The mold in the showers and thick layer of soap scum in the shower. No towels in the room, arrived one and a half hours later after two calls to the front desk. Delivered a bag of towels with no washcloths,so had to use a hand towel to wash with. Will never stay here again!!!!!

This place was a disappointment! Previous ratings led me to believe it was a reasonably priced hotel that was still a nice place to stay. Arrived and was told that where would be an additional fee above what I had all ready paid. they ask for a copy of my ID to make a copy and was not returned to me. When I went to the roon it look ok but I found dirty clothes hangon gin the bathroom and there was no remote for the TV. I would not recommend for more than one night but it was perfect for what my husband and I needed. It is a little outdated but for it's current condition, it was very clean. The young man at the desk was polite and efficient when checking us in. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The rooms are clean and secure. The air-conditioning unit was clean, effective, and relatively quiet. The towels are about what you would expect. Internet service is good. The overall cleanliness is good Now for the negatives: the front door was too tight to the frame and caused endless problems entering or leaving the room. The key didn't always work […] and you had to jiggle the door to free the mechanism so the handle would open the door. I asked to have the door fixed but no actions were taken during the three days my wife and I stayed there. The coffee pot was dead but was replaced promptly. The water-pressure in the shower was pathetic. The bathroom vent-fan rumbled horribly and was caked with debris. I doubt that it moved air at all. As a consequence, the bathroom stayed damp. There were three low-powered lamps in the room that barely broke the gloom if the curtains were closed. Breakfast didn't start until 8 AM! I will use a higher-class hotel next time. Read more

Service was ride and terrible.. Ignored me while I waited at the front desk, so he could finish smoking!! Then talked on his cellphone while checking me in!!! The hotel had potential but overall it was lacking. The front desk were rather rude and unorganized. I had to deal with Jesus ( I believe was his name). He is definitely not cut out for a customer service position. He was very defensive and had a slight attitude when asked questions. They also placed me on the 3rd floor with 2 small children that had to climb up flights of stairs. Our family fell sick during our vacation. We tried to cancel our reservation since we just wanted to get back home. Management would not cancel our reservation without a penalty. Since we were already in town, we asked to check in early around 12:30. They held steadfast to their check in time of 4:00. I had to ask for a manager. We spent the night sleeping and being sick. At check out, the lady was not warm or pleasant at all. I felt like I was bothering her. The room was great. It smelled like it had been sanitized. This was by far the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at in Orlando. Apparently dressers are optional...yeah some rooms have them and others don't so I had to stack our clothing in piles on a chair. There were no towels in our room when we arrived nor were the towels changed each day. They just left us with the same towels from when we asked for them. No ESPN in the channel lineup which was annoying for you guys who like their sports.

We were moved to a suite - 2 towels and a broken king mattress (sunken severely on one side). 2 towels only, no hand towels or wash rags.
