"Nice hotel in convenient location"
Room was on the small side but was clean and served its purpose. Breakfast buffet was a standard selection of eggs, meats and cereals and the service was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, the front desk staff we interacted with seemed strained to provide anything more than basic information with a half-smile. I may be asking for too much, but a […] "your bill has been prepaid and there are no outstanding charges, thank you for staying with us" would leave a better lasting impression on check out versus the curt "ok" we received. "Close to the Natural History Museum"
We stayed at the Park International for six nights. The room was on the first floor and had large picture windows. The room was very noisy at night so it was hard to sleep. The room was clean and nice linen. I missed having a tub, but the shower was large. We had a refrigerator which was nice. There was a Tesco, a small food mart and grocery store close […] by. The breakfast was great. There was a problem with getting hot water unless you waited about four minutes. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Do not tell them you will be on your own"
I think the hotel took advantage of the fact that I booked through and expedia offer for a very good discount and put me in a ridiculously small room with no wifi and no outside phone lines, completely unacceptable in a 4-star hotel, which is what I had booked, and thus was obliged to stay for a full week. Having been an expedia client for many years […] this is not what I am used to in any major capital.. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location for explaring London"
Hotel is newly refurbished and in great shape. Located in a good location (near Gloucester tube ) to explore London. Free wifi in lobby but you had to ask for username and password for each hour you were on. It would be better if the hotel would just make wifi free for all. Breakfast was a treat each morning. Full English or continental--your choice. […] Rooms are somewhat small and beds to match. I am not that tall and my feet hang over the end of bed. Would stay again but try to get a larger bed. "Room with odd layout"
The hotel is in a great location close to public transportation in a neighborhood that I love. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly. Reception was easy and my room was ready at check-in. The only fault with my stay was the placement of the furniture in my room. It's a long room, but the bed is placed inconveniently. You cannot get to the far bed […] without squeezing between the end of the first bed under the wall-mounted flat screen. I'm clueless about the placement, for they could have moved the furniture to have a space between the bed with a common table with the phone. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel with good staff"
The front desk staff were great and very helpful as we had to change our reservation after it was booked. When we checked in, there was an issue with our first room and without asking, they upgraded us to a bigger room. The internet service was adequate for business purposes. The breakfast was good, but was also the same everyday. For the money paid […] and the location--which is about one block from the Gloucester Road tube station, I would recommend. Nice staff, good location, decent sized room for London, great shower, nice breakfast buffet. Clean. A little dated but overall very comfortable. I'd reccmond and go back. Staff were friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"very helpful staff"
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very kind and very helpful with recommendations and transportation advice. The breakfast provided was average, but still nice that it was included. Great location near the Gloucester tube stop.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great location a 3 minute walk to the Gloucester Road tube station. Hotel is clean. Included breakfast is a nice plus. Fitness center has a very good elliptical and treadmill. New flat screen tv. I had a single room. It is the smallest room that I have ever stayed in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"very close to the tube"
great, clean, nice size room. no room service which was a little disappointing, but all in all very nice hotel in a fine location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was very welcoming, which was appreciated after a long trip from Ghana. Just stayed one night but the room was spotless, and a good size especially for London. Don't miss the breakfast in the morning!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel...exceeded my expectations"
We were in London for the first time and stayed only three nights, but the hotel was perfect for our stay. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Wifi was availble in the lobby and breakfast was good. They arranged for cars to transport us to the airport and got tickets for us to a premier performance of Top Hat. I would […] definately stay there again...and it was just a 20 minute walk to Harrods!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"lovely traditional british hotel"
i was pleasantly surprised by the elegance and service of this hotel. my experience with English hotels of this price range has been miniscule rooms of middling quality, mediocre staff, lousy breakfast, dodgy areas, lousy internet. Although my room had a twin bed, the size of the space was roomy and very pretty. The desk staff went out of their way […] to help us with transportation, luggage, and opened the breakfast room for us early on days we had to travel, making sure we had enough "take away" food for our journey. close to transportation, excellent thai food in the restaurant, lovely area. "Great Little Gem in South Kensington"
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. VERY clean, completely updated, and an extremely accommodating staff. Hotel has a great breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate, and there are also some good restaurants right across the street. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the tube, as well as a fresh food market. We will be back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent hotel and superb staff at affordable $$."
