In Seattle for a conference. Conference hotel was booked so I looked for a place nearby and chose this one. Happy I did. The room was comfortable, especially quiet, and big. The restaurant was fabulous!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Comfortable Hotel with A Great Location"
Not knowing anything about Seattle, we referenced a few books and then used the Expedia website to figure out where we wanted to stay. This very comfortable hotel was a few blocks from the waterfront and was by every mode of transportation. The staff was friendly and had many suggestions on how to get where we were going. The restaurant, Tulio was fantastic. […] They had a great menu that was not overwhelming. Our waitress was by far one of the best ever and our meal was delicious. Every evening the hotel had a wine reception for their guests, and although we only made two of the receptions, we enjoyed the wine and had a nice time meeting other guests. If I went back to Seattle I would definitely stay at the Hotel Vintage Park again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient location and very walkable."
Very walkable to the Mariners game, Pikes Market, Westlake Center. The beds were extremely comfortable, better than home. Enjoyed the wine/social hour everyday where we met various people from around the country and the reasons that they were in Seattle.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Service but small room"
5 star service by hotel staff for availability, professionalism, and promptness to requests. 4 star rating because the king size room was on the small size, the bed was soft and my hubby and I prefer a hard mattresss, and the double closet doors swing out and when open block the entrance to the bathroom door. Very clean room. The bar and restaurant […] service was excellent as well. Would stay there again and recommend. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved this wine-themed hotel!"
We loved staying at the Hotel Vintage Park. It's located in Downtown Seattle, convenient to the waterfront, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square...we even walked to the Space Needle and Experience Music Project. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They hunted down a wheelchair for us and set up our ride back to the airport. The rooms […] are big and clean and had everything we needed. Great bath and shower with nice water pressure! Finally, every night there was a complimentary wine tasting hour from 5-6. Loved this place. Will definitely stay there again! "Central Location and Friendly Staff"
Everyone on staff is super-helpful and friendly. They made wonderful dinner recommendations and helped us coordinate our trip up to the San Juan Islands. The hotel is in a great central location, too. I highly recommend it!Genuine Expedia guest review
the hotel was clean, in a great area, friendly and all I hoped EXCEPT.... the mattress was horribly uncomfortable... lumpy and arched in the middle so I always felt like I was rolling out!Genuine Expedia guest review
My wife and I stayed 6/4/13 through 6/8/13 during a vacation to Seattle, and we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The location is very convenient for public transportation, both buses and the light rail. You can take the light rail from the airport to a station three blocks away for $2.75 a person instead of paying for a cab. It is a short […] walk down to the water and several great restaurants. The hotel is located in the business/financial district, and has lots of high-end shopping available nearby. The hotel itself is in great condition, and the most pleasing aspect for us by far was the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. The complimentary wine hour from 5-6 pm was a nice touch (they also had sangria available the nights we were there). The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely return. "Excellent service and definitely worth the price"
No true bells and whistles here, but definitely worth it for the price of our stay and the general proximity to downtown attractions. The hotel staff was VERY attentive and helpful, so that's always a big plus. Our room was comfortable and slept four nicely, with a great lounge/sitting area to give a bit more space. The immediate area surrounding the […] hotel didn't seem to have that much going on, but it's a short walk to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square and the more lively parts of downtown. I would stay here again if the price was right! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel has a great location with regards to all of the shopping and site seeing, but hotel is definitely due for an upgrade. They can keep the historic look, just time for a new updated look!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfy room and wonderful staff"
We loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The room was wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable. Even though we were next to the elevator we couldn't hear it all. The wine reception was exceptional and very well attended. The staff was very professional and made you seem like you were staying in a much more expensive hotel. "Vintage Inn Hotel in Seattle"
Excellent location and service. Rooms are small but nicely appointed. Wine tasting in lobby is a warm and inviting way to end the day and start the evening.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good value"
A good value for the money. Hotels in downtown Seattle are uniformly expensive. This stay was priced competitively and the accomodations were above average.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Hotel -- Possibly the worst room ever"
Hotel Vintage Park is like most Kimpton Hotels: trendy, clean, great location, excellent staff. Normally, I'd give a Kimpton Hotel a solid 4-5. The negative review is for the room we stayed in: room 202. This room is next to a conference room and faces the street. The busy street. I expect a certain amount of noise in a hotel and a certain amount of […] noise when facing the street in a hotel. This room seemed to have zero sound protection from outside noise. We could hear the valet, people talking on the street, and every single vehicle that drove by. No sleep. I almost forgot to mention that the room overlooks a busy parking garage. No natural light because you have to keep the blinds closed. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Location is great for I-5 on and off ramp just around the corner. Pikes Place and cafe Migliore are must stops! Beds very comfortable, turn down service is free with a tasty chocolate on the pillow. "Great hotel...just plan for the parking fees."
