for a number of small reasons I would not stay here again. The number lone reason I did was that it was close to where I needed to be, and secondly, that it promised high speed internet. it was close, but the Internet was pitiful. They actually brag about their speed, but I found it only a fraction of what they said it would be, and it was slow enough […] that it was not possible to do all my computer work. We stayed here one night before leaving Dallas. It was a good size room that was very comfortable. We were able to find a good dinner that was within walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was good. The shuttle to the airport is free and was quick.

I have stayed there several times and the rooms are always clean. A bar is just a walk away and the hotel is fairly close to the DFW airport. I like that the hotel is close to the airport, but not so close you hear the planes when you try to sleep.

The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The bathrooms are a bit in need of repair. There was lots of mold. And our room was located on the second floor but close to the lobby and VERY loud.

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that they said they did not have any rooms available when we arrived at about noon after leaving early in the morning and traveling for five hours with an infant. I was there to see my surgeon after having surgery 6 weeks earlier. We really needed to rest. They just said they didn't have any clean […] rooms and that check in was at 3pm, which we knew. The girl was nice but stubborn about it. After being there for two nights, I realized that they HAD to have had some clean rooms because they start cleaning them early in the mornings. Maybe they didn't have two rooms right next to each other, but... they had rooms. That aside... our stay was wonderful. The rooms were wonderful. The breakfasts were wonderful. We were there to visit our brand new granddaughter who arrived two weeks early, and her mommy did not want her in public yet. The rooms with the couch were a great gathering place away from the world. We would stay there again! Read more

Lobby was very nice, breakfast was good. Clerk that checked us in was very friendly, Clerk that checked us out seemed very tired. We are checking in to a ten dollar extra charge on our card, not sure what it was for when I checked out the clerk said there were no other incidental charges. Price was excellent.

Hadn't stayed in Las Colinas area of Irving before and was impressed by the area. Great shopping, restaurants and businesses. Easy access to the 114 and the Metroplex highway system. This was the BEST hotel ever. Staff was awesome, "happy hour" with beer, wine, chips and salsa, hot breakfast, great beds.....Only downside no pool, slow computers. Close to Dallas but not in the middle of it all. Nice slow paced atmosphere. LOVED IT

The experience at this hotel follows the classic horror story model. At the outset you think "wow this looks very nice on the outside! I'm surprised such a nice place was so affordable!" Then you go in, and while the lobby is decent, it's clearly not as nice as you were expecting based on the area and outside. The staff at the front desk is very friendly […] and helpful. Then you get on the elevator, and before it even goes anywhere you realize all is not well. It creaks and groans at a dead stand still. Then it begins moving, and you start to promise that if you can just get off this dilapidated piece of junk alive you'll never do anything bad ever again! You reach your room, thankful to have not plumeted to your doom, and find the decor to be decent and beds quite soft. Then you go in the bathroom.....and that's the point in the movie where it's clear you're not going to make it out....it was disgusting. The bottom of the ancient door had begun to split, peel, and roll upwards. The tile on the floor had large sections of grout just gone. Gone! Finally, you get in the shower. And there it is. The final member of this horror story line up: red and black mold and mildew and I don’t even know what lining the corners of the tub…stuck in the crevices…under the soap holder….on the bottom of the shower curtain. You can easily picture it bubbling to life once water hits it and oozing at you like the blob. This is the end. There is no escape. Read more
