"Affordable hotel in Park City but not much else"
Peaks hotel is one of the few affordable hotels in Park City and is conveniently located on the green bus line that takes you into downtown. The staff was also helpful with information about the free city bus lines and where they pick you up. But that's about where my satisfaction stops. The beds are back killers. My wife and I thought the bed was trying […] to swallow us. Very little support. The room also smelled wet or musty when we first walked in. This was a common complain in other reviews but I booked the hotel anyway. After running the air conditioner for a while, the smell lessened but never completely went away. I took a snort of air coming out of the air conditioning unit, and I think it was coming from there. The air conditioning units probably need to be cleaned with a fungicide. "Very affordable; very comfortable"
Though the hotel was a bit old, it is quite well kept and very accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Love this Hotel"
second time there and found everything to our liking. The price especially considering the quality compared to nearby hotels costing a bit more vs those costing a great deal more....in Park City you can pretty well spend whatever you want for a room...I have no problem recommending the Peaks.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to downtown"
The hotel was great in pretty much everything we were hoping for. Our only complaints were that the air conditioner was not working properly and struggled to even keep the room somewhat cool. It was mentioned to the desk when we checked out and they said it wouldd be taken care of. The only other complaint we had was that the selection of channels on […] the TV was pretty poor. Didn't even have the local Salt Lake City PBS station. On a positive note the outside hottub was outstanding, even though the indoor hottub water temperature was constantly way to hot. "Peaks is great and a good price for Park City"

"No wifi and freezing pool"
The wifi didn't work and the pool was so cold. One hot tub was extremely hot and the other was just about perfect. We still enjoyed ourselves. Room were average. Nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved it, but we only stayed one night. We'll be going back and staying longer! Short drive to Summer activities.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location, better accommodations than other Park City hotels in the same price range, customer service is beyond friendly. Great place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Really more than we expected"
For the price we paid, the whole family felt this was a really nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area could use a bit of updating but was nice and warm even though the temp outside was chilly. The breakfast was amazing. I couldn't believe it came with the price of the room! We will stay there again for sure!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to Olympic Park"
We stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The only complaint was that the pool and the pool area was dirty. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The jets in the hot tub barely worked, which was disappointing after traveling all day. The club on third floor closes at 10:00 pm?? Really?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not too great"
The best thing about this hotel besides location is that their indoor outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are 24 hour, but the room wasn't too great. The air conditioning unit didn't work and it was very hot. Service was okay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel and staff are very accommodating and friendly. We were greeted by the desk person, John who was very informative. Explained everything and amenities we were not aware of. We will definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. TVs were very blurry but I am used to high definition and consider that stand […] ard. "Good Place to stay."
Great place, amazing staff. The only complaint was the water temperature, it went from scolding hot to frigid when you were showering.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice and quiet"
The hallway was hot but other than that everything else was good. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. As per previous feedback regarding thin walls, I had to problems listening to our neighbors, I couldn't hear anything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place to stay"
I really liked this hotel, very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. There is a gorgeous trail for walking or running or biking right by the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The children loved the pool that is half-inside and half-outside; the adults loved the large hot tub outside; the inside one and the sauna were also attractions. Rooms were fine; the down ticks on the beds were especially inviting. Both downtown Park City and the Olympic Park were only about fifteen minutes away, and the hotel is convenient to excellent […] restaurants as well. I'd stay at this hotel again. "Nice, and great amenities"
Great people who upgraded because they found out we were on our honeymoon. Had 24 hr pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast and right off the main road to Park City.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"We enjoyed our stay here"
I liked the pool and outdoor hot tub when it was snowing. We also ate dinner at the pub and it was quite nice not to have to go out anywhere for dinner. Room was clean and bed was decent with down feather pillows. It was nice to be right next to the bus stops for the free transit system. You also can go shopping at the store on the way back from main […] st in Park City at the fresh market which is one of the stops the bus makes. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Park City pleasure trip"