Great hotel in a great location. Evening wine receptions and morning coffee are included in your stay. Room was nice and large, well-decorated and maintained, with a super comfortable bed. Parking is very convenient and attendants are friendly but VERY expensive. Our two day stay incurred $90 in parking fees. "Close to the shopping district"
Great location and standard amenities. The Wifi in my room did not work very well at all, but it worked perfectly fine in the lobby. The lobby was small but cozy and filled during the wine hour, but it was enjoyable down there. The staff was extremely helpful the entire 4 days of my stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"You cannot do any better downtown for the money!"
We've stayed at all of the Kimpton hotesl in Seatlle. For the money, the Vintage Park wins hands down. Service is truly a high point...they will even valet your spendy road bicycle. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff cannot be more polite. You are within walking distance of all of downtown and there are many nice eats nearby. "ROMANTIC DECOR AND FIRST-CLASS RESTAURANT"
We booked only one night... but upon arrival to our room on the 10th floor... it felt so romantic, that we booked a second night. Loved our Deluxe King Room. Tulio's restaurant on the ground floor was intimate and had five star quality food. We'll be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location is great. Very close to 5th theater, light rail station from/to airport, convention center for comicon, Seattle Art Museum, water, ferry and downtown. Safe neighbor, helpful stuff. "Love returning to Vintage Park!"
Always reliable. Always memorable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The vintage park is a comfortable place located within walking distance to convention center and all downtown activities. My only complaint was no coffee pot in room.. and parking was $47. a day ! Nice restaurant attached but should offer coffee less than $4.50 a cup!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I won't stay here again. I am a big fan of Kimpton Hotels but felt that this one didn't meet the same standard. It was very out of date. I can't remember the last time a hotel asked me to pay for WiFi. The neighborhood is great. I loved being so close to the Seattle Library.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good but not "great""
I have stayed at a number of Kimpton properties and have not been disappointed in general, but I was a bit disappointed in the Hotel Vintage Park. The bathroom was very small and the shower curtain was a bit dirty (always a turnoff for me). The decor was not as unique as other Kimpton properties and the parking was way too expensive. The lobby is small […] for the wine tasting events. Otherwise, a very good hotel. Overall clean and comfy. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel; great area and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were put on the second floor which gets shared with the restaurant's wait staff, so the hallways were always full of dishes and trays and some noise. Also the second floor doesn't have the privacy one would expect since the building sits on/within a hill; we had a sidewalk right outside of […] our window. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Cute vintage hotel"
Awesome place! Only downside was it had a small gym- one treadmill, one bike, and one eliptical a few free weights and yoga ball. There isnt much open after business hours which wasn't good for me since i worked late, but the shops are walkable. I would recommend this hotel since everything else was great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Perfect spot for ferry walk on commuters, a short walk up a hill, then close to Benaroya symphony hall. Love Tullios!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"cozy, welcoming hotel"
I really liked this hotel as soon as I arrived. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful - I arrived before check-in and they held onto my luggage and provided me with a map when I mentioned I was from out of time. The lobby is set up like a cozy living room where you can often find guests hanging out and reading their books/doing work. My […] room was very clean and comfortable, and the high quality shampoo/conditioner/soap (in dispensers - great that they avoid the waste of small bottles) was especially nice. Complimentary coffee in the morning was delicious. My favorite part was that by hanging a sign on my door to forego room service, I got a voucher every night to use at Tullio, the charming restaurant attached to the hotel. The morning I left I ate a delicious waffle breakfast there! I was in Seattle for a conference, so it was really nice to stay in such a welcoming, friendly and classy hotel. The location is also perfect - right near the LINK light rail to the airport as well as all the downtown shops and restaurants. Amazing value, in my opinion. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"This hotel is unique and very comfortable!"
