I stayed in a signature club room. The only complaint I have is that they charge for the evening happy hour drinks. I believe they should be included in the price for the happy hour that they serve them.

We arrived at night to Quebec and the great location of the hotel permitted us to go around walking to the old Quebec. Good service and pool. We contracted 2 rooms with 1 queen size beds each, and for one of them we asked a coach and for the other a crib and both were provided, therefore, our sons (2 & 12) slept very comfortable. The location made it very easy to get to all the must see locations in and around Quebec City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Delta to anyone considering a visit to Quebec City. The only downside was that parts of the hotel do need some updating, like the hallway carpets.

A bit far from the main tourist sites, but not a big issue since Quebec is a small city. Hotel is in need of a facelift (windows dirty outside, old carpet in hallway), but rooms are large and clean. Warning - most restaurants in Quebec (and in the Delta) close at 10 PM, so having a late dinner after a show is problematic.

I booked up this hotel as it's within walking distance to old Quebec city. The location is great however the service wasn't good. Staff wasn't very friendly. I booked up my rooms three weeks ahead on Expedia.com. To my surprise, Delta Quebec assigned my rooms far away from each other. When I asked if they could make the rooms next to each other (or […] as close as possible), the staff replied that she didn't have free room any more. She didn't even show any intention to help the guests, which really surprised me. The level of service that was offered by this hotel doesn't match the rate. Air conditioner was very noisy during our stay and need upgrade. No breakfast included. Staff in parking lot doesn't speak English. I would NOT recommend this hotel to any one who's traveling from US with family. Read more

As a hotel of middle size, Delta provided everything you want for a five star hotel. Health center, warm water swimming pool, and a good in-hotel restaurant. That was a wonderful stay for me.

Delta Quebec is located just two blocks from the old city wall, so all the major attractions are within a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Although fairly close to historic Quebec and the Grande Allee, the Delta Quebec seems isolated because it is surrounded by businesses and government buildings, all of which are fairly generic and empty out quickly at night. Still, if you don't mind walking, you can get to the more charming parts of the city and the restaurants in 15 or so minutes. Also the air conditioning made more noise than we felt it should have, and the windows don't open! Excellent hotel. It was a little pricey for us but well worth the money spent. We have 2 (very well behaved) larger dogs that most hotels won't allow but Delta Quebec welcomed them. Their staff was courteous, spoke perfect english, and was very pleasant. The room was quite adequate, but the longer we stayed, the more defects we noticed, like the crumbling plaster in the corner, daytime construction work and the orange under the bed. Best of all was the location: a couple blocks away from the entrance to the Vieue Quebec and from a neighborhood along Rue St. Jean.

I would have to say that I don't think we would return to the Quebec City Delta. It was clean and the staff were friendly, however, the hotel was quite old and in need of upgrading. The pool was clean and warm and a welcome relief to the hot weather. price was the only positive consideration; for a few dollars more or more thorough search and earlier booking perhaps could find better hotel; proximity to the old city was decent; food was fair to poor (breakfast); staff were not that helpful; setup with reception on upper level etc. poor layout; free internet was promised at booking and not provided […] at checkin ($11.95 daily rate rather than free internet); parking not inexpensive at 22/day; I would probably not return to this hotel; I have stayed at the Delta in Montreal and partly due to that I booked the Delta in QC; Delta Montreal was 10x better (a few years ago so maybe the entire chain is on the skids). This hotel could not be in a better location. Located just outside the old city walls, Delta Quebec is near great restaurants, dance clubs, and cultural institutions. The staff was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about events in the Quebec City area.
