'd reccommend the hotel, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again for fear that I'd end up with a strange room again. Read more

This is a small, modern boutique hotel. The decor is sparse yet functional but also very colorful. My room was rather small, but the king size bed was quite comfortable. We got to the hotel atfer driving for 8 hours. We came down for Lacrosse as soon as we checked in we were told some one had broke a lamp in the hall and we could not bring in our Lacrosse sticks. They had no idea who broke it but just band everyone from bring them in. So we had to leave about $500 dollars worth of valuables in are car. We settled in, […] even though we were not happy. We took the kids for a swim nice pool. WE got back to are room only to find water all over the floor by the sink. From the look of the rippled floor they had the problem for a while. I called the front desk there solution was to put down some towels which was fine until they got soaked and all you heard was the dripping all night long. Breakfast was alright.. The room were nice and so was the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Was not happy with the quailtly of the staff for punishing all arriving guest for someone who was already there. Read more
