We were visiting Lander University - this hotel was close, also close to other restaurants and businesses. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. Ample parking and easy in-out on by-pass. We would visit again.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. We were in town for an event at the local University and it was very convenient. We had already decided to eat at Red Lobster because it was Friday night during Lent, and it turned out to be RIGHT next door! We were also treated to snow the next morning.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hampton Inn. They have wonderful customer service! We booked a king room at a special rate and at the last minute my daughter was able to stay with us. I didn't think I would be able to change to two double beds because of the discounted rate so I didn't even ask. The young man at the desk offered to change it […] for me...at no extra charge. Overall, really nice. The room was comfortable (with conveniently placed outlets, reliable wifi, minifridge and microwave). Breakfast was typical stuff but hit the spot. The workout room was particularly nice with cardio machines that had individual tvs. I didn't interact with the staff too much but when checking in, the clerk answered a phone and motioned […] that I was checked in and could go up to my room but I had questions I wanted to ask... I left anyway. Also, the bathroom was clean but I was staying solo and didn't need to close the bathroom door. I knocked it closed a bit at one point and saw a shower cap on the back of the door - not mine. I'm assuming it was from before me but it was there the entire stay. On my last day I made sure to put a towel behind the door so the cleaning person would notice it. Obviously it wasn't a big deal to me - I didn't complain and the rest of everything seemed very clean. I hope to get back to Greenwood again in the future and I would stay here again without hesitation. Read more

Asked for a no smoking room and got one. However, the floor was both smoking and non-smoking. That didn't work out so well. Could smell smoke throughout the floor and even in the room. Mentioned that to the front desk and they said yes, they new that! Other than that the hotel was a standard Hampton Inn.

My husband and I drove 14 hours with our daughter for her college interview. Not knowing the area, I automatically searched for a Hampton Inn. I used to travel alot for my job and usually stayed at Hampton Inns. We were not disappointed in any way. The room was very clean, the continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of selections. The shower […] had great water pressure with plenty of towels for all. All the employees were very friendly and helpful except the 3-11 evening guy. He was not very friendly or outgoing. He could use a class in improved customer service and relations. The Staff was very Friendly and Helpfull. Our room was very clean and upon entering we were welcomed by nature sounds. The bed was very comfortable. The Bathroom was large and well stocked with towels, handtowles and washclothes. Thank you for a fantastic hotel experience.

This hotel met my expectations of a Hampton Inn. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was pretty good also, hot and cold selections. The coffee was excellent!

Great stay, My room was very comfortable. I only had one problem. I had no refrigerator in the room. It wasn't a deal breaker but with the money I paid I thought one would be in my room. Breakfast was great, very clean area, Great variety of items served. Different things each day.

We spent 3 nights and were extremely satisfied. Ashley at the front desk and all the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Employees very friendly. Room was clean , comfortable and quiet. There was no cold water from the bathroom sink, but this could have been due to extremely hot weather. The desk clerk gave me some bottled water. The breakfast was fair. Overall, i was pleased with my stay.
