"Quiet and convenient"
For a one night stop-over, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel accommodations and staff. The room was spacious, clean and all the appliances were in working order. It was quiet and restful. The whirlpool tub was a delight!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nothing special about this place. Easy to get to and clean. Not bad for just a night of sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place & Very friendly"
This hotel was excellent! The front desk staff were so friendly & helpful. The train station is very close by for easy access to Philadelphia and the Flower Show! I highly recommend this hotel to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"wake up call"
As long as you don't need a wake-up call or wish to speak with the owner of the hotel you'll be fine. The place is clean ,comfortable and a good value. However, the hotels automated wake-up call service did not work.Consequently I called downstairs to have it done by a human being who proceeded to have me woken up at 4:45 AM instead of 6:45 AM.The desk […] people were mildly contrite and assured me many times that my request to speak to the person in charge would be honored.I would get a call.I never did. "Great hotel, great location"
Great location, honest employees. I left my bag at the hotel and when I called to see if it was there, the staff member was very polite and said she was just looking through it to contact me . My personal items were left in tact and I appreciated the honesty of the staff member.Genuine Expedia guest review

In my experience, Comfort Inns are not well maintained and there always seems to be something wrong in my room. Last trip to a Comfort Inn, the sliding window wouldn't close. In this case, the opaque curtain was broken and I had to get up on a chair to try to hook it onto a random piece of metal to get it to close all the way. The exhaust fan in the […] bathroom was operable but appeared to be so clogged that it wasn't pulling any air out of the room. This particular Comfort Inn doesn't have a fitness room. They gave me a voucher to "Anytime Fitness" neglecting to tell me that Anytime Fitness is only staffed between 11am - 7pm - therefore you can't get in until staff arrive - you have to be a member with an access card. It was disappointing. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great for family or couples"
Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, comfortable/clean room. Breakfast was good. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely go backGenuine Expedia guest review
The rooms were not clean at all. The coffee maker had not been cleaned out and had burned coffee coating the bottom of the carafe. The mini-fridge was really nice to have but it had been unplugged and had containers of spoiled food inside that smelled terrible! They have a real housekeeping problem. The rest of the staff was good. Once the problems […] were corrected, I liked having a microwave and fridge. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Only thing good was the location"
It was the darkest, most dreary, claustrophobic room I've ever been in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
In the room on the first night of our stay the HVAC system was noisy-had to move to different room for night two. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Internet wi-fi connection did not work on my Kindle Fire and telephone support could not fix the problem. They said equipment was old. Breakfast was good. Very clean overall. Just seemed a bit rund […] own. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Prime location on Bethlehem Pike"
01/14/15 onehipdad Downers Grove, Illinois
I had a three day business trip to Souderton, PA and this was a good location for me, convenient to my destination 15 minutes away. Although the hotel is right on Bethlehem Pike, my room on the 3rd floor facing the highway was very quiet. I had a king suite which was very nice, with couch, wingback chair and ottoman as well as a desk and dining table with chairs. Bath had a whirlpool tub and bed was in an alcove with partial divider from the living room. 32" Samsung was situated for viewing from the living room or bed. Breakfast appeared to be standard for the chain, although I'm inclined to shop and take my meals in the room. As such, I can't speak to the dining opportunities in the area but less than a mile away is a Wegman's, probably the best grocery store in the known world. Housekeeping was excellent and getting a late checkout on the last day for my 5pm flight out of ABE was very much appreciated.
"New Year Eve Stay"
01/11/15 Chris S Souderton, Pennsylvania
We stayed on New Years Eve and had a very good stay. Staff was friendly and nice to have breakfast included the next morning. The room was surprisingly inclusive with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, jacuzzi tub, desk, etc. for the price. Great value. We will definitely stay again.
