I stayed here because of the very close proximity to the Hung Hom MTR station. I stayed for 2 separate 1-night stays within one week of each other. Efficient check-in and check out both times. Front-desk was courteous. Concierge was friendly. Decent Asian and western-style breakfast. Room-service was fine and the meal I ordered was very good. I would stay here again if I needed to take the commuter train into China. One small negative was the taxi line was a little slow on one of the nights. No big deal.

This city-center hotel is located in Kowloon, close to Temple Street Night Market, Jade Market, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Also nearby are Nathan Road and HSBC Hong Kong Headquarter Building.

Great Location. Airline personel stay there. Don't bother upgrading to include tea and breakfast, lots of your favorite restaurants near by like McDonalds and Starbucks.

Poor front desk service. Tiny room for its price range (much better value at Eaton Hotel, which is 2 blocks away or Langham at Mongkok) for Kowloon hotels. Room probably need to be modernized soon. Overall a 3.5 star traveller hotel.

"Nice hotel, OK location, Poor service"
There are other 4 star hotels in the Kowloon area that would have been a better choice. The room was clean and had one of the most comfortable beds we had in all of China. There were 6 iMac computers in the lobby with access to internet which was great. The location is on the red line which is not the best metro line to see things in HK. The airport […] express does not have a shuttle to this hotel, but does to many other hotels in the area. This added another cab ride to get to the hotel. "Novotel hotel-one night stopover"
We stayed in the Novotel Kowloon on our way back to Australia from UK. Arrived in torrential rain, staff more than helpful trying to dry us off and taking our bags to our rooms. Our actual room was very clean and perfect for our stopover when we needed a comfy bed, TV and sleep! Would definitely stay there again-close to night markets too!

"Great location, modern room"
The hotel is centrally located walking distance to other major landmarks as the Peninsula Hotel. If you take the express train from the airport, you can take the shuttle bus, the bus stop is 2 blocks away from the Novotel. I was in HKG 15 years ago and the Novotel was there so I expected and older hotel, however what a surprise, the hotel is being renovated […] to its total. Rooms are modern with new bathroom fixtures. I recommend this hotel as it is a good value for the money. the location is near the jordan mrt station. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. the front desk staff wrote my destination requests in chinese in case i needed to take a taxi as most of the taxi drivers do not speak english well and my chinese is nonexistent. the room is very clean. […] however the in room internet fee is a tad expensive at $98 HKG. but there are 4 free internet computers in the lobby but there may be a wait to be used. you can also request a free 30 minute wireless connection in the bar area. "Great hotel in a good location"
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had a great time there. Rooms were clean and decorated in a contemporary European style. Space is tight in Hong Kong but the room didn't feel too small. Bathroom is a bit narrow, though. We got our room upgraded so I can't comment on the regular rooms. Staff was friendly and hotel has 4 iMacs that you can use […] for free in the lobby. That's awesome considering that the other 3 hotels we stayed at in China all charged a fee to use their business center. Location is great since you are on Nathan road (2-3 mile shopping street) and you are a couple of minutes from the metro. The breakfast buffet was good with a selection of Chinese and International food...a bit pricey, though. The view from the room is not good but if that's important to you then you should book a room at one of the hotels on the harbor....which will be double the price. Oh, if you need to do laundry there is a place on the corner north of the hotel (maybe south!)....hotel was charging a ridiculous amount. Read more

"A great room"
The room was larger than we thought with a king bed. It was in a great loation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had Disney channel which was fabulous for our 4 year old. We would stay there again.

we had a great stay with the hotel! Clean and modern design, room is small however, most hotels in HK are the same. 3 mins walk to Jordon MRT station and eateries around this are couldn't be more convenient! Most importantly, nice staffs and special thanks to Yean Tan, Assistant Manager whom helped me sourced for a Peadiatrician around the same area […] as my daughter were having fever for a couple of days and I didn't want to go to the hospital and Yean had very nicely helped sourced for 1 with good credits for me. This is the extra mile done or their hotel guest and I deeply appreciate her gesture. I will definitely stay in Novotel, Nathan Road again when I return to HK. And hey, 1 more thing to rave about, NOvotel actually provides FREE extra bed for my daughter and we do appreciate this kind thoughts from the hotel as not many hotel provide that service! thanks again Novotel, I'll be back for sure.. :) Read more

"The Novotel Nathan Road - excellent location"
A clean, comfortable, business style hotel in a great location in the heart of Kowloon. Easy walking distance to most sights. I was particularly impressed with the opportunity for an early check in which was most appreciated after a long haul flight from Europe!

Very good hotel, central to shops and transport. We upgraded to executive levels, well worth the added cost. Upgrade includes breakfasts, afternoon tea, happy hour on the 15th floor. Great snacks and drinks allow you to unwind after a busy day in Hong Kong and a chance to catch up with other travellers from around the world. Will stay again

we stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good experience. clean room, nice location - near temple st night market and ladies night market, near to MTR. the only con which i ddnt like was there was no wifi access in the entire building because it was only made available in the lobby at a cost. the staff was very honest which i liked. i had left my ring […] which was returned to me by the staff in the concierge upon claiming our luggages. overall, i would recommend this. not so pricey and not so cheap! you get the price you pay for!! The location of the hotel is great which is close to MTR station and also very near to the Airport in-town check in which taxi ride is 10min to reach. Great place to stay for a quick trip. Very nice room, lobby and amenities in the hotel! Surrounding neighbourhood is fine, but at least close to transportation etc. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Hong Kong. Close to Jordan MTR, a 1Km walk to the harbour. The staff were excellent and the food very good albeit not cheap. I'd stay there again.
