So pleased with the staff that worked here especially Bernadette and Marcel, they were wonderful and so helpful for our entire trip. I stayed here for 9 nights and got to know the staff, we had our dog on the trip and they were friendly and warm to him as well as my 12 year old daughter. It is incredibly clean and the rooms are much better than I imagined they would be considering the rate. I will be moving to the area of this Hyatt and will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit. They do have a gallery menu that is available 24/7 and that was decent considering the price of what was listed. The only downside I would say is that they have a limited staff working sometimes and when you do order off the gallery menu you have to go pick it up at the front desk, but considering it is available 24/7 it wasnt all that much of an inconvenience. There is a great Mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot called Jalapenos as well as several other food and gas stations in the area, including a WAWA right next door. There were not many channels on the TV which was not a huge problem for us as we were mostly out sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hyatt. To my family and I, it became our home away from home and we didnt want to leave!

Every single person who worked for the hotel but I came across engage me in conversation. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue I had was that they do not have wired internet access, which I need for work, but that was very minor.

I will stay here again. friendly and efficient staff, beautiful rooms, and a Starbucks in the lobby. I had an excellent rate via hotels. Com which made my stay even sweeter. Only complaint is that the gym didn't open until 8:30 on Saturday.

I have stayed at the Omni serveral times, the rooms are great, Beds are Awesome! Room service is on time and staff is very courteous. However, the shuttle quits running at 3pm on Friday and not at all on the weekends. Whereas most other area hotels run the shuttle the entire weekend Omni does not, therefore forcing you to 1. drive and pay for parking […] or 2. I was a bit disappointed. When I booked the hotel online, there was no mention of a $20.00 a day parking fee. Although it was stated that all the rooms were equiped with internet service, it did not say there was a $9.95 charge for it! I have no problem paying the the "extras" if I am informed in advance of the charges. It should be made clear up front […] and then I will decide if the hotel is right for me. No one likes surprise charges! Also, one of the beds in our room had a blood stain on the side of the mattress as large as my hand! Gross! I did notify the hotel staff when we checked out the next morning! We were booked for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. Very disappointed. I won't book at another Omni. Read more

We wanted to catch the opening week of Kings Dominion in Doswell on April first. Nothing nice in Doswell. Omni was 25 minutes away and was perfect for our needs. Our 8 year old loved the pool and the water was so warm we joined him. . Great to kicking back with drinks in the lounge watching basketball before bringing take out dinner up to our room. […] The food at Trevis is nothing special, but you can't beat the convenience after a long day at an amusement park. The room was lovely. Don't know why dust on the furniture is so typical in all hotels... not just this Omini, but that's my only 4. Staff terrific. Great location, near the night life and not far from my destination with parking across the street or valet at the hotel. Room was more than I needed or could think of using. But, the bottle of water that is for sale was previously opened and there was a bag of trash under the night stand. Quiet rooms even in the middle of the city.

The hotel staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever worked with. The valet parking, although $20.00 a night, was completely worth it considering the convinience and how often we went in and out of the garage. I would reccomend staying here anytime you need a place in Richmond.

Nice hotel lovely service but we were in a suite on the 19th floor that started to leak at about 9:30 pm. Rain dripping in from windows and it was too late to change rooms so we requested towels. Lots of them. They had guys working on the roof apparently but drip drip plop plop all night! Thank goodness for ear plugs. Double bed seemed smaller than […] others. Visited for wine expo and to celebrate friends 50th. Was surprised at how large and nice the room was for price.. the staff was exceptional... Front desk, Bellman, and valet all were personable and very helpful... Was a great experience and i am very picky about my hotel stays .. ;) would definitely stay again...
