"Small hotel with convenient location"
Hotel was located in an area with narrow streets, but easy walking distance to Prado museum and other attractions. The area had lots of small restaurants and open plazas with outdoor restaurants frequented by the locals. The free breakfast was adequate, but toaster seams never to work at these places. The internet was very slow. The Front Desk folks […] were smiling and very helpful. For sightseeing, senior discount at Prado and Madrid City Tour is worth noting. The only negative point about Madrid was the number of people smoking; - even while walking along the streets. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"V ery good location"
Taxi from Madrid airport E30.. Hotel is a usual Ibis so is neat and clean and no frills but perfect location for sight seeing.. front desk gave great recomendations for eating at night and the breakfast in the morning was very good and ample for the day. Beds were comfy and rooms very clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Modern and clean, great location"
My room was small (for a single) but very clean and the furniture was well appointed. Internet connection worked well in the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location, location, location"
Loved this hotel. Husband and I were only in Madrid for a day and its location allowed us to easily walk to all the major sites. Hotel and room were recently updated and very clean. Staff was wonderful and upgraded us to a room on the top floor with a terrace! Would recommend to everyone. Price was better than other hotels, especially for one of the […] greatest cities in Europe. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was pretty nice. Good bang for the buck, and the breakfast was incredible - very impressive and significantly better than my colleague's breakfast at Hotel Villa Real. Only complaint was that they gave me two single beds instead of a double -- not big deal for one night's stay, but would have asked to switch if I stayed longer.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed twice at this hotel, once on the way in to Spain, for one night, and then for four nights at the end. Our first room was on an interior stairwell -- not satisfactory, and so we requested that when we returned we wanted an exterior room. The "we'll try" was hopeful but non-committal. When we returned we had a top floor exterior room with a […] small balcony/patio which we enjoyed even though it was near freezing at night. The hotel is fashionably spartan, but very comfortable. Currently undergoing a major facelift. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location. Greta Price"
There is construction going on but it is for the improvements so I don't blame them. Hotel is nice with good breakfast. It is located close to the center.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Well located hotel"
We have stayed here before and like the place. Main complaint is "pls stop changing the name of the hotel" Cabs don't recognize the new name; it is still Hotel el Prado. Now yet another new name is threatened! Hotel is fine and location is excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Awesome hotel, superb breakfast"
This hotel is in a perfect location and it was wonderfully quiet, which was a nice surprise given all the great restaurants and nightlife nearby. The shower was exceptional - cool design and plenty of water pressure. AC worked great. Tons of good food for breakfast including soy milk! Only note is no full length mirror.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel in central Madrid"
Hotel did everything right except the bed, which was beyond firm- like a rock- with no give or flex. This was not the case with our counterpart's room, who had a softer bed than ours. The hotel girl at the check in desk was a cutie and very kind. Breakfast and wifi were included but breakfast was nothing special. The location was perfect in the center […] of town. If you are arriving from the airport by metro, it is very hard to get there with luggage and is not advisable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. "Close to the Prado"
The location of the hotel was great - close by to the Prado and Thyssen as well as the theatre district. The area appeared safe and there were often cabs available out front when needed. The room was great and large for European standards and even had a balcony. The room was extremely hot though and the thermostat did not appear to work so we often […] slept with the balcony door open. The front desk staff did not speak English well although they had various flags on their names badges to signify they could speak English. On our first day, the woman that checked us in spoke English well however we did not encounter any other staff who could making it very challenging to communicate with regards to storing our bags or issues with our rooms. The room also did not have any information about the hotel itself or area and the internet often did not work. The breakfast was good and was served for a lengthy time (4 hours). Overall, we would stay there again and would suggest it to others. Oh, also close to the Atocha train station (15 minute walk) which was very convenient. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"It's a 4+ hotel"
We found the All Seasons Prado very nice. The rooms were clean and tasteful. The bathroom was rather large, especially for European standards. The service at the front desk was great...they were able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. They have English speaking staff that were easy to communicate with. The included breakfast was […] plentiful and good. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. My only complaint was the pillows were long, tubular, and thick. I did not like them, and my neck was sore when I woke up. My husband, who usually uses two pillows, had no problem with them. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Good location and value"
Short walk to Plaza Mayor and other sites. Clean modern rooms. Drain in shower was slow causing some minor flooding, otherwise an enjoyable stay. On arriving, tell taxi that hotel is on Calle Prado - not the Paseo Prado. The day before leaving, ask hotel to arrange an airport Shuttle. Will pick you up in a small van at the time you specify - only 22 […] Euros to airport for 1-3 people. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel on a quiet street, excellent location"
Having searched through lots of hotel reviews I chose this hotel, although it was a little more than i wanted to spend, i was glad I chose it, having booked a standard double room we got there to find we had been upgraded to the junior suite with sofa, exercise bike and jet bath. "Best hotel beds!"
