The hotel was under renovations, and our room was in the area directly impacted by renovations and dust. However, the hotel staff made up nicely for the... inconvenience, and I would stay there again (preferably after the renovations are complete) because I thought the hotel did a nice job of compensating for this. The included food (breakfast and the 5:30 "kickback") were very nice. The kickback was not just light hors d'oeuvres but really was plenty enough food for supper! There was a nice variety too, to both breakfast and the "supper." One of Atlanta’s larger suburbs, Marietta houses the Dobbins Air Reserve Base and a Lockheed-Martin manufacturing plant. The Civil War plays an interesting role for the town: all but three buildings were burned during Sherman’s March, but the Marietta now hosts a Gone with the Wind Museum. Very clean rooms and I really enjoyed the staff. New look and smell in the rooms. One downfall was the construction going on another plus was the free breakfast and dinner. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again.

The staff at Drury Inn & Suites went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice, and the complimentary evening food and breakfast were very good. I would, however, prefer a quiet breakfast, instead of hearing Fox News chattering on the TV in the breakfast room.

My problem is not so much with the hotel, but with the description on hotels.com. First of all, the fact that there is renovation going on is very far down the page. Since my husband and I recently stayed here, I didn't need to review all of the amenities, etc, so I didn't look that far down the page. Regardless, the information provided specifically […] states that areas affected are fitness facilities, guest rooms, hallways, and lobby. I'm not sure if we were supposed to assume the outdoor pool was considered part of the fitness facilities, but both the indoor and outdoor pool were also closed. The hotel gave us a "goodie bag" when we checked in, as well as a card informing us of the complimentary dinner and 3 free beverages from the bar. I was impressed with the hotel at check in. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Remodeling of the hotel caused some changes to the standard layout of the facility but the staff once again went out of their way to make sure it did not ruin our stay. When in Atlanta again this will be the first place I check for vacancies

The hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, and you can't beat the included food for the price. Breakfast was great. Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. I didn't care for the popcorn smell through out the hotel lobby 24 hours a day.

The hotel itself was neat and clean. They offer free breakfast, dinner, snacks and drinks. The staff was very friendly and even printed directions for us. Our only complaint was that there was mpld in our bathtub.

There were many good features. The lobby was very nice. Great food, and excellent people working at the desk. My problems were in the room the bed skirts were laying about 6 inches on the floor (definitely did not fit). The shades on the lamps were too broad and sat at an angle from the wall. The furniture was nice, but the beds were too small. The […] hot water faucet on the sink was reversed. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The side entrance that we used had shabby furniture and the elevator was slow. After coming from Disney World I was disappointed. This was our first time to be disappointed with Drury. Read more

Staff greeted us warmly and got us in our room early. Directed us to a great restaurant, Room was quiet well appointed comfortable and everything worked.. Would look for another one close to next destination.

In all of the traveling we have done over the years never have we felt so welcomed & the "glad you are here" attitude. The very!!!! pleasant young woman at the front desk made us feel so welcome & like old friends coming home. Well done!! We certainly will recommend your chain of inns to others & stay at them when they are available.
