Pleasant enough, would have no problem staying here again. Room was small, but somewhat to be expected. Location is not bad, just recognize you are a subway stop or two away from most places you will want to be.

It was super easy to get around from Novotel. It was within walking distance to a great night market and restaurants. The room was clean and modern. We came from the hotel and it was really easy to get to Novotel. We took the train and then a local bus takes you to a stop just a couple blocks from the hotel. When we left, we walked down a couple blocks and got on the airport express. The bus was large and really nice. It dropped us off at the door of the train station. My biggest issue was the service was not the usual standard I expect when I am working in Asia. Hotel close to MTR and great local family run resturants like resturant Bombay for good Indian food, Thailand for great Thai food and Bali Resturant for good Indonesian food. The othe good thing about these restaurants is they are all five minutes walking from Novotel.

The entire hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked them about this and they just offered to spray some liquid, but didn't really make it smell better. For the price it should be better.

My sister and I stayed at the Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hotel for nine nights and we had an excellent stay. Great location...near alot of shops and restaurants. The Airport Express free shuttle dropped us off at the Nathan Hotel which is next door to the Novotel. Local public buses are right outside of the hotel. The Jordan MTR is only a few minutes […] walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was pleasant, polite and courteous. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy with nice warm down comforter and nice fluffy pillows. The bathroom was in good condition and the shower/bath had good water pressure and lots of hot water. We had a problem with the toilet on our third night after getting back to the hotel after midnight. The flushing mechanism wasn't working so we called the front desk at about 12:30 am. The staff was very quick to respond and in about 5 minutes, two repairmen appeared and replaced the broken part in about 15 minutes!!! I was very surprised and impressed by their quick response. This is my second stay at this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Hong Kong. Read more

I originally set out to write a different review and realized that I ran out of room. They limited the amount of words I could use to write this review so I'll redo this short. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and kept well. The cleaning staff was excellent. The front desk staff and lobby staff was horrible. They made me want to rip up my Accor Hotels […] frequent membership card. I never want to stay at an Accor Hotel again. At this price range, I expected a the service to be better.
