When making my reservations I specifically asked for a downstairs room as my husband cannot climb stairs. No note was made of this on my reservation but the hotel manager very graciously gave us two rooms with no extra charge since he did not have a double room downstairs. I was very impressed and appreciated his concern for us.

The hotel management was very, very nice. The room could have been just a little cleaner but overall the only complaint was noise from other patrons. I'd stay again.

It was all we needed on our journey. The internet was down then, but it was not their fault. It was convenient to an array of restaurants. The full cooked breakfast was generous and delicious.

The hotel was OK, but I was given some bad directions when I called. It took me about 20 minutes to find the hotel. The breakfast was good and convienent.

The room was quite comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast, with hot entrees, was outstanding. Only negative was that the Wi-Fi was down so I couldn't book my next night (in Augusta) through Hotels.com. Otherwise thumbs up on everything.

Our traveling partners had a problem with a running toilette when we checked in, but the staff was very quick to assign a new room and we didn't have to wait long at all. Cost was way higher than the quality, but I don't think you can get much better in the area. As long as your expectations are high, you won't be disappointed. It was quiet, we were left alone, breakfast was free, shower worked great, air/heat worked great, and the cable worked. We did not try to use the internet. We were concerned because of the busy location of the hotel. However, our room was very quiet, comfortable, and easily accessible to mall and boutique shopping. We could not hear any activity outside of our room. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again should an occasion arise.