I was extremely happy with my stay at the Park International Hotel. It was very clean, well maintained, and had very knowledgable and helpful staff. I stayed for 3 nights and each day the staff gave us excellent recommendations on what to see and, at night, where to find superb restaurants in the area. The hotel was very near the underground station […] so it was a great place to stay to see all the sights of London. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all my friends. "Clean, Comfortable, Functional"
I would give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. Bathrooms were clean, bed was comfortable. No problem falling asleep. Some furniture like the dresser and chair were a bit dated, but comfortable. The English breakfast is one of the selling points. (Except the baked beans were always lukewarm). I like that the hotel is a short three block or 5 minute walk from the […] Subway. The elevators were clean and ran smoothly and silently. If you just need a place to sleep and regroup because you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, this is it. If you intend to spend a lot of time indoors or are looking for the spa like treatment, this is not it. Staff were okay, not outstanding. BEWARE if you ask for a wake up call. I asked for a wake up call twice, and both times it came 15 minutes past the requested time. (It's not an automated system and they have to call manually). Wi-fi cost 9 pounds for 15 minutes of usage. Other than that, this hotel is a good deal and value for money, especially if you are on a budget. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Victoria & Albert museum"
While the rooms may be small by US standards, by London standards, it was quite comfortable. We were impressed by the overall thoughtfulness of the room design - including the lighting design which allowed varied levels of brightness and even had dedicated reading lights next to the bed. The room and bath were very clean and modern and with a spacious […] shower with high quality German plumbing fixtures. The only criticism I would have would be the quality of the mattress - it seemed a bit thin and when you plopped down, you could feel the platform below. Another point which is quite picky: in order to flush the toilet, you have to lower the lid since it's right behind it. The breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate was pretty mediocre but we did appreciate not having to pay extra for breakfast (eating out in London is very pricey). The staff was very helpful and the common areas were pleasant and clean. The location is good since it's within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert Museum and is half a block to the Gloucester tube station and a number of good cafes and restaurants. There is also a Waitrose supermarket, Boots drug store nearby and an internet cafe accross the street. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay there again. "Good location, good breakfast"
This is a superb value for the money. You're close to the Tube and can walk (if you have comfortable shoes and are in shape# to the main parts of London. It's easy to get to via Tube from Heathrow and also near Paddington Station for trips to the country. Breakfast was included in our rate and exceeded expectations. As with most London hotels, the room […] was small and internet cost extra #annoying but there's an internet cafe across the street). But it was adequate and I would stay here again. "Great hotel, recommended."
Very clean and beautiful hotel. The location is great, very close to the subway station. The breakfest service and variety was outstanding.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We could not get a room in the back of the hotel. We were on the second floor overlooking Cromwell Rd. The traffic can be loud and annoying. A word of advice - ask to see the room before you move everything in. The room sizes are quite different! We were here for 7 nights and were told by the woman at the front desk that an upgrade wasn't available […] - they only give upgrades to the people who are there for only 1 night. So, the longer you stay and the more you spend, the less likely you are to get an upgrade. If I go back to London, I would probably stay elsewhere, closer to the shopping or tourist attractions. But the hotel is very clean and new. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"smallest room ever occupied"
Overall the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and modern. However, I felt like I was inside a shoebox once I entered my room. I booked a single but somehow they fit a european twin and a bathroom with a half desk and stool in approximately a 9 by 8 foot room. I didn't have space to unpack my suitcase.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Decent night's stay on Picadilly line"
The room was cramped but clean, the bed not terribly comfortable, but with a nice duvet...the best part of staying at the Park International was the fantastic "continental" breakfast, which was actually a full buffet of hot and cold items.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location and outstanding service"
We spent one night at the Park International in our way to Edinburgh during a family trip. We stayed in a room for three in one of the upper levels of the hotel. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. The only downside for the picky ones is that the decoration of the rooms is impersonal and could be more inviting. In any event, the Park International […] was a great deal for the price considering its good location and buffet breakfast (included in the fare). The service at the restaurant and front desk was outstanding. I would stay again at this hotel and would recommend it as a good alternative when visiting London. "Comfort in London!"
The staff greated us every day and were very helpful. My husband was ill when we arrived and I went to the restaurant to get him some food. The next day when the employee who had waited on me saw me she immediately asked how my husband was feeling. The food was great in the restaurant and the breakfast was really good as well. I liked I room, it was […] the most comfortable I have stayed in for a very long time and I slept well. It was very quiet!!! Nice shower and funny square toilet!!! Huge soft bath towels. We would definately stay there again!!! Grocery shopping and pharmacy near the tube station. Also we had a wonderful hamburger at Byron nearby! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Top staff, excellent location particularly for evening at Albert Hall. Several museums a few yards away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was good value and room was big enough with a large double bed and a "proper" single bed for our 13yr old daughter. The room was in the basement though with no view whatsoever from the window. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent Location for London stay."
This is our second stay at The Park International and it didn't disappoint us. It is centrally located and has transport literally on the doorstep. We will stay there on our next visit for sure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel with some room issues"
I had stayed here before with my spouse and was not hesitant to book again. The problem I ran into was I booked a single which was a very small room. I am over 6' and after I put my bag into the room there was not much room left. One uncomfortable small bed up against the wall by the window. I complained about the room to no avail. I had to pay to upgrade […] my room to a double which solved the space problem but I lost the rainhead shower head in the process. If you are a taller person do yourself a favour and book a double room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
