The rooms are larger than expected. Very nice layout and family friendly. The breakfast was great, and the staff was accommodating. This is the third time I have stayed there in the past two years. Would recommend to friend and family.

It was a good stay however the room had an odor. I opened the door and was hit with some dirty/closed in smell. Either i got used to the smell or leaving the door opened let the smell out. Other then that i enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and the room was super cold just like we like it.

The room was clean but the bed was hard and there was not a clock, refrigerator or an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I also had to move the coffee maker to a different part of the room where there was an available outlet. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for a much cheaper price!

Hotel staff very nice, but the hotel was old and outdated for the price! I'd have expected to pay way less than we did for this old of a hotel. And the breakfast they advertise is a JOKE!! We got 2 free buffets and we were in a room with 5 people, so we ended up paying over $30 for breakfast, which was awful (the food was terrible!). Not satisfied AT […] ALL! We tried to check in at 11:00 am (just to see if they might have our room ready) but they told us not until 4:00 pm. So we came back at 6:30 pm and they told us it was going to be another hour:(. They gave us a drink voucher for one but there were six of us :(

I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, and we needed something to do while my wife was at a meeting. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered bagel and cream cheese, English muffin, coffee and orange juice for breakfast, it came up with cottage cheese, no butter or jelly for muffin, no silverware, no coffee and by the time I got the cream cheese, jelly and coffee it was cold. My shower was cold in morning. There were drunks screaming in balcony 2 doors down while was trying to sleep. […] Some of the pillow cases had black stuff on them. Room service didn't clean our room. The sink fell out of the counter in the bathroom. Had to change rooms and the keys wouldn't work. The tv didn't work. Only had 3 stations. Asked for 2 queen beds and they gave us king bed.Don't think we will return. They need to do some major updating..

The front desk was not very accomidating. We arrived a couple of hours early, the room wasn't ready and there was no attempt to put us in a different room. Every time we would ask the front desk about anything, they would point us to someone else. Staff did not leave coffee cups or toilet paper when cleaning the room. The plastic bags in the garbage cans were never replaced when emptied. The shower was awful the the hose would not stay in the stand

Not a bad hotel for the price. We did have some issues trying to check in early with less than helpful front desk staff...but they did make up for it with allowing us a late check-out. Overall the rooms are spacious...slightly older feel, but updated linens. 20 minutes from the airport, and a lot of chain dining options in the area.

i was searching for an express, but somehow reserved one that wasnt the express. instead of going through all of the trouble of changing everything we stayed. IT WAS AWESOME... it was our return stay on the way home the same week. this time we were able to enjoy the swimming pool we made some good friends.... we had the king room it does have a sleeper […] couch which is comfortable for children probably full size. there are rooms on the outside that you dont have to go in, and the rest on the inside facing the pool a water fountain and a large walking area i guess they use for special occasions. some kids were using their remote control cars to play they didnt have to worry about the weather outside.i really enjoyed it, and if passing through again will stay there. I had to book a room at the last minute and this hotel was the only one i could find. I had booked a room outside unbeknownst to me, however when i informed the lady at the front desk that we had a sick child, she went out of her way to try to find us a room on the inside. It was a king with a pullout couch and we did need to call for sheets since there […] were none for and room service took a little longer than expected to bring up tomato soup. We were excited about the indoor pool but when we got there it was not heated and the water was cold(cold day outside as well). We could smell nothing but chlorine everywhere and we heard kids running up and down the hallway. Heater/AC kept making a noise and the toilet didn't flush well.All in all this was a decent hotel, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really friendly. If this is the only hotel you can find which was our case, its not bad however i wouldn't stay here again when there are other hotels that are nicer for the same price. Read more

The stay was aweful. The staff did not know anything and bar was closed by 10 p.m. There was a party in lobby not cleaned and ready for us take pictures until after lunch. The waterfall was turned off at lunch time.

Overall okay but ..... Several times the cream and sugar was not there for in room coffee. Resturant was not open much - food was not always hot, especially at buffet breakfast. First day the tv did not work properly. The van for airport shuttle seemed on last leg (noisey and rattled). People were pleasant and helpful - best point in hotel's favor!