"Lies Bad Customer Service"
My boyfriend and I made it our yearly tradition to come and stay at the Comfort Inn Montgomeryville, PA for New Yrs. The first time we stayed was February 2013 for Valentine weekend and we were very impressed how good the service was and our stay was excellent. Last New Yr. We visited for the 2nd time and once again everything was fine. We recently stayed a 3rd time for New Years 2015 and this time we were very disappointed. When I made the reservation via telephone, I was helped by Mike and I asked for the King Suite and he told me they had 2 left so I booked it. I also asked him about the dinner vouchers to Gimaro and he assured me we can purchase at the front desk as we did the previous 2 times we visited. He did let me know the vouchers went up in price on certain days and we would have to pay $14.99 per person instead of the usual $9.99. When we arrived December 31,2014 we noticed older desk reps. That we never seen before I didnt get the old man name but he was an idiot! He wasn't pleasant at all, when he asked for my credit card I asked him how much was the security hold amount and he rudely said we're charging your credit card now and this puzzled us because we always paid cash when we check out. If the hotel was under different management and they changed policies this man surely didn't let us know! So we go on to ask about the dinner vouchers he said we are not selling them today! I said but when I called Mike said we can purchase the vouchers. He said well I dont know who you spoke to but it's nothing I can do! I said we spoke to Mike and he didn't response! So after the rudeness and tiredness, we go to the 2nd floor and the room wasn't a king suite! We were so upset already having to dealt with the nasty man at the check in counter, we went back downstairs to see why we were given the wrong room. The older lady was at the counter and she stated that's impossible we didn't have any suites available when you guys made the reservation. I told her we're not blaming her but Mike said the king suite was available! We was so displeased I said when is this Mike guy coming in she whispered tomorrow she didnt want the nasty old man to hear her. At that point we were out of options, so we stayed. We decided after the lies Mike told and the no customer service having old man that this was our last stay with you guys at Comfort Inn. What a disappointment.
"Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff - Noisy Heat/Air"
12/27/14 lsb040 Joppa
We stayed for one night a the Comfort Inn in Montgomeryville and found it to be a very nicely kept hotel. Debbie was manning the front desk and was very friendly. She advised us of a dinner special available with Gimaro's on the same parking lot. We had planned to eat there because it has great reviews but we had eaten a large late afternoon lunch and were just too tired by the time we arrived to care if we had dinner. The hotel and our room was very clean and well kept. Our room had a king size bed and there were end tables with a lamp on each side of the bed. A mini-fridge was at the bottom of one of the end tables. A docking station/clock was on the other end table. The room had a writing table and a desk chair, as well as a wing chair. Other furnishings were a big screen Samsung TV and long dresser with one centrally located drawer on each side. The bathroom had a granite sink top and a Jacuzzi tub. There was a little placard indicating that if you'd forgotten any toiletries to call the front desk, as they would be provided on a complimentary basis. The bed was extremely comfortable - a real plus was that they had normal sized pillows of various firmness (there was a sign providing you with direction as to the placement of the soft vs. firm pillows), as I despise those tiny little pillows that are so popular right now. The bed had a duvet and a runner, as well as a top sheet. The one downside of the room was that the heat was extremely noisy. It was a cold day when we stayed at the Comfort Inn and the room was cold on arrival. However, the noise of the heating unit was so loud that we turned it off when we went to bed and wore our clothes to sleep in. Breakfast is available in the same room as the reception desk- to the side - and coffee & tea is available 24 hours a day. There were numerous types of juices available including orange juice, bagels, muffins, Sara Lee packaged cheese Danish, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruit and a waffle maker and mix - plain and cinnamon. There were a couple types of bread and butter and jams, as well as some cereals. The area was monitored by a very nice young man who did a great job of keeping it tidy and replenishing the food. We all enjoyed being able to eat some breakfast before heading out for the day and our eventual return home.
"Looked nice, but..."

