We booked this hotel for an overnight stay on our wedding anniversary and were extremely pleased with the comfort of the room, the amenities and the location as far as closeness to surrounding locations. We would definitely stay there again.

We travel to Dubuque about once every 30-45 days and have stayed in quite a few hotels. I would say this hotel is probably the best value. The staff was extremely courteous, the check out time was later than most, there was free breakfast, free coffee, and the pool is open until midnight.

Very clean, very comfortble room, very pleasant staff on duty when we arrived. Not the easiet hotel to get to from Hwy 20 in Dubuque, Iowa.

Good for the money, only draw back maid service didn't re fill our empty toilet paper roll. And the kids were real loud running back and forth to the pool.
