We arrived around 9 pm and had to wait at the empty registration desk, as the attendant was out in the building helping someone. He was very kind and polite when he arrived in about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with the service we received, the room, and the continental breakfast. The only drawback was there not being any elevators. Guests with physical challenges would have to stay on the main floor. We would highly recommend this hotel!

perfect for the price. no frills but clean, friendly, and they don't jack up the prices for Memorial day. Pool needed skimming. No in -room flat screen. Just great for crashing, breakfast, and off again. Short stays especially, extended stays may be a bit Spartan.

This hotel is wonderful! Ive been watching the hotel shows and I went through and rated the hotel .. It is very clean, and the bathroom was spotless, the refrigerator area was wonderful. There are a few things you should know (which is not the hotels fault) these villages up there, have 3 different names for each street. So it took us 20 mins to find […] the hotel with the GPS. ( use the CVS address on the corner) Second, the pool is outside the lower level rooms, so until 11 pm, there was quite abit noise. ( Usually I wouldn't have cared, but I was going to a funeral.) Very nice hotel.. Attentive staff, quiet and clean. This was my first time here. When I am in the area I will stay here again. Only problem was road construction all around the hotel, but that is not their fault. Driving in the area was extremely difficult. Plan an extra hour minimum, to get anywhere.

My mom and I stayed only one night, but I was very impressed by the amenities. Very clean and well-organized, with a TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board. Unlike a lot of places, there were extra chairs so guests don't have to sit on the beds all the time. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. […] Other hotels and motels have pillows that are either rock-hard or flat and limp. Free coffee and a nice, comfortable area to eat breakfast, too. Minor problems with the key card for the door, and the light over the sink stopped working, but nothing serious. If I had more time and money, I would have been delighted to stay here for a week or longer. The rates were very reasonable, especially for two adults. The room was clean & comfortable; everything worked as intended. I feel this was a good value for my dollar. Access in/out from Illinois Hwy 83 was good. Location to shopping & restaurants was good. I would stay there again if I was in the area overnight.

Overnighting on business trip in the area and the property was excellent. From the staff to the condition of the room, I was extremely impressed. Ground floor room was vault like quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. Highly recommend this property for the value.

Die Geräte waren alle defekt und obwohl man dies der Rezeption bekannt gab , wurde nichts unternommen , sondern nur erwähnt das dies schon seit längerem die Gäste sagen würden.