We were impressed when we arrived at the bright and inviting look of this motel. The lobby is really the dining room area for the free breakfast and it seemed to have a lot of room (we didn't partake of that so I won't be able to comment.) Debbie at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, and explained that our request for a first floor 2 bed room wasn't possible, but I could have a king on the 1st floor, or a 2 bed on the upper floors. As there is an elevator, we choose one on the 3rd floor, as we were hoping for quiet. It's a very pretty and inviting room with all the amenities including refrigerator and microwave, a plus for us. We were rushing to get changed and back out to our family's home for Thanksgiving dinner, so didn't check into anything beyond that. The truth of the room (310) was revealed once we were back and tumbled very tired into bed. THE BEDS! OMG! I've never been on a harder bed - I think sleeping on the floor would have been softer. The heater was crazed- no matter what combination of on/off/auto - heat/fan - whatever, it cycled on and off every few minutes with the noise of a plane landing in the room. We finally had to just turn it off and hope not to freeze. Then the fan (that's a joke - it didn't work) in the bathroom was so loud that you couldn't actually stay in the bathroom with the light on as the noise was so intense, so we couldn't turn it on during the night if needed. The sheets and heavy comforters were scratchy and NOISY - who ever heard of noisy bed linen? But it was crackly! Every move someone made turning over in bed was heard around the room! For me, it was the night from hell between the discomfort of the bed and all the inconveniences. The price was fair for the area and that was important, but as I had driven 4 hours in and had 4 hours to drive home the next day, I would have loved to get a good night's rest. Since I don't know what the beds and features of other rooms are like, I can only recommend you check EVERYTHING before you settle on the room they assign to you. I recommend this hotel "with reservations"!

Had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn in Montgomeryville PA this weekend. We were visiting family in the area and found our selection central to the area. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, all area's of the hotel were clean and well kept. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel Continental but adequate to our needs and well presented. The hotel afforded discounts for the adjacent hotel were we dined one night and found the food quite good, staff friendly and prices competitive with others in the area. I will use the Comfort Inn again in the future.
"Excellent stay - good value"
11/09/14 travelingirl08 New York
Just spent 2 days in Montgomeryville, Pa and we did have several choices for a hotel. I am so glad that we chose the Comfort Inn. From the moment we arrived until the departure this morning, we had wonderful service, lovely rooms and a variety of choices for the breakfast which is included. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The rooms seemed newly renovated and the bed and bedding were great. There was a safe, a microwave, a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. Vouchers for reduced priced dinner at the restaurant next door were $ 15 weekend/ $10 for almost everything on the menu. The hotel allows dogs, but I would never know - except for an occasional bark or two.
"Great place to stay. Super meal deal."

Very comfortable room; helpful staff. Loved having access to the internet without worrying about a pass code. Excellent dinner at the restaurant across the parking lot. I had the grilled seafood for just $10. (voucher purchased at the Comfort Inn desk).
"dont take anything of value"

If I only had good things to say about this hotel. Upon entering the room the chemical smell was so overwhelming my eyes were burning throughout the night. The curtains were torn so I couldn't close them, the carpet was warped and dirty. I could have lived with all of that for a few days but after my 1st night, someone with access to my room stole my jewelry while I was gone. I contacted the front desk 3 times and was given different information as to when the manager would be in. I left my number for him to call but he never did. I called and he said he didn't look far enough down my complaint to see there was a number and that he had asked the housekeeper if she took the jewelry and she said no so he believes her and its my problem that its gone from the room. By the way he is the Owner/Operator so stay at your own risk because he is unprofessional to say the least. I filed a police report, left a note for the thief to enjoy my wedding necklace that I cant replace and checked out immediately. Terrible is an understatement for a rating in regards to this hotel .
"Pleasant stay and pet friendly"

Very clean accommodations. Large rooms, flat screen tvs with approx. 80 channels to pick from! Our room included a fridge and microwave. Requested ground floor room because of traveling with my dog and was given one instantly. Adequate walking areas for pet, though you must exit through the main lobby. Larger walking area is found in the back parking lot. There is an adjacent restaurant right across the parking lot. In a very safe area with lots of shopping and places to eat all along route 309. Morning breakfast included hot selections and plenty of choices. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.