We were very impressed with the Hotel Ibis Styles Madrid Prado. Having been led to believe it was a budget style hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room and bathroom both spacious and comfortable. In fact the bed is the best hotel bed I have ever slept in along with the extra pillows that we asked for. The hotel is ultra modern, immaculately […] clean and has new, fluffy white towels. "Great hotel at a central location"
Brilliant hotel, really enjoyed our short break and especially the room given to us. It was on the top floor (7th floor) and while you had to walk up one set of staircase (no lift from 6th to 7th floor) the room was very large, clean and had our own private balcony. Having read our reviewers comments we were pleased to find that it wasn't noisy at all […] at night as were expecting. Though don't expect any great views from the balcony, though that didn't really matter to us. The breakfast was great and there was restocked frequently. The service was great and would definately use this hotel again especially as it is just walking distance from most sites. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"What more could you ask for?"
Perfectly central location. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Quality breakfast, comfy beds, effective aircon and a great power shower. Great price too. Only down side for us was we had a room with a window overlooking a strange internal fire escape so no natural light.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great Value for Money Hotel"
A good value hotel. Don't expect Ritz type quality of fittings, but clean, comfortable, a reasonable breakfast and excellent central location on a traffic restricted street. I would go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was great apart from the most important part of a hotel, being able to get a good nights sleep. The rooms are not close to being sound proof with noise travelling between rooms and from the hallways. It's a shame because the hotel is great apart from this.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A Hotel close to the Literary Area"
If you want to be close to where Cervantes lived, a short walk from the Lope de Vega Museum, a stroll from the Prado in one direction, and a stroll from the night-life in the opposite direction, then the Ibis Styles Madrid Prado is your hotel. (But no bidet in the bathroom, nor a bath if they are your essentials). Some building work is being done on […] the ground floor, with retileing etc. Some noise in the street outside our window in the very early morning. One fault, not the hotel's is the confusion of the name "Prado". Our taxi driver confused it with others, as well as the street adjacent to the Prado Museum. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Nicely situated but a bit noisy at times - great breakfastGenuine Expedia guest review
This hotel is very well situated for all the sites of Madrid, restaurants, bars etc. including the wonderful sherry bar 'La Venencia'. Soooo close to fabulous shops bars restaurants, rooms were spacious and spotless, our room had been recently refurbished and was lovely.had no reason to complain about anything, very generous breakfast pastries and colds meats and cheese, yoghurts and fruit, lovely coffee even tho it's from a machine it's yum.honestly not a bad thing to say xGenuine Expedia guest review
Enjoy the Hotel and room, the staff was outstanding and addressed every question i had. The only issue was the shower, it was open where all the water goes out of the shower and onto the floor which then travels outside to the wood floor, recommend they put a strip to keep water inside the shower area. The hotel is in a great location of alot of sigth […] seeing. Also the parking for the hotel is too expensive 24 Euro but the vehicle is safe. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel All Seasons Madrid Prado"
Recently stayed for three nights which included breakfast each morning. Hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Madrid with lots of choice of various places to eat within easy walking distance. The Metro stations and buses were just a short distance from the hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable with fresh towels and room serviced every […] day, safe deposit box in room, cold buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice from 7:30 to 11:30, hotel staff where very helpful. The only thing I would have liked was tea or coffee making facility in our room, you could only purchase a cup of coffee from a machine in the hotel foyer. The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting major attractions most within walking distance. Check out was midday which was great as we had an afternoon flight. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definately recommend this hotel to others. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Madrid was the first stop on our european honeymoon coming from australia. Hotel was is in a awesome location close to all main attractions and restaurants.
