Front Desk staff at 5:30 on 11/6/09 was efficient, but lacked any notion of cheerfulness. This was my first impression of the staff, and it continued. At about 10:30 pm on the same night, we waited several minutes at an unattended bar for service. I walked into the adjacent Dining Area to find a staff member sitting and talking on a cell phone, at which point I asked if the Bar was still open. He retrieved the bartender, who seemed extremely "put upon" to have to wait on us. I can't believe that he's working for tips, or worse, that I actually tipped him over 25%. The room was nice, and our stay was comfortable, and otherwise uneventful.

The hotel was very clean in the hallways, but once in the room, it smelled like an old smoking room. The pillows were uncomfortable, hard and had sleep number beds which i have found to be very uncomfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly!

Sleep Number beds are so uncomfortable. They are supposely the best but we don't think so. We had no hot water to shower with either.

Main lobby was dreary...elevator sounded as if it was going to break down at any moment...room was too small for double beds (which were rather small)...thermostat controls were difficult to use due to lack of options to select from.

Check in clerk wasn't very welcoming or helpful. They apparently booked me in a room where there was a big crack in the bathroom and while I was eating my lunch, my door just opened (no knock) and a maintenence man walked in. I'm glad I was not indisposed at the time. He then proceeded to chat on his cell phone while taping up the bathtub, talking about how wacky it was that they booked me in this room and didn't notify him that there was a guest. NOT impressed at all.

The hotel was a little older than I expected. The lobby was really nice. The room was ok, just a bit small. It probably could have used a little more cleaning especially in the bathroom area. The location was good and the room had the sleep number beds. I would not pay any more than what we paid for the two nights we stayed but would recommend it.

The Front desk was outstanding and went out of their way to please us. I needed to print out a ticket for an event that I had purchased and the pc would not print. In desparation I asked the staff if they could use their pc to print my ticket and they immediately helped me out. Otherwise I would of lost over $100.00. My only complaint is that there was alittle mold in the shower grout Also the maid needs to clean under the lower soap dish as there was mold growing under it.which I spotted when I soaked in the tub. The 'GYM' left a lot to be desired but the pool was nice. The location seemed okay, if you wanted to get food at a restaurant. The rooms were clean the bed super comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be angry the day we checked in.

my husband had asked if there we any gift sets that pertained to sesame place, and they had that this was the first time that they had such a request, so they gather up a 5 piece elmo collectors gift set along with sesame street mylar balloons and boy did this arrangement look absolutely gorgeous but, when i 2 little ones entered the room they were extremely excited and there was a card signed ELMO! this made my 2 little ones feel very special, stating that ELMO knows that they where here! if you could only see their faces.. IT WAS PRICELESS! in my opinion this hotel went out of their way and made our vacation the best one ever for my 2 little ones....... THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!:)

The room was very nice and the hotel facilities (bar, pool and breakfast buffet) were all above our expectations. Free computers in the lobby. Personnel were very friendly. A great buy and 8 miles from Sesame Place. Tons of restaurants in the area.

This was one of my comfortable stays in a hotel, I wish I had more time to spend time there, but I was so busy running around! The room was lovely, all the staff was wonderful, all the amenities you could desire! Best of all the bed was comfy!! Thanks so much!!

We headed to the Philadelphia area to visit Sesame Place with our 3 year old and 19 month old. We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson...conveniently located near Sesame Place, lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The pool was really nice, a great little snack bar by the outdoor pool that proved handy. The sleep number beds were a little annoying although the kids loved playing with the remotes for them.

spent my money thinking i will be comfortable, not known that some employee is so racial. while at the pool area (employee who is white) was only yelling and screaming at the non white customers(visitors). other than that everything else was greast.

The room was rather comfortable but I just hoped that the washroom could be as updated as the bedroom. There were not many towels provided in the washroom 2 bath, 1 hand, and 1 for face. The condition of the bathtub was rather old and the toilet too... We ordered room service on our 2nd night stay. The staff told us they just need a few minutes to deliver the drinks we ordered but it took them half an hour. By the time they delivered our baby's milk, she was half way sleep already. If you only need a place to sleep then this hotel is not a bad choice comparing to the price/room. But if you are looking for a more decent hotel with better service and facilities then maybe you should consider some place else.

I liked the room. Plenty of space and it was in good shape. The housekeeping services were poor. We had to call the front desk daily to have supplies replenished such as coffee, soap, and sometimes towels. They very clearly never wiped the shower out and they left hair and debris in the tub without bothering to rinse things down or wipe the vanity well. The price was okay - but the housekeeping really needed improvement.

This was more like a hotel you would find in the center city, in terms of amenities and staff professionalism, and yet the price was appropriate for its location beyond the city limits. The surrounding neighborhood was fine, although there weren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel's restaurant was good but the service was pretty slow the night we ate there. We would definitely use it as our base of operations the next time we go to Philadelphia.

The only complaint that I have is we had to keep asking for towels sent to our room they never did bring them when we ask for them, had to make several trips to front desk. Was ignored at front desk, if you don't have on a suit or look important they ignore you.
