This is a really good place to stay in Santa Fe. The room was really clean and nice, and best of all...quiet. Santa Fe can be quite expensive, so if you don't need to be in the middle of town, this is a good option.

Our stay was comfortable. Whatever questions or needs we had were solved immediately. There was a mountain view from our room and in the foreground is Sears. Which served us well.

The hotel was extremely easy to find, there is shopping mall right behind the hotel, chain restaurants withing walking distance, and MANY local Mexican eateries withing a few minutes drive. The front man gave us a few choices and we picked Maria's. WOW. Well worth the 30 minute wait since we did not have reservations. We recommend this hotel.

Every part of my stay here was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was friendly, incredibly good at her job, and quick-- which is always nice when you've been driving for 8 hours. Stayed here over New Years Eve as we were visiting friends that live in the area. Hotel was fine for what it was: A launching point for partying and hiking in the mountains a couple days and a place to sleep for the night. Only drawback was its distance from the city center but we knew that going in that it was a 15 minute drive.

Everything about our stay in Sante Fe was just fine. It was Christmas day and very little was open. The clerk at the front desk was helpful in finding a place to eat and was friendly. Our internet connection in the room didn't work. The front desk immediately hooked us up with a service provider who got it online. Unfortunately, it stopped working again, […] and we decided not to pursue the problem, but remained pleased that the hotel was so responsive to the problem which was actually beyond their control. The room was clean and comfortable and the value was there completely. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of choice even though it was a continental breakfast, there were hard-boiled eggs, toaster waffles and plenty of choice. The location is a bit away from the center, but we had a car and it made all the difference in rates!!! Read more

The check in process was smooth and easy. The rooms were ready when we got there without any hangups. We did have to change one of our rooms due to a slightly backed up toilet, but that process was also very quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. They even had a list of restaurants that were open for Christmas […] eve and Christmas day, which is great for an out of town visitor who doesn't know the area well. We went for a ski trip at Ski Santa Fe, and this hotel may of not been the closest to the ski resort, but it was very easy to get there and back from this location. Overall we had a great time and a comfortable stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. Read more

My room was actually clean and neat this time. The continental breakfast is on par with cafeteria food. Very disappointing. The staff is very personable. The look of the hotel is very old, with unraveling carpets in the lobby and stairway. Considering the location of Santa Fe, this is very unattractive, run down looking hotel.

The staff was SOO nice and polite. They were prompt, informed about the surrounding area regarding food, etc. The room was another story!! The bedspread and blanket were from 1980 which is when it was last washed. They smelled filthy. My dog dragged a used tissue from under the bed. It wasn't mine. There was a smoking with a dog 2 doors down. They came home at 2:30am with the dog barking. The hotel wasn't that full that we should be next to that. When we get woken up in the middle of the night it's a bad stay.

A little pricey for what it is, but Santa Fe is expensive. We've stayed at several La Quintas in the past, mostly in the south, and they always seem to smell like smoke, but this one actually didn't! The room was in good shape, and it has a nice pool. Several restaurants are walkable distance too.

We stayed on our way to Denver since we wanted to see the sights in Santa Fe. We enjoyed it so much we changed our return home to San Antonio back through Santa Fe instead of going through Lubbock which would have been quicker. Next time we go to Denver we will go back to Santa Fe again.

We had a delightful time in Santa Fe. People very friendly and all enjoy places seems to be pet friendly as well. Our Mimi and Brandy loved the doggie park. We enjoyed seeing the Chapel Loretto. We loved the breakfast at the hotel,my husband loved the Smucker 's N Snack and Waffles. The dip in the pool was very refreshing after the day.

found trash under the bed skirt of the bed. Asked for a roll away bed, and never received it. Was told by front desk she was the only one on duty. To me, that is definitely being UNDER staffed! close by restaurants and shopping. A "dated" LaQuinta Inn for sure. Bathroom smelled "moldy"

15 minute drive to the Plaza, or bus every 15 minutes that's 5 minutes away. Staff very courteous and breakfast was on the money. Very reasonable rates. Kids loved the pool and the perfect reception flat-screen in the room makes this motel, in my book, a home run.

The location is relatively far from the center of town but therefore more readily accessible to the main highway. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than adequate in variety and quality.
