We stayed once before in the fall of "011. Our room was new and nice and big, on the top level by the back door. This time room was on ground level, and was small, with newer features(flat screen tv), but the bathroom was very small and tub old and with cracked finish. With the size of bathroom alone, I would request a different room, if we stay there […] again. Guess I thought all rooms would have been as nice as the room on our 1st stay. "Great value, very good experiences"
We stopped here enroute to Edmonton and were so pleased we also stayed here on our way back. When our first room assignment turned out to be noisy, the staff immediately gave us a very quiet room instead. The hotel has many rooms that open out to a large 'water park' area with a slide. The continental breakfast includes waffles that are made by a very […] attentive gentleman. We watched his interaction with the kids, and he's absolutely excellent. Even makes balloon animals for them as their waffles are cooking. When I came a bit late to breakfast during our second stay, he went into the back to get me what I wanted and even provided a tray for me to carry my items back to my room. And it's within walking distance of both an Ethiopian and an Indian restaurant--both of which are quite good.This is a wonderful option for a good price. Read more
"Great Little Hotel with Reasonable Prices"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn Lethbridge. The atrium and murals are beautiful and the rooms and balcony overlook the pool and waterslide. The hot tub looks out to a beautiful valley, which is easily accessed from the hotel. The rooms and staff were great and the morning waffles and breakfast are second to none! "Lethbridge hotel"
We had to change rooms and the rooms are very small. The air conditioner did not work & we had a horrible nights sleep. The breakfast was very minimal.

"Good downtown location with easy access to highway"
Comfortable, convenient hotel. Not sound-proof. Had a call for us to turn down the TV. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and convenient. Having personal help making the waffle and attending to our needs was appreciated. Ambiance of the serving area with swimming pool and greenery was a nice touch rather than just a bland, small room.
"Close to wedding"
It was very noise the first night, the people in the next room had a fight and were yelling at each other. We stayed on the outside in one of the rooms and the balcony where everyone walks on was very noisy.

Room was small but clean. outside access was good for the dog but was fairly loud with people above. Probably stay at the Lodge next time.

Staff were really helpful. Hot-tub was down, but maintenance staff worked hard to get it up and running for our use. Disappointment: There was some black mold in one corner of the bathroom floor right where you could not miss seeing it each time you walked in. As a person with allergies to mold, this was very disconcerting. Our door entered onto an […] outdoor hall. There were many sticky spots on this floor - over which we needed to walk to get to the pool area. All in all - lack of attention to these "cleanliness" details made this hotel less than appealing for a return visit. Read more

"Budget hotel but good for the price"
Certainly nothing fancy but it did the trick and the price was reasonable. I'm glad I had an outside room access because I would not have wanted to be opening my hotel door to the pool. Breakfast was great on the weekend they had waffles Sat & Sun. Hotel is in walking distance to the downtown which was fabulous.

I found the outside stairwell too noisy in the evenings. I was kept up until almost 4 pm one evening and at least until 1 pm the other night. Overall the Hotel staff was exceptional, food was marginal, noise not good.

In comparison with the other Days Inn that I stay at I would have to rate the room here at Lethbridge as old and run down. The quality was just not there for what I spend my money for. There are lots of rooms like that for half the cost in Lethbridge and I just feel that when I go to a big chain like the Days Inn they should stand out from the little […] guys just fighting to keep the doors open.
