"Great location for walking Paris"
Fantastic, is the only word that can be used to describe the Cobert Boutique Hotel. Great location near Notre Dame, Latin Quarter and Lourve. Nice rooms especially for Paris, very good breakfast and excellent staff. We registered for the Melia 1/2 price breakfast program and got breakfast for free for one and the other full price. Food is plenty for […] both breakfast and early lunch so no need to eat again until dinner. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful little hotel"
I love the location of this hotel right next to Notre Dame. Some rooms have views of it as well. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I came early for check in and they were willing to change my room (upgrade) in order to have me get into a room right away. Breakfast is very nice in the basement. The lobby is very classy. Hallways are narrow […] and the rooms are relatively small. Not sure about the 4 star rating, but it is nice. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for family"
We loved this hotel and the city of Paris. We visited with our 7 and 9 year old children for two days and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff were very accomodating and spoke excellent English. Our room, 54, was a two room suite to accomdate our family and was more than enough room. We even received complimentary champagne and chocolates at night. […] The hotel is perfectly situated a block from Notre Dame within a few blocks of wonderful cafes. We walked from the hotel along the Seine River to the Louvre where we spent a few hours (buy tickets on-line before you leave because the ticket line was dreadful). Then we walked all the way to the Arc de Triumph along the Champs Elsyees. We can't wait to return one day. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"charming hotel with courteous, helpful staff"
We would absolutely stay at this well situated hotel that lies between two metro stops and around endless restaurants plus highly rated food stores. The staff was attentive, making several restaurant reservations for us as well as personalized breakfasts. They were always pleasant. Two minor, picky things. The hotel decor could do with updating; it […] comes across as old and in need of attention although cleanliness is in no way affected. Also, the chain is owned by a Spanish firm so the computer defaults to the Spanish Google search page and will not pick up the English. I'm also not sure that the settings include removing all the cookies on closing so I would not use the computer for anything secure or for a standard e-mail account, just an an ancillary one. We would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Room with a view of Notre Dame"
Our family,10 of us, spent a wonderful week in Paris. The Melia Colbert was perfect for all our needs. The staff went out of their way to be helpful as our french is not that great and the location worked well for getting around by water taxi, bus, metro, taxi or just walking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for a one day stay - with two nights"
We were in London and had an extra day so we did a two night and one very long day in Paris. This Hotel is perfect for seeing Paris in a day. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We started out day at 8 am and ended it at midnight and we back on the train to London at 9 am the following morning.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great boutique hotel experience."
The hotel is well situated. The room was small but well appointed and as advertised. As a small, boutique, it did not have full concierge service, but the staff was very helpful and were able to assist as needed. Very enjoyable experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
What a wonderfully located hotel. The staff was amazing - they noticed that my friend had his arm in a sling as he broke his shoulder during our trip and immediately helped with luggage and cabs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"small and friendly"
Warm, welcome, a comfortable place to rest after a long vacation day. Right in the middle of the nightlife & fun dining. was funGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel in the Latin Quarter"
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Only one block from the river and Notre Dame Cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast (included with my room rate). 5 or less minute walk to the Metro.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location can't be beat. Quite, charming street. Very nice rooms. Wonderful staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely Boutique Hotel"
This was our second stay at the Melia Colbert. The street is very quiet in the and close to many dining options. Both times we stayed, we had a lovely view of Notre Dame from our window and enjoyed hearing the bells ring atGenuine Expedia guest review
"Romantic weekend away"
Upon arrival to the hotel I was pleased with the overall look of the hotel. Once inside the front desk attendee spoke fluent english and went out of his way to explain where all major attractions were on our courtesy tourist map. Beautiful place, great location, and great service!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Wonderful hotel with superb location"
This is a great hotel. Fantastic location, very pretty room and setting. Staff was professional and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
I thought Melia Colbert was magical. A beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location, with an extremely gracious staff. I would go there again in a heartbeat.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Notre-dome"
I think it is a nice hotel located in tourist area of Paris. The rooms are small and the toilet and bathroom are in two different rooms. It is a good hotel in EU standards but not a fancy one in US standards. I was on my own but I do not think it is a good hotel for family as the rooms are too small. Very nice and helpful staff and free internet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good boutique hotel"
We had a very good stay. I am already recommending this hotel to friends and I will definitely come back !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Average stay at Meilia Colbert"
The WiFi was really bad, and could not perform any work. Room at top floor bathroom ceiling really low. Room was very warm, and had to open windows which brought noise.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel - would recommend"
Booked this hotel for Valentines Weekend and it was great. Really good location, helpful and friendly staff. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Only downside was the over the bath shower which was a bit tight for my 6ft height, but this really was a minor thing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely time in Paris"
Lovely hotel with a great location. Staff were helpful and polite.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Superb location, gracious staff, lovely room"
Clean and pleasant gem close to Notre Dame de Paris and isle St. Louis. Warm and welcoming staff! I would stay here again and continue exploring the Latin Quarter on foot.Genuine Expedia guest review
A weekend getaway in beautiful Paris, Melia Colbert is in a great position to explore the city but for the price our premium room was small, basic and lacked character.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good hotel , great location ."
