Days Inn provided a very convenient location for our visit to Loomis California. It's a relatively quiet location and the amenities were good. The breakfast was ample and the price was perfect.

Continental breakfast was a joke, some apples and stale bagels. I think the people in the room next to me were living there and they were loud. The bedding looking dingey and in need of replacement. Overall just not impressed with my stay there, didn't compare well with some of the other Days Inn hotels that I have stayed at. This was my second stay, and I will stay again. They have a microwave and small fridge in the room. It came with a continental breakfast. The rooms are clean enough. Only thing is it can be a little noisey with the cars parked right outside the door. Plenty of places to eat close by.

First time stayed at this hotel. It appears there are long term tenants lives at this hotel. There were people making their dinner via B-B-Q grill outside of their room. Noticed several people standing around the parking lot and by the swing pool smoking. You can smell cigarette smoke the minute you step out of your room.

I did not plan on a 5star room, Extreamly cost effective. This room was nice and big and clean with all the amenities. The only down was they do not serve breakfast until 630 where most all others start early enough for the working class to eat before they need to be on the job.

This hotel is Noisy, Dirty, and in need of updating. We cancelled because the room was very unclean and appeared to have moisture stains in the carpet from a flooded toilet or shower. The place tends to have long term tenants which were drinking and being loud outside till about 2:00 AM.

This place looks nice from the outside, but the inside is falling apart. It was clean enough, but they don't even have sheets that fit the bed. The bottom sheet left about a foot of the mattress exposed at the foot of the bed. Even after requesting a fix for the second night(with a tip, by the way), the same thing. Gross!

Was just looking for a place to sleep while I was in town to see family. I did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. But the room was clean. Everything in the hotel is old, we have to keep asking for towels, the bathroom was smelly , they have old mattress out side the parking lot the owners kids running arround the hallways barefoot unsupervised. Were not recommend this hotel at all.

Overall very satisfied. The hotel was in a good area close to shopping and outdoor activities. Easy access from freeway away from downtown Sacramento, so we avoided traffic. Pleasant staff and good breakfast with hot waffles, fruit, etc.

hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Prompt in responding to requests. Able to print out from computer in lobby for free. Free breakfast included hard boiled eggs and fruit so I was able to eat something being gluten free. Room was quiet.

Our initial room was dirty and in disrepair. When we brought this to the attention of staff they moved us to another room on the 2nd floor (we had requested 1st floor) and upgraded to king bed. All was positive with the exception of the male manager of the hotel. He made commitments he didn't keep and he failed to extend our reservation one extra day after he was told, so we were forced to get the female manager to go through the process late at night because our key would not work.

We were disappointed that the only king size beds were on the 2nd floor. There is NO elevator, so that is out for us seniors. The only two rooms for disabled persons are for smokers. That is OUTRAGEOUS! The office and breakfast areas reek with the smell of curry cooking ...very unpleasant atmosphere.

I have to say that I was not satisfied with the hotel. I thought it was under constrtuction later to find out that they were done. The bathroom smelled of mold. There were patched holes that were never painted or completed.. The bed was specified to be a queen when in fact it was a full.

Lock on first room snapped right off. Swapped rooms and the lock on that door was fractured like someone had forced the door open. Room smelled like smoke. Lots of creepy permanent residents who were watching your every move. I was up all night wondering if someone was going to break in.

While I can't say enough about the staff being very nice, the condition of my room (112) was unacceptable. The towel rack was hanging off the wall on one side, the shower curtain had a hole in it as large as a saucer, the bedspread had a soiled mark on it and there was an odor in the carpet. The reason I chose this hotel in the first place is because it was fairly cheap, right off the free way and an easy drive to where I was working in the area, they offered a free breakfast and were supposed to have a fitness room. The free breakfast was almost non-exsistant (old ceral, toast, and that's about it.) I ended up just buying cereal, instant […] oatmeal and milk and made my own breakfast every morning in my room. The fitness room is also a joke. They had a treadmill and bike machine, both did not work. They had a weight bench and dumbells up to 15 pounds (which I would hardly call heavy enough for a workout, and I'm a 110 lbs girl.) The room isn't even large enough to do standard excersizing and strecthes in. Again, I ended up doing my work outs either in my hotel room. The location is great, right around the corner from many stores, grocery stores and restaraunts. It is also right off the free way, very convinient. Is it so hard to make an effort? I know this is not the kind of place one expects to find first class service and fluffed pillows, but would it kill you to wash the doors and walls once in a while? I requested a non-smoking room. The room that was given had a non-smoking sign but was smoked out so bad. I had a 2 month old baby with me. I was not happy. The customer service was horrible. I'll never go there again.

Stayed at the Days Inn in Rocklin California, Located not too far off the Freeway, nice hotel, quiet location, clean hotel. Quick Check in and good clean room. I got one of their Rooms with a King Sized beds and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Room was basic, new carpets, new fixtures, basic cable with HBO. Room had a desk with leather desk chair. bed was comfortable […] too, and their was a small couch. Room also had a air conditioner and heater in 1, which worked REALLY WELL. Pool and spa were clean and worked well, Work out room was not up and working yet, Dry Sauna was nice and hot though. Wifi in Room was great, nice and fast! never had a problem with the connection 4 out of 5 bars constantly. Watch out for the Vending machine on the ground floor sticks where you grab the packages out of it, lost several items out of there, and the front desk people cannot help you out. On the subject of food, The breakfast in the morning is small, but adequate, consists of several kinds of danish's, muffins, donuts, fruits, a couple kinds of cereals, bagels, breads, toppings, etc, as well as orange juice, apple juice, etc and the lounge is really clean and comfortable for a small location. Scale of 1 to 10, I would give this hotel an 8 1/2 out of 10. price was reasonable, and I stays a total of 5 days in this room. not much to do around this part of town, but you aren't far from Sacramento where there is tons of stuff to do.
