The hotel was great for the price. It's functional and serves it's purpose, but is nothing over the top or extra special. The lobby is nice and cozy, and the hot tubs are great. The rooms are outdated and basic, but once again functional - and clean, so perfectly fine especially for the cost. Overall a good stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Service (Cheri) in the dining room for breakfast was truly sweet and gracious. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Room was fine. No guide for t.v. so you had to flip over and back just to find shows. Blow dryer wouldn't stay "on" so you had to maneuver that to get it to do the job. Front desk staff wasn't […] there half the time and not outwardly helpful. If you pushed them for info and recommendations they seemed to pull something together but customer service seemed an afterthought for the most part. Loved the convenience for the bus. Lot of road noise and pool noise if on that side of the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The best value in town"
We had spent the previous night in a ultra-expensive resort that was paid for by someone else. While there the internet and Cable TV were inoperative, and they had no coffee maker in the room. Then we stayed at the Peaks Hotel. For our money the Peaks was much better for the price. Free cookies and hot cocoa in the evenings, all you can eat hot full […] breakfast, two really good restaurants, indoor/outdoor heated pool, with two spas and a sauna. Free metro bus stopped directly outside the hotel. Free wifi, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and courteous and helpful staff. When we go back to Park City we will stay at the Peaks. "Great place for families"
The friendliness and personal attention of the staff was a welcome treat. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and took a lot of the guesswork out of planning meals. It was nice to be on the shuttle route as well. We had a great experience and would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for non-resort stay!"
Hotel was clean, nice, and quiet. Breakfast was above average for a "free" meal. Only complaint was the overcrowded hot tubs, but hey what can you do about that (besides build a bigger one!)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good place to stay I will return"
very nice place to stay very clean a good place to stay for skiing a very good and generous breakfast very pleasant staff only negative is the staff is not very informed nor informative stay on side of building away from restaurantsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Average Hotel, good location for skiing"
The Peaks is a completely average place to stay. It's best feature is that it is right on the bus route so you can easily get to the ski areas. A few things I didn't like - the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the traffic noise on the road all night long. The flatscreen TV's are only standard definition. I thought this was odd since they have […] DirecTV and upstairs in their bar the TV's are high def. The wifi was awful. We had to have the front desk call tech support just so our room could get a signal. Then you had to login repeatedly. It was very annoying. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The room we booked was not available."
When we arrived, they told us they did not really have a king room, and put us in a 2-queen room. The wi-fi did not work at all on the third floor. The location was good and the city bus stopped by the hotel every 20min to take you to main street, which was nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent hotel value in Park City"
We stayed in this hotel during the last week of January 2014. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although it's a little bit older, the hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. It has an underground garage to keep your car out of the weather. The breakfast buffet was included in my rate and was very good. The restaurant is convenient and good as well […] (if you are not interested in eating n Park City). They can store your skis overnight for free. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to all ski areas. Everyone was very friendly. There are two hot tubs (inside and outside), a dry sauna and a heated pool that extended to the outside. The hotel is conveniently located between Park City Ski Resort and the Canyons Ski Resort. Deer Valley is just a 10 minute drive. Overall we were very happy with our hotel choice. It provided good value and we would come back in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We really enjoyed the free breakfast and was so convenient to eat at the hotel before hitting the slopes.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Another Great Stay Here"
We stayed here last year. Weren't disappointed then and weren't disappointed this year either. Edie, Lee and Cherie are incredible hosts. Some of the nicest people you will meet at a hotel. The location is perfect for skiing being on the Blue shuttle line. It is only a 15 minute free ride to the slopes. The spa, pool and two hot tubs are great to unwind. […] The food is not great, but very good for a hotel. The breakfast is always a winner. We will be staying here again next year. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place for a family to stay"
Last minute decision to travel. Pool is great for kids. City shuttle is right out front. Breakfast was included. Ceiling above was THIN!!!!! May want a 3rd floor room! Overall a nice place close to skiing without breaking the budget.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place overall, but could use a couple tweaks"
It was a great hotel, it was quiet for the most part- we couldn't hear the rooms on either side of us, but we heard the room above us as they walked around. We thought maybe it was just that patron, but they went through 3 different groups and we each of them walk around. The staff was friendly, even at the crack of dawn and late into the night. There […] was one member of the cleaning staff that stared into the pool area while he cleaned the video games and that made me (a female) a tad uneasy, but otherwise, the staff was fantastic! Park City is like a Hollywood movie set. So beautiful! Even when it's snowing in the evening, by morning the sunshine is bright, the skies are blue, and the snow sparkles. No billboards, no litter. Trails let you walk for miles. Multiple ski ares. Great restaurants. Definitely a Hollywood set!Genuine Expedia guest review
"would stay there again"
We stayed for a ski weekend and thought it was great in terms of convenience of the ski shuttles. It was also just a short walk to the state liquor store, a grocery and a Greek restaurant if you don't want to go back into town. The morning breakfast buffet was fair. There is also a bar/restaurant and pool/hottub on site so you really don't have to go […] anywhere. The rooms were comfortable but if I was going to be there for several nights I would have preferred a little more space with perhaps a couple of chairs to sit in. But all in all for the price we were very pleased. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good hotel with friendly staff"
The breakfast (not free) was just eh but the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a slightly later checkout because one of our kids was sick. The hotel is well located and has a laundromat and heated swimming pool.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Our night at Park City Peaks was PERFECT. We will be back for sure!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff at this hotel I have found to be extraordinary in several ways. They treated us as if we were the most important customers that ever walked in the door.Genuine Expedia guest review
Enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfast buffet was not so great but dinner in the upper deck was really good. The indoor pool area was a welcome sight with it being cold outside. The rooms were very good and the bed was more comfortable than the one at home. Staff was very accommodating, even letting us check in early. We were in Park City because another […] timeshare hotel lured us there but we decided to extend our stay in the area with a few nights here. It had many advantages over the fancy hotel we were at earlier in the week. Would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"My family loved it!"