The location was very good, near the city of Park City, and yet away from the busy-ness of the down town area. The rooms are well kept and the associates there were friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It is nice Hotel with very quite neighborhood even I had to initial for a quietness stay and I had to whisper talk to my wife in my room. Surrounding Hotel area is quite dark because they preserve lights pollution, so you can see a lot of stars but it's real safe.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Over all the stay was pleasant, only two issues and both were with the reservation step. I called two days before to validate the reservation and learned that they had me checking in on the day I was supposed to check out, staff corrected that over the phone. Second issue was when I arrived to hotel to check in the bed size was incorrect per what I […] had originally reserved. They made it right and even upgraded my to a Jacuzzi suite, that was fantastic! We couldn't believe how nice this hotel was for the price we paid. Very clean, large rooms, very comfy bed. Restaurant and bar on the premises and food was decent. We would definitely return again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We usually stay at Newpark which is a little further away from downtown main street. We decided to try this place for a change to see what it had to offer. I personally would never stay there again. The staff was very friendly, but the room was very bad. It was very out of date and the rooms were extremely noisy. We were awoken several times a night. […] Next time we will stay at our usually place and just take the bus downtown should we want to venture that far. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was great for the price. It's functional and serves it's purpose, but is nothing over the top or extra special. The lobby is nice and cozy, and the hot tubs are great. The rooms are outdated and basic, but once again functional - and clean, so perfectly fine especially for the cost. Overall a good stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very cordial staff"
I thought that the staff was very nice and welcoming. Our stay was very short so the brief interactions we had with the staff were important. I would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Service (Cheri) in the dining room for breakfast was truly sweet and gracious. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Room was fine. No guide for t.v. so you had to flip over and back just to find shows. Blow dryer wouldn't stay "on" so you had to maneuver that to get it to do the job. Front desk staff wasn't […] there half the time and not outwardly helpful. If you pushed them for info and recommendations they seemed to pull something together but customer service seemed an afterthought for the most part. Loved the convenience for the bus. Lot of road noise and pool noise if on that side of the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The best value in town"
We had spent the previous night in a ultra-expensive resort that was paid for by someone else. While there the internet and Cable TV were inoperative, and they had no coffee maker in the room. Then we stayed at the Peaks Hotel. For our money the Peaks was much better for the price. Free cookies and hot cocoa in the evenings, all you can eat hot full […] breakfast, two really good restaurants, indoor/outdoor heated pool, with two spas and a sauna. Free metro bus stopped directly outside the hotel. Free wifi, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and courteous and helpful staff. When we go back to Park City we will stay at the Peaks. "Great place for families"
The friendliness and personal attention of the staff was a welcome treat. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and took a lot of the guesswork out of planning meals. It was nice to be on the shuttle route as well. We had a great experience and would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for non-resort stay!"
Hotel was clean, nice, and quiet. Breakfast was above average for a "free" meal. Only complaint was the overcrowded hot tubs, but hey what can you do about that (besides build a bigger one!)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect budget option"
Room was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great full breakfast, easy parking in the underground lot. Just 5-10 min from Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean with nice amenties, great location"
We stayed there for an extended ski weekend. The hotel was clean, staff were extremely helpful with our skis, luggage, business center needs, etc. The room/bathroom was a tad small and we missed having a balcony like some other hotels in the area, however, the included breakfast was awesome, the location for bus service was very convenient (right outside […] the front door), the pool and outdoor hottub were highlights. The only negative was that there weren't too many places to go within walking distance...one restaurant and a mini-mart equivalent to a few short blocks away. Other than that, the bus was available, ran frequently, and could take you just about anywhere. We will definitely consider this place on a return trip. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great base camp to explore the local mountains"
Nice and clean place to stay. Very convenient to explore all the local ski resorts. A bit far from the restaurants and bars on Main street, but this actually may be a good thing (the hotel is quiet). Plus there is a bus to Main street passing by every 20 min and the buss stop is right in front of the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good place to stay I will return"
very nice place to stay very clean a good place to stay for skiing a very good and generous breakfast very pleasant staff only negative is the staff is not very informed nor informative stay on side of building away from restaurantsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Average Hotel, good location for skiing"
The Peaks is a completely average place to stay. It's best feature is that it is right on the bus route so you can easily get to the ski areas. A few things I didn't like - the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the traffic noise on the road all night long. The flatscreen TV's are only standard definition. I thought this was odd since they have […] DirecTV and upstairs in their bar the TV's are high def. The wifi was awful. We had to have the front desk call tech support just so our room could get a signal. Then you had to login repeatedly. It was very annoying. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The room we booked was not available."