entirely satisfactory , no glitches and very helpful staffGenuine Expedia guest review
"Facilities do not match the price"
I was very happy with the location of the hotel, however for a 4 star very expensive hotel I was disappointed with the room. No kettle/cups for tea/coffee in the room. The mini bar had beer & no wine. A separate toilet with no sink meant you had to leave the door open so as not to spread germs & then wash hands in the bathroom round the corner in another […] room???!! "Birthday weekend in Paris"

"Very nice and central hotel in Paris"
Calm hotel (rare in Paris). Friendly staff. Very good service (offer umbrellas). Clean room with separate toilet. Good size room with 2 closets. Free internet. Breakfast in a very nicely renovated, bright basement. Salon with confortable chairs and sofa.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice people and overall great hotel"
Me and my wife chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary holiday in Paris and absolutely loved it. Antonio, Beatrice, Christian and all other people at the hotel helped to make our celebration really special (sorry to those whose names I misspelled or forgot). I had a few requests regarding flowers and restaurant before we came to Paris and Melia […] personel helped me with all of them very quickly and with the best possible result - all via email. Thank you very much. Rooms are not very large, however very nice and comfortable. Location is very good, just about 200 metres from Notre Dame, in a quiet street, so you live in the centre and at the same time are not disturbed by its noise. The hotel is clean, modern and well-located. However, the friendly and attentive staff are what make it good. Antonio and his team are to be congratulated!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great Location with Parisian style!"
Room was decent, however the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Room opened onto front courtyard, which made it very, very noisy. Was woken up often by laundry services, street cleaners and even just people talking. All in all, it was a great hotel. But the noise and the uncomfortable bed was very disappointing.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very nice staff. Helpful. Fantastic location easy to get to if your flying into to CDG. Outstanding restaurant called Sola right across the street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent all round"
Stayed at Melia Colbert for two nights mid week. Staff were lovely and helpful from the beginning, particularly Lise. We even got a free room upgrade. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations close by. And the location couldn't have been more perfect. A stroll's distance from all the places we wanted to visit. Will be returning to this hotel […] for every trip to Paris! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was perfectly located in a quiet street that's incredibly close to Notre Dame, St Germain and many other Paris hotspots. The staff are wonderful, helpful and the rooms are very clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Typically small Parisan Hotel well located"
Very helpful staff, small rooms but fine for a few nights. Would go againGenuine Expedia guest review
Hotel itself is very good but aspects of the service are quite poor. My wife and I arrived with 2 cases each but were offered no help getting from the taxi into the hotel. on our first evening we had to wait in the bar for service and then the coffee was cold, the barman had never heard if Tia Maria and still tried to charge for the cold coffee. Minor […] points, true, but not expected at a 4/star hotel! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel in great location"
Close to the hustle and bustle of the Latin Quarter, this hotel served as a good base for our trips into Central Paris. Clean and well serviced. Helpful staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A great place to spend a wedding anniversary!"
We stayed at the Melia Colbert for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic place to stay from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and the hotel lovely. We couldn't have stayed at a better place!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Loved this hotel"
Before I booked this hotel, I read many reviews about it... all very positive. And with good reason. I loved this hotel. It is very clean and the property is great condition. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was a problem. The room was very comfortable (I had the junior suite) and I enjoyed my time in there between bouts of site-seeing. […] It is very well place, being very close to the Latin Quarters, across the river from Notre Dame, and easy walk from the metro, and the B RER line, which is the line used to come into Paris by train. I have stayed in many hotels in Paris, and this is by far the best so far. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect for a short stay in Paris, near Notre Dame"
We wanted a hotel in a fairly central location, having previously stayed many times in the Marais and Latin Quarters. This one is perfect: Hotel Melia Cobert is about halfway between the two, right on the river by Notre Dame. It has an RER station on the blue line (for Charles de Gaulle airport) or on the yellow line for Versailles (for example). There […] are also several metro stops nearby; it's location is really tremendous. Marais is just a short walk over the river from here, so too are the many sights around the Louvre district or the Latin Quarter going away from the river Seine. A short RER ride takes you to the Eiffel Tower - the location of the hotel really is superb. There are many lovely local bistros and bars to eat and drink, along with the boutiques on Ile de Saint Louis, for a Sunday morning stroll. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great small hotel in a perfect location"
The hotel is in a nice little backstreet and is quite quiet, even though you are steps away from shops, cafes and Nortre Dame. The location itself is worth staying at this hotel. But, the hotel itself is also quite lovely - the rooms are a bit small, but the bathrooms are lux, if efficiently set out, and the staff are very friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Would definitely staty there again. Plan to actually. Excellent location, very reasonably priced and a nice room. Staff was exceptional. Concierge took the time to draw us a map so that we could get to the subway platform directly, without dragging our luggage a longer distance and down several flights of stairs. Highly recommend it.Genuine Expedia guest review
this hotel is extremely central, close to the metro station at notre dame st michel and near to lots of restaurants. It is however, very expensive for a small room with a tiny bathroom. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would stay again but not at the rates that are charged.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent Hotel in a great location"
This Boutique hotel, in a quiet street, 5 minutes from the River Seine is in a great location, the staff are freindly, welcoming and very helpful we have already recommended this hotel to friends and relatives. A great choice for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and the nicest hotel experience we have ever had in 30 years of travel and living overseas.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great boutique hotel"
A beautiful little hotel in a great location. Staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, friendly staff"
The location near the St.-Michel metro station and RER B line from the airport is great, as is the surrounding Latin Quarter neighborhood. The hotel is very quiet despite its lively location. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable but not luxurious. I would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Superbly located comfortable hotel."
An excellent hotel situated ideally close to the Ile de Paris and the vibrant left bank. Breakfast superb. Only criticism is that we would have liked to have had access to a hot drink via a bar facility.Genuine Expedia guest review
