Close to Sesame Place and easy to get to. Would have preferred a shuttle to be available and that may be why next trip I will choose a hotel with ready and available shuttle service to Sesame. Hotel was helpful and in a convenient location if u like shopping as there wer about 5 malls in surrounding areas.

Did not think much of the stay at this hotel. Have stayed at many hotels in this area, other locations were booked. Would not stay by choice, beds were number beds that did not work initially, had to have housekeeping come and get them to work and when they did work, they were most uncomfortable. The Radisson was the only hotel that had an indoor heated pool which was important to me with two small children. I was impressed that both pools had actual lifeguards on duty during the day! I visit my teenage kids a few times a year. Center city is less than a half hour away. There's a good multiplex movie theater, a mall and lots of fast and slow food options within a 10 minute drive. The hotel charged me a $150.00 smoking fee for smoking in my room. I DID NOT SMOKE IN MY ROOM! Now the people working at the hotel have passed my calls off to each other with no resolution. We were greeted in a positive and professional manner. I had booked a king Sleep Number room and when I entered my room, it was a double Queen? room. We ended up needing the extra bed, but nothing was said about the change. Our telephone at the room desk did not work, so ordering room service was an issue, but someone showed up quickly at the door because […] they could receive my call....I could not hear them. The problem was fixed. They offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, but it runs out fast and no one refills or cleans up the station. On Saturday morning, I came down to get a cup of coffee and there was a homeless man sitting next to the station drinking his coffee and it was a terrible mess. Someone should maintain it. Room service offers a great choice of meals and the food was wonderful. Overall, room was comfortable...the Sleep number bed took awhile to figure out how to adjust, but was worth the use of it. The front desk staff was very friendly, the swimming pool was nice. Our bathroom seemed very dirty. Hair on the shower and the bathroom lighting seemed very dim. I liked the outside, very nice. Nothing like the great Northeast of Philadelphia...unless of course you need a hotel. Unfortunately you either need to go downtown, to Jersey, or Trevose to find a clean, safe place to stay. This hotel has been around for a long time and still feels fresh, clean, and safe. The sleepnumber beds were a nice attraction as well.

I took my daughters (ages 21 & 24) and my neices (ages 6 & 10) out for a Girls Night Out, they enjoyed the indoor pool, they definitely enjoyed the sleep number beds in our room, and everything about the hotel. I plan on making another reservation for myself in the near future.

My family and I stayed at this hotel before for the "I Love Dance Competition" and loved it! The indoor pool is nice, room service was great and the hotel restaurant was awesome. So we decided to go back during the winter recess Dec 26 - Jan 2. But this time it wasn't the same. I like to tip the housekeeper at the end of my stay but they changed everyday […] and sometimes I had to call the front desk to let them know that know one has cleaned up our room. The staff was not friendly at all, except for one named Gerome. They walked passed you without saying Good Morning or Good Evening or even Happy New Year. I even rode in the elevator with one and we both hadn't said one word. I didn't feel welcomed this time around. I was also disappointed that they didn't do anything for the guests for New Years Eve. Hotel needs to be updated. Found something gross on our bed, but they switched us to another room immediately. Have stayed here before, and it is ok, and for this visit, it was a good deal. It will no longer be a "good" place to stay for me, but it will be a back-up. Staff was nice.

I come here every year for girl's weekend christmas shopping. The hotel is close to everything. The casino, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. We enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly. They even have a list of restaurants in the neighborhood if you can't decide where to go for dinner. There's also a restaurant/bar in the hotel. If you want a snack […] in the middle of the night, there's a 24/7 Diner around the corner. The only thing I wish is that they would have coffee in the lobby. All the years we've been going, I've seen cups, but no coffee. Maybe the coffee is for the weekday customers and not weekends. Don't know... but having a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon would be great. The coffee in the room is not the same. But overall, its a very good hotel. I would recommend to anyone. My wife & I traveled to celebrate the arrival of our newest grandchild. During our 6 day stay..the Radison staff was extremely courteous and met or exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff maintained it in that condition. We selected the "Sleep Number" bed which we found to be less than comfortable but that was our […] choice. The Radisson Hotel is a great place to stay clean however the prices on food is ridiculious $9.00 for a pancake or french toast and $13.99 for four sliders. Really I went to Wawa next door and got better customer service. The staff is not friendly very snotty.

I would like to bring to your attention the dissatisfaction that I experienced during my stay. The front desk staff and first impression of the hotel was well below expectations. They appeared unfriendly and rude. After check in my family went out for the evening and upon return parking was nearly impossible, it was clear to see that the hotel was overbooked […] the entire weekend and then several social gatherings were also being attended which in turn left very few if any parking spaces. We were given a room on the sixth (top) floor and the walking distance with two children in tow between the vehicle and hotel room was far less then enjoyable. The second day of our stay was no less unsatisfactory. I attempted to ask the hotel desk staff for directions to an area attraction but was quickly answered and it was apparent that they were not interested in helping. Parking continued to be an issue that evening and on top of the walk the night prior, snowfall made things unbearable.
