Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again. My only two complaints are that the pillows are a bit odd (square?) and not super comfortable. Also, $13.95 a day for WiFi access is a bit ridiculous.

This Marriott is surrounded by trees and is set back away from the main road. The location gave the hotel a tranquil feel. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and feel that this was the nicest one that we have stayed at so far. The staff is professional and pleasant, the rooms were clean and updated, and the hotel was quiet at night.

My wife and I stayed one night for business. We ate in the Irish Pub restaurant and enjoyed it. Clean and lively facility. Very quiet at night. Easy & quick check-in and check-out. We'd gladly visit again.

My husband and I had a nice evening at the Marriott Park Ridge. The restaurant was only a pub and the food wasn't the best we ever had, however it was nice to have something on premises. The pool looked nice even though we didn't use it.

Overall a great place to stay! It was VERY clean and everyone there was very friendly. The beds were also very comfortable. There's also an indoor pool inside the hotel.There's a pub downstairs but the kitchen closes at 12am (but there were signs throughout the hotel that said it stayed open until 2am but didn't mention the kitchen closing) Thankfully, […] dominos in pearl river ny delivers to the hotel. The only draw back was the road back into the Hotel - Go slow or the pot holes will give you a jolt. Signage out on the main road coming in might help get folks to the Hotel.

Hotels.com should be clear that this property does not offer 2 double beds, its not reasonable to say this is a "preference" then the front desk claims there are only king beds. This hotel was great for the money...very clean, very comfortable! I travel a lot, and the beds and pillows here made me get some of the best sleep I have had in a long while. The downside to staying at the Park Ridge Marriott was the additional $12 or $15 fee for internet service. I stayed at this hotel for a conference over a weekend, when the rates were very low. Although there were a number of other events taking place at the same time, I thought the hotel staff did a great job of keeping things organized and separate. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room. Mattresses have full covers to protect against bed bugs. Water was hot. Lots of extra pillows. A ten minute drive to Florentine Gardens, but in a very quiet part of town. Pool located off main lobby. Bar and restaurants were clean and convenient. Good food, fairly priced.

The location was picturesque, with a small river/creek running through the property. Excellent area for walking or running before getting in the car for a long drive to your destination. I went to the hotel for a reunion. The dinner very nice and so was the room. Bed very comfy with plenty of pillows. I had paid for the buffet with my room - I strongly suggest if you plan to do the buffet - you do the same. Extremely expensive if you do not. My friend (did not) and paid $9 for one cup of coffee and two mini (small) muffins. I staff […] who worked the buffet were not necessarily rude but did seem inconveninced when asked for coffee, water, juice. Wifi is not available unless you pay a fee of $14.95. Overall, I have been to many hotels with a much nicer staff. Also, if you do not book through hotels.com be sure to confirm the room charge BEFORE you check in. Room temperature was comfortable but could have been a little cooler for my own personal taste. Changing the thermostat in the room did not seem to have any effect on the room's temperature. Otherwise loved the hotel - kids had a blast in the pool. The breakfast buffet included in our room package was especially nice.

I cant beleive that this wonderful hotel makes you pay for internet service. I have stayed in many hotels and have paid a lot less and got free WIFI. Why do I have to spend so much money for a night and still have to pay for internet? Otherwise everything was great.

I really like this hotel and have stayed here several times while visiting relatives in the area. I do feel the price could be lower on the weekends. The hotel is in an industrial park and has no surrounding appeal unless you are visiting one of the corporate headquarters.

We stayed two nights for a wedding, the hotel was very nice and well maintained. The beds are a little stiff, but they do put feather-beds beneath the sheets to add comfort. There was no free WIFI, which is normally available in cheaper hotels, it cost $14.95 a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. BEWARE, AREA TAXIS CAN […] BE EXPENSIVE! No real complaints about the hotel as their service was excellent - greeted with a smile by the concierge every time we walked in through the front doors - the room and bathroom were clean - usually I wear slippers in hotel bathrooms but I didn't feel the need to here. The bed was in excellent condition and very comfortable itself with a bedbug protective […] mesh surrounding the mattress. Although the pillows were highly irregular in shape; they were square first of all, and secondly they were really high. Being someone who only uses one pillow, I hardly got a good nights sleep due to this. Another downfall is that the walls are very thin. We could hear everything the people next door were saying - and doing..and I mean everything...another downside is that the hotel is located about 35-40km from NYC, we had to commute a good half hour without traffic to and from the city everyday. It wasn't a real issue but considering the closest highway is a toll route, we had to pay $1.50 to get off even after using no more than 5km until we got on route 17 in Paramus NJ. Terrible. Waited over 20 minutes to check in. Front staff did not care because all 3 were talking with one group of 6 people from a wedding party. When we finally got the room, it has not been cleaned. Called front desk and the night manager said she will be right up. It took 20 minutes. She looked in, said sorry and gave us a new room 2 floors down. […] New room was fine. Had breakfast the next morning. Asked waitress 3 times for coffee and she did not bring it.
