The hotel sign is clealry marked from the road, set back in a wooded area easy to access. Staff was friendly, hotel seemed clean, breakfast was OK in the morning; don't love it, don't hate it. Good for a simple overnight or quick trip.

On arrival, 1 of our 2 rooms was overwhelmingly rank with cigarette smoke. When asked about switching to a non smoking room we were told it would be an additional $20 but she could come spray the room for us. Also had problems with poor quality of breakfast next morning. The hotel was great. All of the reviews I read before were right on point. The shower was excellent as the reviews stated. My only problem was when I booked this room through hotels.com the rate for a smoking room was less expensive than a non-smoking room. I am a non-smoker and couldn't believe I am being penalized for not smoking!!!

For the price, this is the hotel to stay at if you are cost-conscious in your travel budget. Close to the downtown area and away from the University crowd. It is a few miles north of the Regional Airport on Captial Circle.

This hotel was ok. We stayed there because it was the cheapest place we could find at the last minute on a football weekend in Tallahassee. The people were very nice but the hotel is old, smokey and loud. On a positive note the showers were great!

Just like the name says, it is a decent place ot get a good night's sleep. There was nothing fancy about it, just a clean decent place to get a good night's sleep and get on the highway. My teenage son loved the waffle maker at breakfast and that is why he recommended this hotel!

The hotel is advertised as having a pool. when we arrived the pool was closed off and obviously in bad shape (green water). A sign was posted: "Not open until Mar.1" but we were there from Mar.19-21! Maybe they meant Mar. 1, 2013! This and one of the outer doors had difficulty reading the room key/card. Otherwise it was very clean and in good condition […] and location. Worth the price for sure. The location was right off the interstate for easy access, making it nice to get right back on the road when leaving. The Hotel and Room were very clean. We will stay again on our return trip home. Wish breakfast had just a bit more of a selection, but worth the stay.

We had to book last minute night before football game in Tallahassee, so we were not expecting much. To our surprise, everything was great! We had frig, microwave, iron and board, etc. Everything worked and was clean! The location was exactly what I wanted, close enough, but far enough for quietness. Staff was pleasant and amenities were nice. For the money, I will continue to stay there. A slight problem in the beginning, but worked it out with the help and humor of front desk employee. Thank you~

Did not get into the area until after 11 PM local. Once getting to the hotel, nobody was at the front desk. Someone did appear after a few minutes and did apologize for the delay. Staff friendly and happy to assist. Rooms are VERY small, but the bed was really comfortable. Was perfect for my stay, which was essentially 6-8 hours of sleep then back on […] the road. Would not suggest staying there for any more than 1 or 2 nights, but very adequate if you just need rest, especially for the price. Read more
