While this hotel is both convenient and affordable for the traveler, the heating/airconditioning system is well out of date making it difficult to set a decent room temperature; diminishing the sleeping comfort level.

I am very particular about where I stay with my family. We don't usually stay in budget hotels but since our visit was so brief we decided to give this one a try. Location is good, right off the Turnpike and close to 7 Springs. Cleanliness was ok, although there was a dirty rag left hanging on the shower curtain. The bathroom door didn't shut or open very well, thought I was gonna get stuck inside. Bed/pillows kind of hard. The outlet in the wall was not good, my cell phone charger literally fell out of it. TV […] channels were fuzzy. Coffee pot had grounds in the part where you put water. No fridge in there (not sure if web site specifies that or not). We so enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had about 14 people in all and they allowed us to dine together in the lobby! We of course cleaned up, but it was wonderful. It was also my daughter's 21st bday....I would not have spent it anywhere else:)

Good spot to stay and just a fraction of the cost of the resort lodging. NIce, simple accomodations, inexpensive, convenient spot to stay since you are just 15 minutes to the slopes. Rooms were a good size for our family of four with ski gear, free breakfast was a nice perk.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. If you want to be reasonably close to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob (about 20 minutes away) and right of the Penn T-pike, this is the place. I was looking for a low cost place to stay near Falling Water. Days Inn is convenient and a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was average for a Days Inn level hotel. It was clean and very convenient to the turnpike, but don't expect to be wowed. The price was a little high ($100/night w/taxes) for this type of hotel, but you're paying for the location I guess. There is nothing but McDonald's for food that is open after 9pm which was dissapointing, so eat before […] you get there is you're arriving late. We stayed here prior to a visit to Frank Lloyd Wrigth's Falling Water house since it was the closest, most affordable option. This motel is relatively old but in good repair. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The gym is located in a different building so you'll have to walk outside. The gym contains a few elipticals, a treadmill, and an ab machine. It has five machines and the space is pretty small. You will need to go outside to get from your room to the ice, […] vending, breakfast, gym, and front desk. Parking is convenient directly in front of each room and plenty of space is available. The room itself is old fashioned. Some of the bathroom fixtures are loose but nothing is broken. The room is clean and the beds are fine. There is a brand new Holiday Inn a minute down the road. We recently stayed in Days inn in Donegal PA on 04/15/12 room 210 The heating system in the room was too loud and was not efficient. The bathroom has no heat and was at night freezing. The bedding was only made of one thin blanket and a sheet which did not offer comfort in the bed. Hotel was as advertised -- fine for a stopover while driving through. Only disappointments were that the game room has limited hours (6 pm to 10 pm) that we missed so had some disappointed kids. Also, didn't seem to be a fitness facility. The facilities were fine, it was quiet, and the continental breakfast was standard and fine.

If you are looking for a 2-star hotel that's clean and inexpensive, this is it. Just 5-10 minutes from Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Ski Resorts. Nice Continental breakfast. Right off the PA turnpike.

Great motel. Clean and comfortable. Close to turnpike and skiing, but did not hear highway noise. Front desk employees were very friendly and efficient. Noise from others coming in a midnight, but not the fault of the motel. Family type restaurants closeby.