Our experience was wonderful! This hotel is unique, clean (most important to me) and comfortable without losing any quality! Our room was quiet and visually pleasing as well. The front desk staff were always down to earth and professional, courteous and respectful. The valet were good folk as well! The wine tasting hour was especially unique since at […] most hotels you have no opportunity or reason to strike up a conversation with any other guests in the hotel. This at least gives you the topic of whether you prefer the Washington Merlot or the California Chablis. All smiles in the lobby at that point!! I highly suggest the Wellness perk! A yoga mat and accessories delivered to your room and the yoga lesson on the television for free. Strutting those Seattle streets can put a strain on the body. Only downside we discovered was the restaurant Tulio's. The hyper pretentious waiters and ridiculous prices did not flavor their tasteless food! It left a bad taste in our mouths and the undercooked pasta in our teeth! Extremely underwhelmed. A $10.00 Irish Coffee? Explore the city for better dining options, they are out there. My room was clean, immense, and quite comfortable, and the minibar was amazingly tempting with local and organic options (although I held out). The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel. I am a frequent travler for business and I would make two recomondation. 1. Put a coffee maker in the room. Husband and I stayed here 12/26/12-12/29/12. Took the train from airport to downtown (university stop)....quick easy and cheap!!!! Good location. Husband and I were resting when housekeeping walked in. I called front desk and they apologized. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed water in lobby especially after sight seeing around town. Coffee and hot chocolate […] in the mornings were also tasty. Response by Hotel Vintage Park, a Kimpton Hotel Thank you for your review on our hotel in downtown Seattle. I am glad you had a good trip other than the noise from the alley. Being located in the heart of downtown it is tough to escape some of the noises that happen in the early hours of the morning. If you do choose to stay with us in the future please ask the front desk to put you in a room that does not face the alley. Hope you have a wonderful new year.
"Nice, central, but lots of extra fees"
This hotel was located near the LINK station (two blocks) so it makes travel and from the airport extremely easy. The room was very comfortable and the decor nice and clean. The bathroom is small, but the room itself was good sized. Expect to pay for any extras - wifi is not free - you have to sign up for the hotel's email program. The business center […] requires payments for use and I always like a coffee maker in a room, but this was not available (you have to go to the lobby, which in the morning frustrates me personally.) Overall, it is a great location, clean hotel and meets the Kimpton Hotel standard. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The Hotel was just okay. The staff was not very accommodating. We had to load and unload our luggage from the vehicle when we checked in and out. In addition we were not advised of what the hotel offered, such as coffee service, a restaurant and bar. In addition, we had to follow up on check out service. I would have appreciate the staff being more […] informative. Our room’s heater made noises all night and one of our windows would not open. The cleanliness was okay, however we did not receive maid service until after 5:00 pm. I would have expected more from this hotel. We will look elsewhere for our next stay in Seattle. I was dissappointed that the two rooms I booked were not next to each other even though I had specifically asked them to be. The other couple we were with had to be given a room with two double beds instead which was very dissapointing because this was the first time we all had been able to have a nice, romantic weekend away from our children. "Great December Getaway"
Maybe I'm just easily impressed, but I loved this place. Husband and I just stayed here for 3 days this month, we looked at 2 different rooms, the first was on the 3rd floor facing the street and was loud and smelled faintly like smoke. The second on the 5th floor faced North into a parking lot, but was wonderfully quiet and was not an unpleasant view […] by any means. We took it, loved it. Bed was super cozy, room was absolutely lovely, tub a little small, but not unpleasant. Room had almost an entire wall mirrored, which made choosing an outfit very easy. Didn't have tons of interaction with staff, but they were lovely when we did interact, the doormen especially. The coffee service in the morning in the cozy lobby area with the big fireplace was very inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Location also fabulous for downtown and was also walking distance from King street Train station, super handy for us. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