When we arrived, they told us they did not really have a king room, and put us in a 2-queen room. The wi-fi did not work at all on the third floor. The location was good and the city bus stopped by the hotel every 20min to take you to main street, which was nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
pleasant- good breakfast- enjoyed our stay close to sun valleyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Flew in from Philly to ski. Easy to find, underground parking, room was clean except for hair on bathroom floor. Comfortable. Hard the 4 little pillows per bed just give me two queen size pillows. Continental breakfast was weak. I'm a vegetarian so options were limited. don't understand why they have a server for coffee other than to beg for tips. I'd […] stay here again. "easy acces and amenities"
i enjoyed this hotel. cute cottage like feel when you walk in. rooms are clean, staff is friendly. indoor and outdoors pools/jacuzzi are great. a nice plus to this hotel. never busy. the restaurant/sportsbar upstairs is good, but i wanted a little more healthy food. we had roomservice and i will admit, the chicken wings are great. overall good food. breakfast […] was decent. not great not all bad. but it could be a little healthier. skiers and snowboarders are active people. we like more than just fruit as a healthy option. little too much "fatty" stuff in there. good, but too fatty. i found myself going back to the bathroom after breakfast each time. one thing that did annoy me was the blonde waitress (hostess when she wasn't around). she said it's buffet style bla bla... all good, AND tips are not included. she made THAT very clear. and there was a weird vibe with them walking with dollars in their hand etc. some comments. it annoyed me, and also, for breakfast, when it's a empty room. don't tell me were to sit and wait like a dog. i'll pick my own seat, i asked why does it matter? she said: it has to do with the server and tips. VERY BAD!!! apart from that... all good Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent hotel value in Park City"
We stayed in this hotel during the last week of January 2014. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although it's a little bit older, the hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. It has an underground garage to keep your car out of the weather. The breakfast buffet was included in my rate and was very good. The restaurant is convenient and good as well […] (if you are not interested in eating n Park City). They can store your skis overnight for free. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to all ski areas. Everyone was very friendly. There are two hot tubs (inside and outside), a dry sauna and a heated pool that extended to the outside. The hotel is conveniently located between Park City Ski Resort and the Canyons Ski Resort. Deer Valley is just a 10 minute drive. Overall we were very happy with our hotel choice. It provided good value and we would come back in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Another Great Stay Here"
We stayed here last year. Weren't disappointed then and weren't disappointed this year either. Edie, Lee and Cherie are incredible hosts. Some of the nicest people you will meet at a hotel. The location is perfect for skiing being on the Blue shuttle line. It is only a 15 minute free ride to the slopes. The spa, pool and two hot tubs are great to unwind. "Great place overall, but could use a couple tweaks"
It was a great hotel, it was quiet for the most part- we couldn't hear the rooms on either side of us, but we heard the room above us as they walked around. We thought maybe it was just that patron, but they went through 3 different groups and we each of them walk around. The staff was friendly, even at the crack of dawn and late into the night. There […] was one member of the cleaning staff that stared into the pool area while he cleaned the video games and that made me (a female) a tad uneasy, but otherwise, the staff was fantastic! Park City is like a Hollywood movie set. So beautiful! Even when it's snowing in the evening, by morning the sunshine is bright, the skies are blue, and the snow sparkles. No billboards, no litter.