It was a very nice hotel, it could use a little renovations in the rooms and bathrooms. I loved the fact that the pools were open 24hrs! The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again! The scenery was nice as well during the winter.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect for any time of year!"
My fiance and I stayed for three nights, ate breakfast which was great and used the pool and hot tub which was a perfect indoor/outdoor combo! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. And the staff was friendly and helpful! We will come back!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the ski resort"
Only stayed the night, didn't use any facilities, bed was not the most comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
All in all, my Park City Peaks hotel experience was very mediocre. The hotel restaurant offered a buffet breakfast for $9.99 (the same price as many of their menu items) however it was worse than a continental breakfast that you would normally get with you room. All of the food was overcooked and cold. I asked the waiter to heat up my daughters bacon […] and pancakes and he literally put it in a microwave and scorched everything. Even the coffee was cold. It was very disappointing. The rooms were fine. Nothing fancy but seemed clean and were quiet. The pool area appeared unattended throughout our stay. Wet towels were scattered on all the chairs but there was no one in the pool when we were using it. The pool was dirty with leaves (although this may have been hard to prevent) and the outside hot tub was lukewarm. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"A clean place to sleep."
We stayed during the off season before winter rates kicked in. 69.00 a night was fine for this room. No breakfast during the off season, which was fine for the price and location. The room was clean. We did not use public transit, but there is a stop in front of the hotel. The early bird gets the worm for room selection. Check in on time. If you are […] bothered by creekie floors choose the top floor. And be aware of the pass through doors. We could hear the small child in the next room, but were not bothered by it. If you are not a fan of children be aware that this could be an issue for you. The room had an updated television and no bedspreads to have to be squeamish about. Instead it had a Duvet with a cover. From what we could see the double queen rooms do not have a refrigerator. I am not sure of the consistency on this so, ask. Our room had a refrigerator. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The pool was cool inside, but the outdoor pool was a bit warmer. The hot tubs were toasty. I wish the room had a microwave. If I stayed again I would choose a top floor room. But, over all we were glad to have a place to touch down. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I had friends coming to visit from France. They were to stay with me but my heater broke. I needed an inexpensive place quickly. I found a remarkable rate at the Peaks Hotel. I was told by a friend it wasn't that great but he was wrong. I found it to be fine and a great value. The front desk was really friendly and represented Park City really well. […] The room was fine, great location. It worked out great. Thanks! I think it is one of the best values I have encountered in Park City. If my heater doesn't get fixed soon I may move in. Overall this was a nice stay. Comfortable bed and we had a clean room. Our room was near the pool and apparently it's open all night. We did not sleep as soundly as we would have liked. But the cafe off of the main level had great food for breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Older hotel, but comfortable and clean"
I stayed at the Park City Peaks for a week on a business trip during the hotel's "off season" (fall). This is an older, budget-priced hotel, so I was not expecting anything fancy. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, although the carpet badly needs replacing and the bed was springy - no memory foam here. Desk, drawer, and closet space was adequate […] and the coat hooks were handy. Refrigerator but no microwave. No noise from neighboring rooms, but always heard footsteps and rolling sounds (carts, etc.) from the floor above. Free underground parking was very convenient - I parked by the stairs and walked up for the exercise, but there's an elevator that goes straight up to all floors. I didn't use the pool or other facilities, but I overheard many other guests talk about how great it was. It's an indoor/outdoor pool and heated, so even in the chill of fall people were swimming outdoors in the warm water. The restaurant hours were limited because of the off-season, and not open for dinner. I did not eat at the Sports Bar, but I heard that the food there was good, if you like burgers, wings, beer, and TV. No "cookies and cocoa" like the website says - I guess that's only during peak season. Room Service was very fast, but disappointing - not what the menu described. You need a car to get around Park City. The hotel is conveniently located, but you can't walk anywhere from there. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. The front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds with space to move around. Sink was small but outside the toilet/shower area so two people could get ready at the same time. Bathrobes were provided. Downstairs restaurant provided decent breakfast food, nothing fancy, but coffee was […] more than decent, not watered down. We spent two nights there while we were in a run relay race. Convenient distance to interstate and to down town Park City. Starbucks is 2-3 blocks down the road, thank goodness!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The room above us was with soccer players from a different team and they made a lot of noise. Our room was in the corner and people were smoking outside and that smell came in our room because we had the window open.
