We enjoyed our stay at the Peabody very much. It was very convenient for the convention we were working. Everyone at the hotel was very professional and was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

Lovely property, but this is not a family hotel; which is not evident when booking. Also, even though presented as a suite hotel, rooms are quite small. Certainly, not what one would expect when requesting/reserving a suite . Beds were exceedingly comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. However, there were no linens, for the sofa bed, it was quite late when this was realized, so we improvised. WONDERFUL staff.

I enjoyed the pool. Now that was the one 5 star item at this location. The room itself was kind of smelly and the shower didn't look clean but it smelled... okay. The air conditioner wasn't working well and I was HOT but the bed was comfortable and the maid cleaned up quickly and quietly and didn't mess with any of my things so I was happy about that. Good stay, loved the queen beds. Maids didn't clean coffee pot or leave clean towels, but really wasn't a big deal. Room was clean, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Very basic hotel. However the wifi was better than in many pricier hotels. For the price it was clean and comfortable. The staff was adequate. It is right off the Hwy. In true AR style there is a greasy spoon diner attached w/ a 10% discount for guests.

I have never such a dump. It was a last minute out of town job and being on a budget I thought it might be ok for a few nights. When I arrived they had no clean rooms. They finally found one they said would be ok until they get a clean room. I walked in and the odor was horrid and the room was filthy including the dirty sheets and towels. So I go back […] to tell them that was unacceptable and they find another room. It had the same nasty smell and the carpet and towels were horrible. I had to hand wash a towel to use. And to top all of this off it was infested with either bed bugs or fleas. So now I have had to go get spray and bleach to cleaned everything and along with scratching all of the bug bites. The Econo-Lodge in Benton was good for what we wanted. It was inexpensive and right on I-30, so it was easy to get to. The only complaints I had were that the HVAC blew all night. It didn't seem to have a thermostat connected to it, just a temperature range for the air coming out. The other complaint was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. […] I would guess that is more related to poor building codes in Arkansas than anything else. However, after driving all day the beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. This is an older motel, outside did not have that warm fuzzy feeling by any means. But it wasn't as bad as the reviews made it sound when i booked the room. It was clean and comfortable. We checked in late, left early, so couldn't really tell you much else about it. The price was decent.

I Stay in Bryant/Alexander, AR often and use the internet to book those reservations. I found this motel and booked (made reservations) for two days. That part went great. The room was reasonably clean, the sink area was rehabbed and very acceptable, the bed was clean, and of reasonable quality/support for a good nights sleep. But: the bath tub/shower […] was in dissrepair, with old tile/grout that was stained and dirty, the faucets were very hard to turn on/off. Last, the noise level from room next door--which included a loud radio/TV and talking to highway noise of vehicles--all of this was unacceptable. I passed out from exhaustion the first night as I could not go to sleep naturaly due to same. The second night took a sleeping pill to overcome these limitations. If all remains the same at this motel I would not stay there and could not recomment to anyone else. Read more

Where do I begin....Everything from the door sticking(where I had to have room changed), to the dirty sheets and linens, the terribly uncomfortable bed. Noisy wall unit as well as the outside street noise, all helped make this place one of the worst stays I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend to friend, family , even enemies.
