I had a horrible 12 hour travel day & the staff at this hotel made up for it! When I entered my original room it had smelled like smoke so I requested another. Samantha at the front desk was so apologetic & gave me another room & a breakfast voucher as a way to "make it right". They have a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport & within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The attached restaurant was an added bonus & there is shopping nearby. They even picked me up at the location I was conducting a training at & drove me back to the airport later that evening. Kudos to Sam & Will (my shuttle driver) for being so accomodating.

I've stayed here on a couple of occasions. This particular time I chose to upgrade my room and I absolutely loved the space. It was clean, comfortable... , and most importantly quiet. As for the staff, Everyone I encountered greeted me with either a smile or a friendly hello. It was disappointing that the pool was under reconstruction but that was just unfortunate timing, Otherwise the stay was very pleasant, room was comfortable and reasonably priced.

my stay was great, the hotel was just across from the local mall for shopping and resteaurants. i will make this hotel my first choice when staying in saginaw and would reccomend this hotel for anyone. the rooms are spacious and luxurious.

This hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by. Easy access to the highway. It wasn't real big so the noise level was low compared to larger hotels where you here people all through the night. It was clean, friendly staff and really good breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

We arrived and were placed on the first floor. It was disgusting room, the sofa bed had some odd color stains on it, carpeting was a mess and smelly, and the walls leading to the room were ripped apart. Front desk clerk offered to move us up to the 3rd floor, the "renovated floor" WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I thought I was in another hotel. Brand new everything […] in the hallways and inside the room. Beds were very comfortable, sofa bed was great. Breakfast stunk-would recommend going out to eat. Many of the local restaurants offer a hotel discount by showing your key card. (Harvey's-10% , Denny's 15%) They had a pool that was filled with kids night and day-looked fun-but was too busy for my children to play in. Read more

The room was not updated as with other hotels of this brand that we stayed in! Sink was plugged up and the bathroom was very small. But the linens were clean, and the room was smoke free.

The hotel was fine. The smell of chlorine from the indoor pool kind of permeates the whole first floor. I was disappointed with the hot breakfast. On the whole it was fine and I would stay there again I suppose.

All staff were pleasant and respectful toward customers. Rate for a King Suite very affordable, about the same price as a regular room in other area hotels. Convenient to shopping, recreation, and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. The only negative was on our first night the pool and hot tub were both full […] of unsupervised children (adolescents to early teens) who were allowed to run and jump into the pool sending water flying everywhere. The entire floor was wet and extremely slippery. We were only able to tolerate the noise for about 15 minutes and even our 9 year old was uncomfortable with all the running and yelling. This hotel was great. It had a good breakfast, a nice pool and hot tub and it was close to everything. The pool could use to be a little warmer. The sofa bed however was awful! I had my two kids on it and I felt guilty putting them there. The mattress was horrible. If you are not using the sofa bed you will be happy!
